This was my 6th stay at Crockfords at Resorts World, and it continues to exceed expectations every single time.(Although they still haven't assigned me a Host and that would be the only reason I switch back to my old hotel favorite) I’ve stayed at just about every high-end hotel in Las Vegas over the years, and Crockfords truly stands at the top. The property itself is stunning — modern, elegant, and immaculately maintained. The rooms are beautifully appointed, incredibly comfortable, and deliver the level of luxury you would expect from a world-class resort. What truly separates Crockfords, however, is the service. Linni, the concierge, is hands-down the best I’ve worked with anywhere. I travel frequently, and her responsiveness, professionalism, and ability to handle any request flawlessly is unmatched. She makes every stay seamless and special. Stephanie, who checked us in, set the tone immediately — welcoming, fun, efficient, and genuinely helpful. First impressions matter, and she made ours exceptional. The staff consistently goes above and beyond, and that level of service is why I continue to return. Crockfords combines a beautiful property with elite hospitality — a rare combination, even in Las Vegas. Already looking forward to visit number seven.

Zach provided truly outstanding service. He was incredibly professional, kind, and patient from the moment we arrived. He helped us check in smoothly, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure we had all the information we needed for a great stay. What really stood out was his extra level of care—after I accidentally forgot my ID at the front desk, Zach personally made sure it was brought up to my room. That level of attentiveness and dedication is rare and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The room itself was beautiful—very clean, comfortable, and well designed—which made our stay even better. Zach is a perfect example of exceptional hospitality, and he truly elevated our experience at Crockfords. Highly recommend!

The venue itself was great. Slight mishap regarding my room being ready on time but the ride to and from the hotel with our chauffeur TIM made the whole trip worth it. His knowledge of Las Vegas, willingness to be accommodating to the point of offering local food options and overall excitement and passion for the job really shined through. If your ever staying at resorts world hotel REQUEST TIM!! Won’t be disappointed.

We just returned from a family trip to Las Vegas and our stay at Crockfords at Resorts World was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Traveling with children can sometimes be stressful in Vegas, but Crockfords made everything feel comfortable, easy, and luxurious at the same time. From the moment we arrived, the service immediately stood out. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and incredibly welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they went out of their way to make sure our family felt taken care of. Every employee we encountered — concierge, housekeeping, and guest services — treated us with genuine hospitality. You can really feel that this is the premium property within Resorts World. The room was spotless and beautifully designed. Modern, elegant, and extremely quiet — which is rare in Las Vegas. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we all slept great every night. The bathroom felt like a spa, with a large soaking tub, high-end finishes, and excellent water pressure. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate and was very attentive throughout our stay. What really makes this property special for families is the balance of luxury and convenience. The location inside Resorts World is perfect. You have immediate access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment without needing to leave the building. With kids, this made a huge difference — no long walks across the Strip and no transportation hassles. Dining options were excellent and very convenient. Having multiple food choices nearby meant our kids could always find something they liked, while adults still had high-quality meals. Everything was organized, safe, and easy to navigate. Another thing worth mentioning is how quiet and secure Crockfords feels compared to many Strip hotels. Elevators require key access and the property felt very private and peaceful — something we really appreciated traveling as a family. Overall, Crockfords exceeded every expectation. The service, cleanliness, comfort, and family-friendly atmosphere made this trip memorable for all of us. If you are visiting Las Vegas with children but still want a luxury experience, this is absolutely the place to stay. We will 100% return on our next Vegas trip.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Crockfords, and a huge part of that was thanks to Linni Matsuo and Christina Hernandez. Both of them were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring throughout our visit! Linni helped us with spa arrangements, lounge recommendations (Alle Lounge and Sky Falls), and even guided us to M Jackson One — everything was handled seamlessly and with such warmth. She truly went above and beyond, even surprising us with champagne for our Valentine’s celebration. That thoughtful gesture made the evening feel extra magical and unforgettable. Christina was equally amazing! She prepared the most beautiful and delicious strawberries in our room, and that small but incredibly thoughtful touch genuinely moved us. It was clear that she put care and intention into making our stay special, and we felt sincerely welcomed and valued. Thanks to both Linni and Christina, our Valentine’s stay felt personal, warm, and truly memorable. Their hospitality made such a difference that we’re already looking forward to coming back. We can’t wait to visit again!

My wife and I stayed at Crockfords for one night while in Vegas and were very happy with our stay. To our delight, we received a complimentary upgrade for our room upon check in. Our room is on a higher floor of the building, well maintained and has a gorgeous view over the strip. We really appreciated the staff's attentiveness during our stay: I forgot to bring our tickets for the concert we were going to. I really appreciated the people working at the lobby during that time (Rebecca the janitor and the associate at the front desk) for assisting me and printing out the form I needed to request my tickets to be reprinted. We also went to the Zouk nightclub after our concert at a hotel nearby. Kaskade killed it as usual. The location of this hotel is very convenient for us. Next time I am in Vegas, Crockfords will definitely be one of my top choices because of the nice room, attentive staff and convenient location.

This was my first stay at Crockfords, and I want to highlight something important: Zach at the front desk made a remarkable difference! After a long flight, my wife and I arrived tired, and Zach was exactly the kind of person you hope to meet at check‑in: calm, welcoming, and genuinely focused on helping guests feel cared for. His attentiveness and effort to get us settled quickly set the tone for our entire stay. (@Crockfords management: Please make sure Zach knows he stands out with his excellent service!) Our room was excellent—spotless, spacious, and with great city views. The high ceilings made it feel like a real retreat. We also loved Alle Lounge 66. The cocktails were great, and Joseph Soul’s live performance added real energy and ambiance to the evening. (@Lounge 66: Joseph is someone worth bringing back as a regular) Overall, we’d absolutely recommend Crockfords. We’ll be returning on future trips to Vegas!

It’s a Hilton. Don’t expect a luxurious experience. The food options were great and casino is bright and clean. They boast that Crockfords is an exclusive experience but half of the Crockfords rooms are in a separate area that you have to cross through the other side of the hotel to access. This explains why the gorgeous lobby was empty. We made a last minute decision and came a day early, using our points here thinking that it might ruin our stay at the Wynn… yeah no. To top it off, we came back from dinner and spent an hour in the hallway waiting for maintenance to come change the battery in our door so that we could get in our room. The front desk attendant did stay with us for the entirety of that time but gave a us a parting “have a great evening” and nothing else. Many years ago, I used to teach a Hilton Honors class about how to change a bad experience into an exceptional response. I don’t think he’s ever attended that class. A simple gesture like a bottle of wine or some small accommodation would have saved the day. Instead, I just crossed Crockfords off my list. Tourism is down in Vegas and maybe you can easily blame politics or whatever, BUT MAYBE it’s the service that’s down making people not want to spend their money here.

