Been coming here for years and the salads are consistent and delicious. My go to is the steakhouse I highly recommend it for a fast healthy lunch!

The sweetest individuals, Mr Stan was so kind and were genuine in conversation! Food is phenomenal! I never write reviews but i felt that this was more the necessary!!! Yummm and sooo much food!

This is a good, healthy food option for lunch. Start by choosing either a Salad, Grain bowl, or Wrap. You can select menu suggestions or build your own. The vegetablesappear endless and the flavors are amazing. We ordered a wrap and a grain bowl. Wrap - Steakhouse: Romaine/Spinach, Grape Tomatoes, Crispy Fried Onions, Crumbled Blue Cheese, Sirloin Steak, Honey Dijon Dressing Grain Bowl - Baja: Romaine, Grape Tomatoes, Pickled Red Onions, Charred Corn, Black Beans, Tortilla Strips, Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Chipotle Ranch Dressing We recommend stopping in. The dining is small, but sufficient for around 20 people.

My fiance and I have been fans of crips for a long time, im not sure if there's new management but there was a man with his three kids behind the counter making the food and although they were all sweet and polite children the older one making my salad that maybe is 11 at most had to be told multiple times to add more scoops of toppings because she wasn't filling them up all the way. The dressing for my fiance's wrap was forgotten and I think its mainly due to the man having to watch his kid make the salad. The food wasn't bad but its the principle of having small children behind the counter that have to be told multiple times to add to the orders and also just having to be watched by a parent. Im all for family business but I think they're all too young to be behind a counter of a food service business.

Really loved my visit to Crisp! The salads were super fresh and tasty, and the staff was so friendly. I barely had to wait, which was a nice bonus. Definitely coming back!

Ordered door dash to pick up at 5:23pm food wasn't ready until 5:48 after making everyone in the stores salad while we waited. Salad was good but felt like because we ordered online we were last priority. The reason we ordered ahead was to save time. It ended up taking 2x as long as it would have had we waited in line. People that came in after we were waiting for our food got served before we did. I might try again one day but felt a little to be desired from this visit.

It literally was refreshing just being in there. The staff was amazing and the salads???? Wow 🤯 Definitely a “Do Over”.

Lynchburg has a salad bowl place; apparently there used to be a more downtown location but it has closed, so I shlepped out to this suburban locale to find myself a fresh lunch. I was underwhelmed with the size of the bowl for the price. The customization options were good, and I was able to get some falafel in the midst of my greenery as well as a buttermilk ranch. Pickup was efficient. It wasn't a place that had a ton of other options, so the question is simply whether it's worth it to pay to have a fresh salad assembled for you. On the day I walked in, it probably was.

Salad was overdressed and soggy. The steak was dry and tough. We have always been pleased with our salads there but for much less money you can get one trip salad bar at steak house on Boonsboro road. We won't be back. Sorry.

First of all, nice looking place. One girl working counter was speedy! I got a chicken Caesar wrap and was pleasantly surprised by how good this was! Fresh ingredients, incredible dressing, YUM! Definitely recommend.

I came to Crisp around 12:15pm on a Wednesday. We were going to sit down and eat our lunch there, but all the tables were full, so we got our meals to-go. You can order any of the menu items as a salad or as a wrap, which I love! I ordered the Baja Salad (romaine, cherry tomato, sweet yellow corn, black beans, red onion, sharp cheddar cheese, tortilla strips, and spicy chipotle ranch). It was delicious, and the portion size was great too. I definitely plan to return for a quick, tasty lunch whenever I'm back in the Lynchburg area!

Always love coming here for their yummy salads when I'm in town! I don't enjoy fast food so this is the perfect alternative to a quick lunch!

I seriously love this spot! This was my second visit and I ordered the regular size Moroccan salad. Holy moly it was good! I loved the falafel in it and never would have thought to use that as a salad topping. My significant other got the Sea Boy and added extra shrimp to it for some added protein and enjoyed it. Can't wait to come visit again to try more of their menu!

