Good spot for pizza. Clean and fresh. Didn't like that the girl kept my change rounding up to the nearest dollar. It is kinda rude. Be it only 50 cents I would have rather been given the option to leave the change as a tip.

Crispy Pizza should be your GO TO place in Randall Manor. They have some good pizza as well as delicious dinner options. Their portions are good and out of the hundreds of times I’ve ordered from here, I’ve never had a bad meal. Their dinner plates are my fav - Lasagna , Spaghetti Bolognese, Chicken franchese are my favorites from here! Their tomato base sauce is delicious!

They’re open every day as of 10:00 am and Sunday at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm. Service is quick and the staff is friendly. The pizza is delicious!

Pizza was good, sauce was a lil sweet calamari was good, wished they were a lil more seasoned. Inside the restaurant was super hot no ac and they do not accept Apple Pay or tap and go.

This place is definitely a hidden gem BUT they’re never consistent. They’ve been open for so many years therefore it’s surprising that I found a hair in my pizza. Not only that but it was a pie that we had gotten for take out so who knows how many hairs were actually in the pizza. Very disappointing.

Was in the mood for pizza but this place by far has the worst food. The plain slice we ordered had hair on it. The server was rude with attitude. Food looks old and not really sure how this place even has customers. Health department should investigate!

It was ok. Pasta made me full for many hours. For salad I would add oil. Pasta, salad, bread 17$. Only one restaurant in the area.

local favorite for my family. they make the best chicken specialty pizzas. my favorite is Chicken Marsala and Chicken Ceasar salad pizza. my kids prefer the BBQ chicken pizza. also popular with my family are chicken Parm pizza ro chicken frances pizza. they also have regular variety of slices and whole pie options

This is a 3.7 experience. My partner and I stopped by here one time during the winter after we visited Snug Harbor. He ordered a few slices and it became one of his go tos on the island. It was ok, not the best NYC pizza but better than the $1 pizzas. It is cheesy and the sauces are saucey. Because of this, I always thought this pizzeria was called "Saucey". It's not, obviously because saucey in NYC is much better. Today (August 17), we stopped by again. Because I can't have cheese, I decided to try the honey BBQ "wings". It was a major disappointment. First of all, it's not all wings. It was a mix of drumsticks and wings. It was over seasoned with just BBQ sauce and the meat was very fatty. Six "wings" for $10 was gross. For the same price, I'd probably be happy to go get a plate of Spanish rice and beans. Last but not least, this is the only pizzeria within the 2-miles radius. It sucks. I say this because you really want to sit down and enjoy a slice of pizza when there is nothing around. Unfortunately, they don't turn on the AC on a 85 degree day. The outside was cooler than the inside by a notch. I understand you want to save on the electricity bills. But damn, why would you torture your hardworking employees, who were scrubbing the door sides for you? As well as your customers that want to sit in? Throughout the entire time we sat down, every person who came in were either polices or order outs. It doesn't feel like a space you can sit and be part of the community. To management: Please do better!

We ordered in from DoorDash. On DoorDash, this business is called "pasta paradise." I don't know if there was a name change or not. Regardless, the food came fast, and it was still very hot when it got here. My partner ordered the spaghetti with mushrooms, and I ordered the spaghetti Cacio E Pepe . We also split an order of garlic knots. The order came as four very decent sized knots. Our spaghetti dishes were fantastic. The pasta was perfectly al dente, and my partner loved the flavor of the pasta, as well as the mushrooms. She tore into it before I could get a photo My Cacio E Pepe, the sauce was good, and I could definitely taste the pepper. My mouth was tingling afterwards, but in a good way. Each dish also came with bread roll on the side. There was so much food, neither of us could finish our dish. That's fine, leftovers for later. My partner loves garlic knots, and she said these were among the best she has ever had. I agree. They were tender, and you could definitely taste the garlic flavor. They came with a tomato sauce (gravy) for dipping, but the sauce actually took away from the garlic knots. That's OK, it was so good. I just drank it. :). :). Fantastic food, for a decent price. Thank you.

This place made the worst/ old calamari and we literally live Three blocks away and the Jade answered the phone and outright refused to refund my money. I asked for the manager and was told (Pedro) was not available. She offered to do a fresh order and I didn't not want it. I asked for a credit for the full anoint of what I paid for the calamari and she refused saying that she could not do it. She said all they could offer was a discount on next order. I feel completely ripped off. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!! This business is not good at all! I was supposed to get a free soda because I spent over $50! Oh yeah and Jade hung up on me after I asked for the manager and asked to leave my number for a call back. This is not good business....

Used to be great; haven't ordered in years. No fault of theirs. Still havn't. Watching my figger.