Stephanie at the front desk treated me and my girlfriends like we were literally her best friends. We didn't want to leave her! She MADE our entire experience. From the second we walked in the door, she rolled out the red carpet for us. She gave us a champagne toast to welcome us, gave us exclusive tips and pointers, greeted us every morning, went out of her way to ask how she could make our stay exceptional, and offered us recommendations on and off the strip. She took photos for us, I can't say enough. We genuinely wanted her to come with us on our experiences. Stephanie is beautiful inside and out, and is a true asset to this brand! What a gem!

If you are driving to the Crockfords lobby, know that the gate automatically opens if your car is near the gate. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. However, the logistics of getting a hotel confirmation was cumbersome. If you need assistance, you have to call their concierge services number. The Crockfords reservation line stops taking calls at 8pm. When I made the reservation online, I didn't get a confirmation via email. I had to call several times. Then, I tried to online checkin in advance of my arrival but again, that didn't actually work. I had to actually go to the hotel lobby to do it, and then wait for my room. The elevators were pretty quick. I never had to wait too long for an elevator. Once I got into my room, there were plenty of amenities in the room. The room had all the bells and whistles including electronic drapery that can open and close. The bathroom was immaculate. My bed was pretty comfortable. I did also get to enjoy all the amenities that Resorts World has to offer which is a plus.

Dates of stay: September 5 - 9, 2025 Room: 60164 Room type: Strip View King Stephanie at the front desk set the tone for our stay very nicely! We had stayed at the Conrad a few years back and were quite disappointed with the overall experience, especially compared to other Conrads we had stayed with in different parts of the country and world. After this experience, here is really how the three hotels in the resort equate: ResortsWorld Hilton = Hampton or Hilton Garden Inn ResortsWorld Conrad = Hilton ResortsWorld Crockfords = Conrad The room is very nice and spacious, though lacking a desk so it's a good thing that neither of us needed to do much work while we were staying. The chaise lounge and bench at the foot of the bed are nice touches and the drawers are large enough to accomodate a fair amount of clothes. The bedside alarm clock had built in USB and lightning chargers, but the lightning charger was disintegrating so I used my own charger instead. You are welcomed with a very tasty chocolate bar in your room. Push button options for the lights and shades were very convenient and easy to use, and the button to request privacy is always a plus, though there was no button to request housekeeping, which is a miss, especially as our service was hit or miss. There was no announcement regarding housekeeping at check in so we expected to get daily service though one day was missed. However, the hotel offers turn down service, which was a pleasant surprise though the slippers were a joke for me and my large feet! Turndown service does include additional water bottles and small chocolates. Sadly there was no recycling bin in the room, which made me sad given all of the water bottles we went through on this trip! The bathroom was well-appointed with some of the nicest and well-thought out selections including tweezers, nail clippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, and razor with shaving cream. However the water closet was not an actual wall but just frosted glass, which really removed much semblance of privacy from the area. The placement of the door into the bathroom and the door to the water closet was also a design faux pas; one of these two doors should have been a pocket door to be utilize the space. Also, speaking of the water closet, I wish the hotel would redirect some of the funds used on toiletries to the toilet paper--this was some of the worst that I have ever experienced at any hotel! Dressing it up with a fancy sticker does not change how rough and unforgiving it is. If I stayed here again, I would absolutely bring my own! ResortsWorld boasts an embarrassment of restaurants but your daily credit as a Diamond member is only good at Juniors, Dawg House, Randy's Donuts, and the resort stores food and snacks, a ridiculous limitation that was not explained and was extremely disappointing. It is not surprising that the two full-service restaurants on this list have some of the worst reviews. The pool area is lovely and while they advertise five pools, only four were open for our entire stay and there was no explanation of why the Family Pool stayed closed the entire time. Pool staff are efficient and friendly, and while not well-marked, there is a Crockfords only pool that we took advantage of daily as it was never crowded and staff would provide you with complimentary water. In the end, Crockfords is a northern rival to Cosmopolitan, but cannot compete with Venetian in terms of the luxuriousness and size of the room though the turn down service is a nice benefit that we were not expecting!

Had a good stay at this place. It's hard to believe this is the top level Hilton property. The rooms and amenities were really nice. The hotel itself was just ok. There was nothing other than the lobby that differentiated between the hotels at resorts world. Same restaurants, casino, and pool. Nothing exclusive that I saw. The valet parking is nice.

Checked In: Saturday, July 5th, 2025 around 12:30pm (room was ready about 2 hours later, check in time is 4pm) Checked Out: Monday, July 7th, 2025 around 12pm (granted late check out with an extra hour, check out time is 11am) Room Booked: 2QNS CITY VIEW SUPERIOR RM Cost: First Night - 110,000 Hilton Points (FNC), Second Night - Genting Rewards Comp Hilton Status: Diamond Genting Status: Elite Room Number: 62-115 Notes: Free Valet Parking, No Resort Fees I was in town for the NKOTB concert. Since room rates for that Sat night were ridiculous at all resorts I looked up, I decided to use a Hilton FNC to book Crockfords and add it to a comp night thru Genting. I had called ahead to make sure I could combine the reservations so I didn't have to move rooms. They assured me it was no issue on the phone and at check in as well. Unfortunately I did have issues with them checking me out of the initial rezzie at something like 7am in the morning, so any benefits I had thru Hilton did not work the next day. I barely used my $25 x2 = $50 food and beverage credit, which I guess now only works during breakfast time? I don't like this change as I am not a breakfast person. Was much better when I could use for drinks / food whenever I wanted. Long story short, I had to go back and forth between the front desk, the breakfast sandwich place, and my room. At one point my key no longer worked. Plus I had to call several times times as well to sort everything out. What should have been simple ended up being a little time consuming. We stayed in the Conrad side of Crockfords, so walking back and forth wasn't as close as you may expect. If you are looking to stay here in a room with two beds, then your chances of an upgrade are very slim if you care about things like that. When I looked up room options with two beds, there weren't really any rooms to upgrade to. I've stayed at the Conrad before and the rooms basically have the same layout. I didn't have to call to get robes and slippers tho which was nice. And Conrad has more rooms, so you can possibly get upgraded there. Typically it's a room with a better view. Service here is definitely better than Conrad. The front is not nearly as busy. There really weren't any lines when we grabbed our car. I didn't see a dedicated line at the check in desk for Hilton Honors Members, so idk if that exists if you care about that. The front lobby was basically empty most of the time. One hiccup we ran into was the rooftop bar closing early. I called the front desk to ask when they close and we were told 2am. When we got there a little after midnight, the host told us they are closed. Really odd since I was put on hold when I called. I assumed they called up to the bar to ask, but I guess they didn't. We basically headed upstairs after I called and were turned away. Overall, I like this hotel and would stay here again if comped. Tho the service left something to be desired. It didn't really feel like a luxury hotel in that aspect. Taking into account the price if I paid (which I think would have been around $500+ a night), I'll rate this a 3. REVIEW #3798