Great place for healthy eating. The staff is very friendly and the salads are huge. I eat there 3-4 a week.

Stopped here on the way home from the gym on a Saturday at noon. Wasn't greeted, but gave them a pass because it was only 1 person behind the counter. Was maybe 2 people in the store besides myself, but it seemed as though the young lady was busy making some orders. Stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before I was greeted and helped. By that time someone came from the back to assist. While waiting I picked up one of the juices, the Revital C Yes juice ($6) which has apple, carrot, ginger, lime & orange. Love how there is no added sugar in the juices. Ordered the regular size BBQ salad ($8.50) because it sounded the best to me. You can also get a custom salad but I didn't want to get fancy lol. The salad was delicious, a bit spicy, but delicious. And it was a LOT of salad. Came with romaine lettuce, spring mix, kale, strawberries, sunflower seeds, blue cheese crumbles, chicken breast & bacon crumbles. I would definitely get it again. The cookies looked yummy so I grabbed one of those as well. The cookies ($2) had macadamia nuts, chocolate chips, oats and some other goodies in there. Very flavorful without being super sweet. It was a nice day outside so I took advantage of their outdoor seating and ate there. Overall good experience, just wish the customer service was a bit better. Will return, especially for the juices!

Love this place. Salads are amazing. Biggest problem is you never know of they are open. I am.only in town Friday through Sunday. I try and stop by here at least 2 time every weekend and they are not open. Huge disappointment!! I know getting help is tough right now but surprised that weekend they are not open. Just my two cents but the hours really need be more consistent .

Always fresh ingredients. The staff are cheerful and patient. The many times I have gone there, I have never been disappointed. I wished there was one in Charlottesville.

I am obsessed with the Baja Wrap from this place! The chipotle ranch is made in house and has a great bite to it. Adding protein is an upgrade but honestly, I don't miss it. The beans provide enough protein to fill me up. I recommend the spinach wrap vs the wheat.

The food and service by the lady with the red hair and glasses was great. However the other lady did not help her when she asked for her help. She stayed in the back while the other poor lady filled our order with 4 people behind us. I felt bad for her while the other one looked like she was on her phone in the back. (This is in reference to the other location downtown) I'm not able to delete it for some reason

I really like the food here but this post isn't about that...I came by this location a few weeks ago, approximately 20 minutes until closing time. There was a girl sweeping up near the front door, and as soon as she saw my car pull up, I could physically see her through the window gesture at me and then have a little tantrum toward the girl behind the counter, obviously disgruntled about a customer arriving close to closing time. I turned around and left and went to Chipotle instead where I was treated respectfully. If you can't bear the thought of providing your service/products to customers within your set business hours then shorten your business hours. Very upsetting since I usually really like this place.

My favorite place to go for fresh juice! Everything is reasonably priced and the salads are HUGE and inexpensive. The Staff are always friendly and pleasant as well.

The 2 employees working today at the lunch rush hour did an outstanding job fulfilling orders and keeping the (out the door) line moving! I ordered the Steakhouse with a few substitutions. My order was correct and delicious! A suggestion for management would be to plan ahead for lunch rushes and not leave your two employees hanging with dressings and other ingredients running out!

I have been a big fan of Crisp for several years. I was excited when they opened the location in the Grave Mills Center as it is closer to work and home. I have become a regular there for lunch mostly. This evening I decided to stop for a salad for dinner. I was surprised to see the menu had changed as I had a few favorites that I normally purchased. I decided to order the closest thing I could get to the Greek Garden I used to buy regularly switching out the felafel for chicken. The amount of chicken they put in the salad was significantly less than I used to receive. They are also no longer putting the salad dressing on the salad and tossing it for you. I obtained the salad dressing in the small cups to take with me. It was the Greek vinaigrette which I have had many times before. Perhaps it was not shaken well enough before it was poured into the cups but it was very oily. And because of that it lacked the flavor I had become accustomed to. I was immensely disappointed with the salad this evening. I will go back and try one more time. But if I receive another salad like the one I had tonight it will be my last visit