Went in 3pm on a fri. Empty. Ordered a slice since my first time there. Asked for slice in the middle, she cuts me a small slice. Eyeroll she could be nicer. Whatevs im just testing the waters. 3 singles in cash. Ok. I put crushed red pepper, bit of garlic and pepper. Chefs kiss for a single slice. Crispy, tasty sauce like real crushed tomatoes and cheesy gooey goodness. Crust was admittedly tough but i normally dont eat the crust. Got another, served by another dude more friendly. Little bit bigger slice. 3 singles again. I was able to replicate the good experience. I dont know if id order a pie from here tbh. Id def stop for a slice if i had a hankering.

Ordered again lol. Slice App has a deal of $3 off for first time orders....what can I say, I'm weak. Delivery came in an hr and food was hot & fresh. So good!!!!

Not sure why they have 3 and a half stars, they are amazing. Nothing but good stuff here. I go here at a minimum 3 times a month.

Crispy is a decent pizzeria and is practically the only one on the Terrace. Ive stopped into this location a few times over the past year for a quick pizza fix and left pleased each and every time. Their counter has about 20 different types of pizzas, mostly the pan type, regular round, pepperoni, squares, and all sorts of rolls. On my last visit I had a regular slice and it was just right. Definitely fresh and flavorful and to boot it was only $2! Anything that's yummy and under $10 has my vote anytime. Their eggplant rolls are also amazing. I'd suggest this joint.

Guys, what happened? The crust on my pizza was so tough I had trouble cutting it with a steak knife. I probably could have crisped it up in the oven but I was so hungry I chopped it in to cubes and topped my salad with it. My first bad experience so all is not lost.

Been a customer for 8+ years and always order the same thing. Tonight after long day of work and classes I ordered a margarita pie via Grubhub. If you're familiar with how this is prepared it's mostly sauce and fresh mozzarella and basil placed all over the pie. It's usually a good amount of cheese for someone like me that doesn't consume too much dairy which is why I opt for this pie over any other. The pizza came as a cheese pie with more sauce and cheese added to it. Immediately knew something was wrong cause the box was heavy! I called the restaurant and the girl answering the phone literally says "No we didn't!" She tells me this is how the margarita is made even though I eat this shit at least 6x a month. You should be apologetic to customers if there's a complaint. I'll never eat here again and will dispute with Grubhub.

ordered the October special,12 wings a pizza and a soda.The wings were horrible they were deep fried and you couldn't even tell it was wings.The pizza was flat as a board with no taste.The only thing that tasted good was the soda.I will never order from this shithole again

Came here a ordered a pizza and omg it was the worst.. Dont get me wrong it was clean in there but the food awful my pizza was still cold I dined in and u would expect it to b hot but no and it over priced for a slice of pizza never again costumer services were okay that's y they get one star I would not recommend

Horrible food and service. Pizza is very much inconsistent and over priced. Better off taking the trip to Bari's Pizza on Bay Street. No flavor and food is extremely bland. Plus, They only hire young under aged girls, which raises an eyebrow. The nonce owner stands in the back managing his under aged staff. Which make this a very uncomfortable environment. This is a real review with a real experience. This place is to be avoided at all cost!

Crispy Pizza is a modern & clean pizza parlor with a friendly staff. They make Great Pizza & Stef likes their Chicken Caesar Salad. Its when you roam the rest of the menu that you can get in trouble, the steak panini I had was average at best, and the order of chicken wings which I was looking forward to wasn't crispy and went half uneaten.

I drove across crispy pizzas my way to the ferry a few times so I decided to give it a try & I was impressed by the quality of food! Never knew why they're always busy till I tried it. The pizza is excellent, great customer service, food is always fresh & prices are very reasonable. Their salads are great! Big portion for the price you pay for, fresh, filling & affordable. I also recommend trying their specialty pizzas. You won't be disappointed.

I placed an order online at the website Order.whereyoueat.com for a scheduled delivery of 8:15p. 5:30pm rolls around and the pizza guy is out front with my pizzas. I tell him that I ordered it for 8:15p because that's when my guests were coming over. He apologized and said "I'll bring them back later". I thought to myself, "I hope they don't just reheat this pizza and bring it back. Hopefully they make fresh pizza." 8:15p rolls around and the pizza arrives. This pizza definitely tasted like it was reheated. Not fresh or even hot. Very disappointed with Crispy.

I have no clue what happen today i been ordering here for more than 6 years... I always tell everyone this is the best spot better than many competitors on this island! But today I must say super disappointed. I ordered 3 dinners and every pasta was not cooked the pasta were stuck together and hard the sauce was very light i actually had to open a jar of sauce to pour over. I wanted to order out but ended fixing my order instead. Pizza was good for the kids but the stuff shells no good, chicken parm with fettuccine horrible, chicken Alfredo fettuccine with broccoli which i felt they just cut the entire broccoli and just put in in my dish no flavor.. I know restaurants have some bad days but damn i just threw out $40 plus bucks in the trash!!! Again super surprise i always give this spot 5 stars!!!!! Gotta see if they correct this next time if not I be looking for a new spot!!!