I finally decided to stay @Resorts World and opted for Crockfords Las Vegas. Check-in was smooth and easy with a beautiful esthetic lobby. The elevators are close, quick and never overcrowded. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite and had an overall great experience! The suite was huge with plenty of space to spread out. This suite offers a powder room and large main bathroom, a makeup/vanity area with lots of amenities that made this stay ultra comfy. The stand-alone soaking tub (full of lush bath bombs from home) and a massive walk-in shower with dual ac room controls were my definite favorite in room highlights. The living room offers a large sectional (that also turns into a sofa bed) with incredible Strip views. All push-button controls for lights/sheers/drapes /privacy - just the way Momma likes it! Security is clearly a priority, the property felt safe and clean throughout. Our room service orders and special requests were always handled quickly and professionally. The casino area is super clean and not overly smoky, with plenty of excellent food options close by on property. The only real downside: The bed/s. For a property that feels more upscale, I expected something more luxurious and plush. Night two I decided to try out the sofa bed. Unmade- the mattress is the first thing you see when opening (see photos). I had to call for linens although, the bed felt uncomfortable and dirty (please add a mattress cover). Overall, Crockfords is beautiful and quiet with great service and amenities. Even though I felt like Princess on a pea during my stay. I'd definitely try again because I really enjoyed the soaking tub, views, dining options and pool immenities. **I really appreciated the mini cold spot for keeping my own drinks chilled.

My new favorite hotel in Vegas! From the second you walk in the staff are so nice and welcoming, from the spacious rooms with high ceilings and turndown service- everything was exceptionally. The rates were not that outrageous as others had mentioned; FAIR rate to be honest and it was top notch for under $700 for a Saturday-Monday stay. Pool was clean, food was great, so many spaces for friends to hangout, LOVE that this hotel has a few adults only pools, very relaxing. Amazing hotel and I cannot wait to visit again! I am unsure of why there are so many bad reviews on here. People take a tiny thing to complain about.

Resorts World has free parking and no resort fees, and my wife was able to get us three days at Crockfords in Resorts World for free. The room is modern and beautiful, although it is somewhat small. It includes the Nespresso machine, which allows me to enjoy coffees and teas, as well as the Theragun Elite Massager. It's an excellent piece that can massage you after a long day seeing Sin City. Why didn't other hotels consider this?! I have to mention the front desk gentleman named "Zach" who provided outstanding service and helped us get into the room without having to wait too long. My family and I really appreciate it.

I stayed here because I was in town to see Janet Jackson's residency. There are three lobbies: Hilton, Crockford and Conrad. I stayed at the Crockford. Check-in was a breeze. The front desk people were very nice and accommodating. Atmosphere: the lobby is beautiful no actually the entire hotel is beautiful! The artwork, the flowers, the lighting, everything! Most times you go into hotels, and they don't have the freshest smell however, when you walk into the Crockford, you immediately smell a great aroma they must have some kind of aromatherapy system that blows throughout the hotel. I love it! Room: When I first go into a hotel room, I do my own cleaning because most hotel cleaning people don't take care in cleaning. I must say that when I went over the high touch areas, they came up clean! so that is a plus for me! Everything was automated which worked for me. They even had a massager on the night stand that you could use for a price. So convenient. I had a queen bed with an amazing view! The bed was not that comfortable to me. It needed a thicker topper. My Sister and Brother-in- law said their bed was comfortable. Different strokes for different folks. The bathroom had a tub that I absolutely enjoyed soaking in!!! I would have enjoyed it better if it had jets. They provided bath caviar which were pearls to put in your water. They also provided a loofah. Niiice! Their body wash and lotion smelled so good. The has drinks, snack and espresso items for purchase that sits on a dock and if you pick them up to look at, you have 30 seconds to put back or you will be charged. The had a little fridge for drinks. The shower hose was loose and two things needed to be put back on. I called down to the front desk and they sent someone up to fix it. They dropped the ball with sending someone back to re-clean the areas where the maintenance man dirtied up but once I called back they sent someone immediately. Evelyn was my cleaning lady and she was awesome!!! Very nice and engaging. She took care of me and my room with impeccable service. I appreciate that! They have some great restaurants right in the building. Which was convenient. Overall I enjoyed my stay and the Crockford will be my new hotel to stay in whenever I come to Vegas.

Our favorite hotel on the strip! Had to go back since our first time was so amazing! We got a double suite that time but look what they gave us this time around? The entertainment suite wow wow wow! We were floored! It is so NICE! Perfect for the 5 of us! Ample room! Crazy beautiful! Check out my pictures. They do not do justice. It was so clean so huge just perfect with all the amenities. Love the rooms and bathrooms. 3 separate bathrooms. Huge beds and a giant pull out from the couch where the huge windows open up at night, just all so nice. Kitchen area was nice and roomy. We ate in one night to enjoy it. Got food from downstairs. Utilized the fridge. Enjoyed the views. Swam at their pools once again. Gambled downstairs after the kids went to bed lol We can't stay anywhere else anymore. We loved Waldorf on the other end but after that we stayed here we will opt to stay here every time we are in town! And we just made another reservation for June!! Can not wait! You might not notice this hotel but it's attached to Resorts world and Conrad. It's the nicest one I think because the kids stayed in Resorts World the other time while we were in Crockfords. But man it's luxury right here especially the entertainment suite! We loved it and loved the experience! Thank you Crockfords for the luxurious stay! We look forward to June already! Nicest check in ever too. They will do this magical tea ceremony for you too if you ask :) we do every time because it's so cute lol go check them out! Beautiful place!! Just love them!

