Crispy Karma

I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience at Crispy Karma was truly disappointing and not worth the money. The food quality was unacceptable — the chicken was drenched in oil, had a strange bitter taste, and looked like it had gone bad. The burger was no better, completely bland and tasteless. For the price they charge, the quality and flavor were shockingly poor. It honestly felt like a waste of both money and appetite — I had to order dinner again afterward because I couldn’t finish what they served. I really hope the management takes this feedback seriously, because right now, Crispy Karma is offering some of the worst value I’ve experienced for a so-called “premium” meal.

All halal. Many gluten-free options.The bowl is our White Chick Bowl with Sambharo (green papaya slaw), Cole Slaw, and Steamed Basmati Rice topped with Cilantro Chutney. The platter has our Karma Wings, Masala Tenders and The Punjabi Sando. Every single bowl, wing, tender, And sandwiches were delicious mango Lassi best i ever had

The ordering and picking was on point ready when they said it would be. I had the The Fiery Karma - HOT Sando for the price you get a huge sandwich. The portion size is great the sauces are flavorful but so many wet ingredients on the sandwich destroyed the bread. The breading of the chicken has the typical issue with to much spices they burn when you deep fry it and you lose a lot of the flavor. The masala fried were fantastic Also had the half fried chicken. The spices in the batter burned and lose a lot of the flavor. I would say keep the batter simple and sprinkle the spices after frying.

Hands down one of the best burgers in NYC -- a perfect blend of Indian and American flavors that just works. The patty is juicy with crispy edges, the spices hit perfectly, and every bite is packed with flavor. You can tell they put real care into making something unique and unforgettable. Don't skip the special fries -- it's a total game changer.

As someone always on the lookout for great gluten-free food, I was thrilled to discover Crispy Karma, a new Indian-inspired chicken spot in Times Square. The menu's commitment to gluten-free options immediately caught my attention. Loved being able to get a quick, delicious, unique GF meal in Times Square. Can’t wait to go back.

Krispy Karma is the most delicious fried chicken I’ve ever eaten!! As much as I love Nashville Hot Chicken, I was not expecting Krispy Karma to be this outrageously great!!!! I’ve found my new favorite destination without having to book a flight to Nashville! You must experience this for yourself!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

We ordered for 5 of us and we all LOVED this amazing take on the chicken sandwich ~ everything was hot, super fresh and quick!! We will be back ~ kudos to the creative talents involved in this new fave of ours

I can’t stop thinking about these chicken sandwiches. We shared a Parsi and a Punjabi, and they were both fresh and bursting with flavor. Pure unadulterated deliciousness!