Ok so first of all they just opened back up & I wanna say 10/10. I ordered my food and it took about 45 minutes to come but when I received the food everything was hot . I ordered Zeppoli's, a chicken role and Buffalo wings . Everything was mouth watering , fresh and well seasoned. Best on Staten Island and I'm not kidding . Im so happy that re opened .

Best pizzeria on the north shore! Have been order from here consistently for the past 2 years. This is one of only pizzeria I know of where almost everything on the menu is delicious. I order through the slice app and the food always comes earlier than expected and the delivery guys are always really nice & professional. Some of my favs are the wings, their crispy fries & their salads. They also have the best garlic knots I've ever had.

Decent pizza---Pricy for what you get. Clueless uninterested cashier (blond). Even her coworkers were surprised how she was towards me when I questioned why my bill was so high! Not worth the trip back-too many great restaurants in the area- Get some good help!

Crispy Pizza very Much An interesting Place I've been ordering from here for a while now and i decided to place a special order for my fathers 51st birthday and I just want to say thank you crispy for making this a fantastic catering order super delightful and delicious i recommend 100% driver was very helpful aswell

I have been eating at Crispy for a couple years now. Never been disappointed. The pies are good. The deep dishes come in many varieties. I enjoy the fact I can order anything I like even off the menu items and crispy caters to it. See pictures uploaded. Some of my favorites. Grilled chicken with sautéed spinach, mushrooms, and onions. Grilled chicken, broccoli, mushroom, and onions topped w/ vodka sauce. The BBQ chicken tossed salad w side of ranch is a must try. I do like visiting crispy and is one of my frequent work stops for lunch during my hectic work week.

I use to order from them all the time but not anymore. There food has become overpriced. And the food is not great.

I have never actually been at the location but I order from Crispy's a lot. The delivery is always in a reasonable amount of time and the quality of the food is consistent. Is normal pizzeria type food but is good and makes a good place to order from for work.

Second time eating here. The regular slice, just like last time, was fantastic. thin crust, tangy sauce, and good amount of cheese. This is standard, good, NYC pizza. I also had a square. Great as well.

Their Grandma's thin crust pie is the best pie on Staten Island. As close to a Naple's pie as I've had (since Nucci's closed). We order it all the time.

This review is for delivery only. I walked into placed the order 2 days prior the event, the girl at the register told me I have to go back the next day because it'll mess up her register. I was surprised because no businesses would ever turn a paying customer away. But another girl was "able to" work the register. I ordered 14 pies all together, with toppings and all. Spoke to the owner Neal, really nice guy, gave me 10% discount and 4 bottles of soda once he heard they are actually for my students at a nearby school, and we order from them often. Pizzas were asked to be delivered by 11:30am, we have a very small window where we can bring the pizzas through the crowded hallway. I told them to call me once the delivery guy gets to our school, we'll have a cart there to bring the boxes up. On the day of the delivery, 11:30 came about, no one called, I waited, and waited, and waited, finally at 11:45, the delivery guy showed up, said my phone didn't work. We looked at the number, he had my last two digits reversed. By this time, the hallways were filled with students, I'm talking about FILLED with students!!! We can barely squeeze through the hall to get to the elevator! Every student that came across our cart asked if they can have a slice, it's just unnecessary trouble for us who are trying to do the right thing for our students. You would think 15 minutes wouldn't make such a difference, but when you stress the importance of being delivered on time, obviously there's a reason for that - to avoid what I just described! AND no plates, no napkins on top of everything. I had enough! I called them, asking them if they are serious by not giving us any plates nor napkins, the second girl picked up the phone who I mentioned earlier (the one was able to work the register), said it's not their fault because the driver had left in a hurry, and he had forgotten to bring them. He'll bring them. SERIOUSLY?! it's not your fault? At this point I don't really care whose fault it is, I have 30 students sitting in the classroom starring at 14 boxes of pizzas and bottles of sofa but can't have any because we don't have plates or cups or napkins. We only had 45 minutes for this pizza party, 15 minutes were taken away from us because the delivery was late. Then 10 more minutes were taken away because they didn't bring plates. Luckily, there are more than one of us teachers, one stayed with the students, one went back downstairs to wait for the delivery guy to bring us the plates, while one is searching for plates in different offices. the guy never came by the way. Finally, we found plates in different offices, so our students can finally eat - half the time is gone due to their lack of planning for delivery, and it left us with bitter taste. We are extremely disappointed with the occurrence of this unfortunate event, we have ordered numerous times from crispy' before, satisfaction was always delivered.