A New Era for Vegas - This Hotel Raised the Bar I came to Vegas for a long-overdue boys trip with friends I hadn't seen in years--and this hotel completely redefined the experience. I kept saying it all weekend: Vegas grew up, and this property is a big reason why. It brings a new level of class, style, and elevated service that the city has been missing. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond--genuinely warm and overly accommodating in the best way possible. Special shoutout to Jordan at the front desk, who made check-in a breeze and set the tone for the rest of our stay. The spa was Next level. Think tropical rainfall walk-through shower meets nightclub sauna--equal parts relaxation and cool factor. Zen vibes flowed throughout the space, making it the perfect balance between fun and recovery. The amenities and service were five-star across the board. I hadn't been to Vegas in 10 years, but after staying here, I can confidently say it won't be another 10 before I come back. This property has changed the game.

Everything was ideal: the service was good and the food was just great and dessert was delicious

Really disappointing experience at Crockfords, definitely not what I'd expect from a hotel that markets itself as luxury. As a Hilton Honors member, this was one of the least impressive Hilton properties I've stayed at. We spent one night here after two nights at The Cosmopolitan and honestly wish we had just stayed at the Cosmo instead. The biggest issue was the customer service, nothing about the experience felt five-star. Staff didn't seem rude, but they also didn't seem particularly well-trained or attentive. When I checked in, the man at the front desk wasn't unfriendly, but he didn't offer any information about the hotel or its amenities. If I hadn't already read reviews, I wouldn't have known about the complimentary morning coffee, pastries, and fruit. The highlight was actually the bell staff, especially one gentleman (Asian, with a sleeve tattoo) who was incredibly friendly and professional. I wish I had gotten his name because he was the only person who delivered the level of service I expected. When we got to our room, there was snack debris (looked like Chex Mix) on the floor, which made it clear the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. The in-room phone didn't work either. A staff member came to check, confirmed it didn't work, said he'd be back, and never returned. I brought this up at the front desk and was given a dining credit, which I appreciated. Later that night, we were disturbed by a loud argument from the room next door. We could hear everything clearly, including things being thrown, not what you expect in a "luxury" hotel. I let the front desk know, but since the hotel was sold out and I had already been issued a credit, they said all they could do was call security. At checkout, I noticed the credit hadn't been applied. The agent had to confirm it with his coworker before honoring it, which was frustrating. I followed up the next day to make sure everything was reflected correctly, and the woman I spoke to wasn't very friendly. Also worth noting, their text messaging service is incredibly slow to respond, which only added to the frustration. All in all, this experience fell way short of what Crockfords claims to be. The service, cleanliness, and follow-through just weren't there. I'd recommend staying elsewhere in Vegas.

The service and room were top notch. Everyone from the valet, front desk, housekeeping to restaurant staff was friendly and welcoming. We brought our dogs with no trouble. Very nice place to stay. Pools were terrific. The bed was so cozy. Slept like a baby. For those contemplating bringing pets, I would say if you have a busy schedule leave them home. We only left them alone for dinners and a short time winning at craps. Otherwise it was worth the inconvenience. They loved coming with us.

Part of 3 brands under the overall Hilton hotel chain in the Resort World building in Las Vegas, the Crockford is a unique luxury hotel under the LXR Hotels brands, sitting between the top of the line Waldorf Astoria (now that's a name for a luxury hotel chain) and the Conrad (which I've always considered to be a very fancy hotel chain). The Crockford, Conrad, and Hilton brands share a lot of common features within the Resort World complex (opened in 2021 for a cost of 4.3 billion), including a well advertised 'Famous Foods' Asian inspired food hall. Thus the Crockford is considered the highest of the three brands, though I'm certain that a Conrad in a different city would have superior service and amenities. Thanks to my brother, my wife and I got to stay in a 2 queen room for 3 nights early in August (Crockford rooms being floor 59 and above), and took advantage of a lot of the benefits an invited guest gets, along with just being in a luxury hotel -- in room gifts of box of chocolates and bottle of chilled sparkling wine -- thick robes, massage gun, luxury shampoo and lotion (e.g. Mojave Ghost from Byredo) -- lights and blinds all controlled through wall controls throughout the room -- very comfortable beds and large thick towels -- provided without asking, toothbrush kits. -- high speed elevators that we never had to wait long for -- access to a small room that had gourmet chocolate chip cookies, cucumber water, and a decent spread of fresh fruit, muffins. The room had a minibar, but also had an empty beverage refrigerator to put in bottles of water. The bathroom had double sinks, and a large walk-in shower with a standard shower head (not a rainshower head nor much water pressure). It had a decent size flat screen tv with basic cable channels. The air conditioning worked well, even with the huge floor to ceiling windows letting in so much light. We got a view of the Convention Center from our window. Maid service is daily, and noticed that there are shifts so will even fix your room at night if you requested privacy during day.

I think this might be the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed at! Everything is so bright and feels so clean, the staff are all so friendly, and I really didn't have any complaints staying here! I especially loved the infinity pool!

A decent option to stay for those that don't want to be directly on the strip. Out of all the different sections of Resorts World, the Crockfords provides the most luxurious services. These sections of the hotel are through key card entry only. They also have a small selection of pastries and drinks in the lobby for the guests in the morning. The Crockfords west area requires you to walk through the Hilton lobby. The rooms have good bath products and are very spacious. We had a soiled mattress and requested that it be changed, but they were unable to change it so it was off-putting knowing that was what we were sleeping on.

Latina girl at the 66th floor at the Alle lounge (Sunday July 22nd, 2025 around 11pm) was the rudest person I've ever come across in Vegas. No class and had no customer service skills. Came up to check out the sky casino. Before any words came out of my mouth she said "Men aren't allowed to wear opened toed shoes in the lounge". I can read lips, so before I was within 20 ft, I could see her whispering to her coworker what she was about to tell me. I was there the night before and was aware of the dress code but I wasn't there for the lounge, just for the sky casino (which has a loose dress code). You speak when you are spoken to, you don't bark the first thing out of the top of your head, much less whisper it to your coworker in front of the guest before they even approach you. USB C port in the luxury sweet didn't work (lame), and valet text was slow the first time around.When the USB C cable ends up missing in the room after house keeping (which happens, sheets get changed, things get misplaced) the African American female security guard gave zero friendliness or any words of empathy - stone cold and didn't even offer us to take a seat. Valet drivers were nice and operators on the phone were friendly (but seemed to lack training because they had no confidence in answering any questions about the amenities. Room is beautiful and cleaning staff was nice but the 66th floor staff on this exact date and security guard needs to go. The job isn't hard - just be nice and welcoming. Also, the pool area has no shade so be sure you plan ahead.

Crockfords is a pretty hotel inside Resorts World. It's also a new property. But... The phone in the living room did not work. The mini-fridge was broken and we couldn't open it. We arrived too early for them. We left our luggage with valet. Front desk was supposed to text and/or call us when our room was ready. We went to eat breakfast. We waited patiently and no one reached out. It wasn't until I decided to walk back to the front desk and inquire about our room. Immediately was told: "oh your room has been ready." I don't think the service, amenities or lack therefore match the "hype." They did give me a dining credit for any inconvenience they caused. The living-room phone never got repaired. I had to call from my cell phone once for room service. I will say that the quality of their hair products is top notch. I appreciate the credit and because they tried to right their wrongs, yes, I will be back and give them a second chance. Resorts World is hosting Janet Jackson's residency. So... Yeah! Happy New Year everyone!

This hotel concept is a bit confusing, there three hotels in one which don't mesh well because of the set up. It's a bit of chaotic lobby and check in process, for example when staying at the Crockfords the entrance and parking was for certain floor levels vs that being the basic hotel entrance. The vibe feels like a too open of a mall overall, doesn't have that awesome Vegas vibe. The food court area is nice as they have a lot of options. The rooms aren't anything super special vs other properties. The pool area is nice, no issues there. Overall they hype this as unparalleled luxury on their website, I don't feel it lives up to that.

From the moment we pulled in to the gate to check in I knew this would be a special place. Yes, you have to pull up to a gate that opens upon arrival and that's where the valet is. No hustle and bustle of having to navigate a chaotic valet even on busy weekends. When you walk in the lobby it's a nice respite from the busyness of the Strip. The furniture is nice and comfy and the hotel bar is right in the lobby across from check in. The only thing that was a hassle is getting from the lobby to the room. We had to walk down this long hallway that required key card access and go through the Hilton lobby to get to the elevators for the suites. However, the long hallway that was annoying to walk through was also super quiet and had lovely art on the walls. The room we stayed in was amazing. We had a suite and this was a proper suite. The bathroom was huge and more than enough space for me, my partner, and our daughter. I think the best part of the whole stay was one of the housekeepers gave my daughter a stuffy and "Fluffy" goes to bed with her every night. It's such a big and small thing that'll make me a Crockfords guest for a long time.

This 5 Star Property, part of Resorts World is a gem. It's pricey and definitely geared towards the peeps with money. The rooms are super comfy, plush and tastefully decorated. Views are amazing from any point and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Parking is tricky as they do offer valet as well as two parking garages none of which are free unless you're a Genting Member. The available amenities are amazing. A massager, facial masks in the restroom and the dual shower heads help make your stay enjoyable. My only problem was that my key didn't work on multiple occasions. I had to change them out five times and it took almost an hour and a half to get access to my room - mind you, it was 2am and I had a meeting at 8am sharp! The hotel manager offered me a dining credit for the inconvenience. Which I appreciated. Would really like a complimentary stay for future use. No real explanation as to why it happened or what caused it so I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Must have been a glitch. I do plan on returning again though. If you're on the fence about choosing where to stay in Vegas and you want to feel rich, this is the place to be. Thank me later.

This was my second time staying at the Crockfords using Amex Fine hotels and resort. Last time I came early in the calendar year and I was upgraded to a really large entertainment suite. This time I was upgraded to a regular suite. Both times I was still impressed by the hospitality and how clean everything was. I appreciate the chocolates and all the toiletries that are provided in our room. Housekeeping came in while we were at dinner and placed new water bottles for us. The bed is comfortable and the main bathroom is spacious. Amex FHR provides us with early check in, late check out, welcome drinks, free breakfast and dining credit -- I really recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Vegas with a platinum card. It's a bit far from some of the main attractions on the strip but there is a taxi stand that is conveniently located; the Uber stand is a bit far and windy. Much nicer/newer than the hotels that are more central on the strip.

If I can give it a 4 1/2 stars, I will. It was almost perfect. I love the bathtub. I love the old-school feeling and luxury. I was disappointed that they hadn't updated their system so we could cast our own device on their TV. Very nice and polite staff.

Read the reviews in Trip Advisor and many people were confused but I think the Resort World is broken into 2 properties, the Hilton Conrad, and the boutique Crockfords. The Crockfords is the boutique version and it has its own entrance that you have to get scanned entry to. The hotel is beautiful and its exclusive lobby will leave you in awe. Parking was $18 per night or $35 valet but the reservation rep told us it was free..boo! They said we couldn't check in and leave our car in the driveway and we weren't happy about that but they finally let us. The room has toothbrushes, facial masks, shampoo conditioner, mouthwash a mini-fridge for you to use, robes and slippers a lighted magnifying mirror and just about everything you'll need. We loved it and can't wait to go back. We had a strip view room with a bonus view of the red mountains. So nice!

Crockfords was a former gentlemen's clubs founded year 1929 in London, UK. The Uk casino has been closed since 2023 and now the brand attempts to cross over to the Americas yeah? Parent company Genting Group is a hospitality conglomerate headquartered in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. They own all of the Resorts World and Crockfords brand. To make things even more confusing Conrad Hilton is the great grandfather of Paris Hilton and founder of Hilton Hotels. Luxury tier includes Waldorf Astoria, LXR Resorts, and Conrad. Hilton Honors reward program manages the 3 hotel properties but everything else with gaming is owned or managed by Genting. Crockfords is the top dog here with less than 300 guest rooms. March 2024 weekday check in around 18:00 was smooth and fast with nobody else in the lobby area. Saba? From front desk was friendly and efficient. Pool open 0900-1800. Google maps will take you to the south valet which is wrong. If you are checking into Hilton Conrad the valet is north side on Resorts World Ave. Crockfords has its own private entrance. Just drive up to the gate and it will open automatically. Galen the bartender is dope. Our room 1250 sq ft entertainment suite on the 62nd floor was lit. My only beef is that the drapes didn't close all the way. I also wish RW would have something similar to the Bellagio Botanical Gardens. Decor is on par with Wynn/Encore and it cost them $4.3b to built in 2021 so splurge a little and all in on red only if you live once.