Really solid grandma pie and the price was great! I love garlic and they load it on the grandma pie so if you are a garlic lover, try it for sure!

Best garlic knots ever!!! and you get a free sauce( i wasn't crazy about the sauce though..too oily) the knots were huge fluffy and garlicky! pizza was nice too... if you like thin crust pizza. The store is clean and modern. Nice decor and friendly staff!

Love their pizza. Right amount of cheese sauce isnt bitter and crust is perfection. Seriously worth it. Check them out. I grew up in a small pizza joint almost 30 years so when it comes to pizza places u can trust my reviews.

I always order from this place the pizza is delicious and the dinners are even better although their deliveries do take quite a bit of time other than that I have no other complaints just wish they would have faster delivery but I would definitely recommend it as far as the food goes

Unfortunately they don't deliver to my development I live in rosebank but the pizza is delicious when I eaten it the sauce is wonderful and the pie is crispy. And the price is right

Going there since I moved into neighborhood, only one issue in 7 yrs. Food I'd great and always fresh.

I just discovered this place and it hits the spot every time. The marinara sauce on their pizza is deliciously seasoned, and the garlic knots are the best I've ever had. So Soft and oozing with fresh garlic. I wish the wings were a bit crispy but other than that, I'm a very satisfied customer.

The pizza is delicious, I'm not a pizza eater but this place definitely change my mind. The food is exquisite and the atmosphere is friendly. Definitely a must go to place.

Was not expecting much out of a Staten Island Pizzeria, but this place caught me off guard. Went to the botanical garden close by and stopped off here for lunch. Had a few different slices which true to its name -were crispy. The interior of the place was really nice, looks like they put a lot into it (much more then the avg pizzeria); more importantly though the pizza was on point: fresh ingredients, certainly didn't get the slice that would be the equivalent pie chart representation of "if you found a million dollars, I would donate it to charity" decision (good value for the money). Also heard that the owner has even delivered slices himself just to meet / show appreciation for patrons, which I thought was pretty cool. All in all, a solid pizzeria that I'll revisit when in the area.

There platters are really good and comes with a nice side salad and bread also which is great for less than a $10 meal. I love there chicken parm and also there baked ziti. It's pretty big platters and like I said comes with a nice side of salad. You can share these platters too unless you really hungry. The food is always nice and hot and usually I get delivery and it always comes hot and enjoyable. The delivery men are really nice too. They offer from pasta, poultry, veal, and even some seafood too. I enjoy ordering from this pizzeria!

Worth the trip to New Brighten, the pizza is as advertised, crispy and delicious. The staff were warm, courteous and fast. I odered their special pizza take out for 9.95 and all I can say is it's a great recession price! You can't beat it. I look forward to trying some of their other entres, from what I hear they're outrageously good. Welcome to Staten Island Crispy, we could always use a great pizza place.

Crispy, hot pizza and close to Snug Harbor. This Staten Island neighborhood pizzeria is run by friendly people who get your order ready to go quickly. Or sit in a booth and dine in - the decor is new and nicely set up. Open til late for snacks. Close to Liedy's Shore Inn, CPG Creative Photographers Guild and Gerardi's Farmer's Market.

3rd time eating here.... Can't complain... I originally have eaten Crispy Pizza from Brooklyn....

This is the second time I've been here. The pizza is good and the prices are fair. The staff is friendly. I usually go to pizzerias for lunch while doing my real estate bussiness so I definitely go to a lot of pizzerias in Brooklyn and staten island and I can tell you this is a staten island hidden gem. I wonder if it's the same owner as crispy pizza in Brooklyn in dyker. And the garlic nots were great.

Simple clean little pizza joint that executes what they advertise well: crispy pizza. Put on top, reasonable prices, great service/staff, and a big screen tv.. And u got a winner.

Amazing pizza! This pizza is so good. The flavor of the sauce is so good. The crust is really good. The cheese is delicious. It is just really delicious. Really enjoyed this pizza. And the staff and delivery person were all very nice too. Thank you Crispy! :)

Horrible experience last night. I'm so annoyed right now. I ordered delivery from Grubhub from Crispy Pizza. I ordered at 5:27 (I have email as proof). Was sent email that my order would be here 6:20. 6:24, my toddler is hungry, I call to see if it's in the way (5 mins from here) told they are waiting for kids ravioli. 645 I call and I am told I have to pick up!! Unreal, I have confirmation for delivery. I asked to speak to manager and I'm told there's none today and had to wait on hold for a name. Not even a sorry!! So unprofessional. After debating, they send food out. Ravioli cold, chicken cutlet burned, bread stale. Wings cold. This is unacceptable. I emailed store and I am waiting for a reply.