Hotel was amazing. Everyone from the valet to the front desk staff to the housekeeping was five star service. They never made me feel like I could get anything. Rooms are amazing with floor to ceiling windows great bathrooms very private entranceway so you don't have to go through the casino beautiful lobby, great views everything about the hotel was top notch. I love Vegas but I do not like staying at hotels that you have to go through the casino to check in so place like this is awesome. While on the north end of the strip this has got to be, in my opinion, by far one of most beautiful quiet relaxing hotels in Las Vegas. The staff was so courteous and accommodating and the amenities outstanding. If you want an upscale, sophisticated Las Vegas experience then Crockfords is your place

Spacious and clean rooms! Finally got the chance to stay at the newest resort on the strip & it was absolutely amazing! Love that Crockford has its own special valet/check in that is exclusive away from the Hilton and Conrad entrances. Less crowded and quick access to the hotel. The lobby is absolutely gorgeous and very inviting. Plenty of seating area with a cocktail bar in the lobby. Complimentary coffee and tea available all day! We stayed in the Entertainment suite with a stunning view. Room had a huge living and dining area, 1 bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, 1.5 bathrooms & an in-room bar. Complimentary Nespresso coffee available, and I love Nespresso!! Bathroom was fully stocked with towels, robes & slippers. I always pack my own face masks on every trip, but I'm so happy to see a few mask sheets for the ladies in the bathroom! The lobby offers complimentary breakfast pastries/fruits, coffee and tea in the morning. Beds are very cozy with nice firm pillows! Very well rested during my stay! Only downside about this place is that we had to wait in our car for a while when we pulled into the entrance after a long night out. The gates were closed and it wasn't long until a tail of cars were behind of honking for someone to let us in! Would be nice if there was a key pad that allows guests back in.

My new fav hotel on the strip. This place has been my go to for conference stays in the past couple years and I love everything about it. It's new as of 2021 or so, so facilities are super clean and chic. The two times I've stayed there there's been some minor issues with the room, but all were rectified super quickly by the amazing service staff - I chalk it up to the newness of the place. The food options in the greater Resort World complex are pretty awesome esp if you like Asian food - I'll do a few reviews on the individual options but there's some very solid and accessible options from cheap to pricey all in the same building! For someone who loves nice hotel accommodations and is willing to work the growing pains of a new hotel, I think this place has pretty great value and is a great new option to stay near the Strip. :) looking forward to going back in a month for another business trip!

UPDATE May 2024 Stayed again using our Amex FHR benefit and had a wonderful stay. The Kitchen where we used our breakfast credit last time is now Juniors! They have a great breakfast menu and it was delicious. You have the option to use the $66 breakfast credit at either Juniors or Suns Out Buns Out

Had a wonderful time during my stay at Crockfords as booked through AMEX FHR program. Michael, who assisted me at check-in, provided excellent and wonderful service. Kobe, also at the front desk, who escorted me to the correct elevators past the Crockfords Club lobby, was super friendly and made excellent recommendations and answered all my questions. Alix, who assisted with my check-out process, helped to ensure my folio had credits applied correctly and closed out swiftly without any hiccups, was also wonderful. All of the staff, including room service (a.k.a. "luxury services", if I'm not mistaken), and well as housekeeping, were incredibly friendly and helpful. In summary - 5/5 - would absolutely be returning for future stays.

With some of the mixed reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect, but Crockfords delivered an excellent luxury hotel experience. Being within Resort World, there are plenty of restaurants, amenities, etc. but being a smaller luxury hotel, Crockfords was able to provide attentive, personalized service. With a separate lobby (with checkin, valet, bar, elevators, etc.), Crockfords offers a quiet escape from the larger resort. Everyone we encountered was friendly and eager to help. The valet offered to help us get a ride share directly at the Crockfords lobby and also offered use of the hotel's house car. The room was luxurious, with a beautiful bathroom and nice sized living room (we booked a city view suite - note, the city is downtown Las Vegas, not the Strip). The hotel reminds me of the Four Seasons Hotel (within Mandalay Bay on the other end of the Strip), but the prices are generally lower at Crockfords. Overall, I would recommend Crockfords if you're looking for a luxury, more boutique hotel experience on the north end of the Strip.

I bought a Chanel purse with my Hilton AMX and had enough points to stay here for 3 nights excluding incidentals and miscellaneous fees. My boys had a basketball tournament in Las Vegas and this was my birthday weekend so this was the perfect hotel to book. I have always wanted to stay here when I read that they had a food court like the Hawker Centers in Singapore. While booking, I was a little confused by the 3 hotels that is part of the Resorts World so here is the breakdown: The Crocksfords is the high end property out of the 3 hotels and goes up to the 66th floor. It has a separate, secret entrance, next to The Conrad's check-in. The Conrad is also stylish but is more mid-range and the Hilton is cheapest one but still nice since this resort just opened June 24, 2021 and they share the same casino, restaurants, and parking. I was able to book my own corner room on the 65th floor but found out the room was given away when I checked in. The Theragun massagers in every room are very nice and the Delonghi coffee makers were so much better then the typical Keurig coffee makers. All the little details /amenities made up for the price point. The hotel was about 20 minutes from the tournament where my sons played, next door to Circus Circus, and around the corner from Fashion Show. Kevin Hart also performs here. The worlds largest Christmas Light maze opened the the weekend we stayed but we were not able to make it. We didn't really get to enjoy our hotel room since we were at the tournament all day but will definitely stay at this property in the future.

My new favorite Las Vegas hotel. Part of Resorts World complex. They have a Hilton a Conrad and Crockfords, the lobby is spectacular. The rooms are huge and the staff can't do enough to help. Resorts World has every great restaurant you can imagine plus gambling ha ha ha. It also has a private pool at Crockfords just for the guests I had a great time I recommend it highly. Yes pricy but worth it.

I'm one day into a three-night stay and I have never wanted to go home early so bad before. (Edited later: never again.) Our stay at Crockfords Las Vegas started out bad: I had to kind of wrangle and persuade a bell guy to take our luggage. Normally not the end of the world - I'd just haul it myself, but I've got a torn rotator cuff at the moment and I really didn't feel like handling it myself - and that's why I went to Crockfords, which claims to be a nice hotel. Okay, the lady checking us in said she would have everything sent right up. No joy. After a half hour, I tried twice to call down - no joy, no answer. So, I scanned the QR code on my ticket, and was told, "That's processing." I went down to the bell desk, where there were three people standing around joking. Where's my luggage; I need to change for supper. Um . . . after a couple minutes they find it and apologize, "The guy the computer assigned that to went off duty right afterward." Okay, but - WTH? So, bad rotator cuff and all, _I_ wind up schlepping our three bags across the lobby and up to our room. Yay. And ow. But this is what's untenable and why I'd urge you to think twice. The place is only three years old, and this was the worst bed I've ever had in Vegas. Ever - worse than Palazzo. The mattress was beat-down and gave no support whatsoever on my side and the super-thick mattress cover made it worse. I lay down fine and got up with agonizing back pain. Just totally unacceptable. I wound up having to sleep in the center of the king bed in order to get even a minimal amount of support. This mattress should be retired. I'd call downstairs about it, but after the bell desk debacle, I just don't want to deal with moving - and I don't trust these guys to replace the mattress with a proper one. So, two more nights pressed in the middle of the bed, with unnecessary back pain. (Update - the second and third nights, I just slept on the chaise lounge. My wife's side of the king bed was not worn out, but I really think a decent bed that doesn't _injure_ patrons is a fundamental requirement of any hotel, let alone one that hopes to claim a certain chic status. When mentioned on check-out, they "made a note of it." Thanks!) But maybe this is why the bedstand has a . . . I don't know what to call it, "massage gun"? I don't know about or even touch such things (and wonder if even looking at it can transmit some HPV detritus from previous guests - how _does_ one sanitize something like this?), but the bedroom bizarrely features a massage gun of some sort, apparently the unholy spawn of a DeWalt power tool (jackhammer?) and some kind of not-PG-rated "marital aid." What the heck? How about put in a decent bed, Crockfords, and you can spare us the vibrating appliances? Sheesh, I don't see a slot for quarters, but this gives what is trying to be a classy hotel a distinct Seventies "magic fingers" vibe. Ugh. The bathroom is a solid ten degrees Fahrenheit warmer than bedroom, no matter what the temperature setting, and the heat leaches into the bedroom area. Not sure whether it is from a heated floor (doesn't seem to be) or from the weird chandelier that provides light. Decent shower - with room for a five-piece combo for some reason (hopefully unrelated to the vibrating device - no judgment). One of the elevators is out this morning, leaving only _one_ elevator in service. Drape/sheer buttons don't work. Housekeeping has done a good job (although they don't come until after 4p) and is very nice when you run into them; same with custodial staff. Most employees seem polite and friendly (although some of the Conrad check-in staff appeared to be put out with a request for walking directions to the Strip - and, after _three_ thank-yous by us, were unable to scrounge up a "You're Welcome," or even a "No Worries"). But . . . why does Crockfords feel like it's run by a Soviet committee? Great parts (crappy bed excepted), but it just doesn't come together. Here are some other good parts: it's quiet, turndown service, just like you'd expect at a nice place (but not on the last night?); shave and dental kits; an in-room Nespresso maker (albeit with downmarket coffee pods); a fridge next to the mini bar; great view; pretty bars, pretty lobby, pretty lounge up top. Easy agreement to late check-out. Coffee, tea, fruit and light pastries in the morning. The (Bluetooth-enabled) makeup mirror is nice, as is the (Bluetooth-enabled) JBL soundbar under the TV. But the Resorts World food court is a dystopian nightmare of Hello Kitty skeletons and overpriced, oversalted food under weird yellow lighting - ugh. FYI: Crockfords reservation emails don't explain which lobby one checks in at so, just for you - suites use the main "Crockfords Club" with the gates; the regular rooms at the Conrad "preferred guest" desk amongst hoi polloi next to the taxi stand.

Adding my review from a stay in December 2022. The gate entry to Crockford is off Resorts World Ave, not where Google Maps takes you. You have to pull up REALLY close to the gate for it to open. Valet was polite and we got our luggage out fine. Check-in was where the problems started. We arrived at 2PM and attempted early check-in, and were introduced to the AMEX FHR credits and Hilton Diamond credits with two separate letters. Unknown to us prior to arriving, many restaurants were closed before Christmas. I would've definitely changed my plans if they had warned us. Following this, an upgrade was offered to a no-view 5th floor suite from an upper floor strip view, which we accepted. We checked our luggage while waiting. We went to Famous Street Foods to redeem the F&B FHR credit, but couldn't even check out without a room number. We called Crockfords and went back to the desk (a solid 5-minute walk each way) and were told that "nope, you can't really do anything until you've been assigned a room." Are you kidding me, Hilton? One day stay and I can't even use any credits because I don't have a room? 3PM rolls around and we're just walking around Resort World. Still no call. Pepper was fun to walk through and check out their sex toy collection. 3:15PM was when we got the phone call that our suite was ready. Michael was much better of a desk concierge, quickly checking us in, scheduling our luggage, getting us water, and escorting us up. The hard product suite is fantastic - two bathrooms, dresser, two sinks and very roomy - but we didn't stick around too long since we were hungry and had shows and dinner booked. We sped down to the Famous Street Foods for pho, sushi, and duck tacos. Service here is very fast, and we got our food and ate within 30 minutes. We were able to go back to the Crockford bar for the free champagne, which was a Brut served by a very fun bartender named Johnny who I had a great chat with about Sloe Gin. The rest of our stay was basically on the strip and with some breakfast at Resorts World. It was easy to use the F&B credit and Hilton Breakfast credit after the initial hiccups, and we got to try both the Mouse House (the to-go part of Dawg House) and Sun's Out Buns Out, both of which had good offerings for brunch. Overall, a great hard product with some misses in service.

Perched at the top of new mega property Resorts World both literally and figuratively (lower levels house a Conrad and a Hilton), Crockfords is gorgeous and full of potential but needs to work out some kinks before it can live up to its 5 star billing. Case in point: Upon arrival, the "exclusive" Crockfords gate fails to open, so we end up valeting at the "less exclusive" Conrad which isn't gated, and walk over. Not a big deal - the irony just makes me chuckle. At check-in, front desk clerk Jared hands us keys to a vaulted ceiling 63rd floor Strip view one bedroom suite. It's lovely - except already occupied by a couple who had arrived a little before us and apparently received our suite by mistake... Jet to meet friends off-property and give Jared time to clear up the confusion. When we return a few hours later (this time the gate works), the accidental occupants are gone *but* not before having some snacks and, er, making use of the bed. ;) Not judging - we are in Sin City, after all! Only issue is that no one checked the room after their departure. To his credit, Jared is supremely apologetic, vows to send Housekeeping immediately, and invites us to wait either in the suite or at the bar with drinks on the house. We choose the first option. After an hour with no HK in sight, however, we call to inquire as to their status - can't get through to anyone on the phone, so back downstairs we go. Jared (my new BFF by this point since we've seen so much of each other :) calls HK again, and assures us this time they are in fact coming. We head to the elevator bank, get in... and then the elevator malfunctions! Much champagne is spilled during the sudden lurch but thankfully everyone's ok. Another 30 minutes pass before Maintenance gives the all-clear and we can go upstairs. HK arrives, woohoo! Very grateful for these wonderful ladies who turn the suite around as fast as humanly possible. 5 hours after our initial arrival, we can finally start enjoying our stay - which we absolutely do, all the way until check-out when the valet rips not one but both handles off my luggage while loading... :P First world problems, I know. All I can do is laugh!

Came here 03/03/2023. Let my review be the one to clear up all the confusion. Resorts World Las Vegas is compound at the north end of the Strip that houses: Hilton Las Vegas, Conrad Las Vegas, Crockford's LXR Las Vegas, The District, and the Resorts World Casino. There. 5 different entities inside the "Resorts World Complex". 1. Hilton: the lowest-end cheapest hotel (have not stayed here yet) 2. Conrad: the mid-tier hotel (have not stayed here yet) 3. Crockford's: the luxury hotel (amazing) 4. The District: the food court, restaurant, and shopping complex on the ground floor - across the street from Wynn/Tacos el Gordo 5. Casino - self explanatory (Genting Rewards) Ok, now that being said, I stayed at Crockford's from Mar 3-5 for my birthday. HOTEL REVIEW: Google Maps has the wrong address for the Crockford's valet/main entrance. It's actually on Resorts World Ave (past Goh Tong Way). I booked this reservation through Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts and paid about $500/night (before taxes and fees). I told the reservations department ahead of time that I was celebrating a birthday and would like a suite upgrade. CHECK-IN: We arrived at 3:30 PM Friday and went to check in. Even with the FHR upgrade power and a birthday celebration, they weren't able to do anything. They offered me an entertainment suite upgrade for an additional $350/night but I didn't feel like it was worth it on top of $500/night room rate. The room wasn't ready at the time so they "upgraded" us to one with higher ceilings. The upgrade was one category from city view to strip view, so a whopping $10 upgrade. Guess that's what happens when you book the base room. They told me no availability on the suites but it was wide open on the entertainment suites. Like come on, it's a birthday, is there really a need to upcharge? Valet is COMPLIMENTARY for Crockford's guests. PROBLEM #1: Vegas is known for its service, and Crockford's is meant to be a luxury resort at the level of Wynn. Even though it was my birthday and clearly noted all over the reservation, I didn't receive a single greeting or complimentary perk. I saw in some other reviews that other guests received complimentary champagne, complimentary cakes, and food credit. Nope, not for me, zilch. Felt pretty disappointed that on top of booking through Amex and it being only a 2 night stay (short), the resort gave me nothing. ROOM: It's really nice. A bit small (550 sqft?), but all Crockford's rooms are on floors 59-66. Floors 63-66 have high ceilings which really expand the room. Complimentary theragun massager is provided and the room is BRIGHT, almost to the point where I wish they let you dim them more than one level. You can just tell that the room is modern, fresh, and clean. I would stay here again without a second thought. PROBLEM #2: Our room didn't have a tub even after specifically requesting one, and nothing was offered for the lack of it. How are you gonna come to Vegas and not have a tub?? CASINO: Mins are high during weekends (I play high limit though). $200-$500 BJ, $300 Roulette. It's clean and the dealers are friendly. Drinks are great (coconut water for me). Their rewards program sucks and it's not fleshed out yet like MGM. Offers are sporadic. I had lots of play during my stay so they comped my resort fees. Couldn't comp my room since I booked through Amex. Made $5000 on the trip. FOOD: Tons of dining options. Classic Vegas overpricing but I thought that the breakfast was great at The Kitchen (a-la-carte). Pizza place was decent but slices are $8. I would come back to try Genting Palace, the Steakhouse, and Allie on 66. I tried room service at Crockford's (scallops, nachos, smore cake) and it was delicious even at 2 AM, just wish that we had a suite upgrade for some more eating space. Overall, the resort is externally polished but there were some service misses and I felt no special perks on a birthday trip. Disappointing but the facilities are top-notch. Will come back when they send me offers from my play.

I enjoyed the suite that we received, it had a 1.5 bathroom, living room, bedroom, jack-n-jill sink, bathtub, shower, and a closet with a safe. My view was Circus Circus and the Stratosphere. Service was very kind and efficient. Rooms were comfortable and cleaned well. The pool was nice but really no place for shade so it is hot for sure. The Crockfords lobby is definitely really nice and smells like a spa.

Had an incredible stay at Crockfords Hotel. From the pull in to check out, I felt well taken care of. Opulent stay, and thank you staff!

My family stayed at Hilton Crockford's, so we were able to use the Crockford's pool. The pool is within the main Resorts World pool complex, and it's supposed to be only for Crockford's guests. We didn't have to show our room key to get loungers offered and instantly reserved. Great service! You can also get bottled water at no charge. The pool was refreshing and not busy on the Sunday in April we were there, and it was about a 90 degree day. Crockford's also has its own "casino", which was first on my list of things to check out. It's actually adjacent to the main casino, and has a bar with gaming. I had a virgin cocktail there (Almond Joy) that was yummy. The slots on the casino floor have TVs next to them! I also got to join my family for the Crockford's continental breakfast in the lobby. It was coffee, tea, fruit and above average quality pastries. I liked the elegant feel that the Crockford's lobby has.

A bumpy start but an incredible finish. I recently completed a stay at Crockfords and cannot wait to return again in the near future. Although I was unimpressed with the Crockfords WEST suites, I believe that management went above and beyond to make things right. In this regard, I am beyond optimistic about my future stays at Crockfords. I will, of course, stay exclusively in the suites in Crockfords EAST. All that said, even where there were blunders or inconveniences, I believe that there is no better trained staff in all of Las Vegas. Everybody at the resort was kind, courteous, and made me feel welcome. This extended to management as well. I want to specifically mention Jessie V, who made sure that I felt heard and who moved mountains to ensure I had a fabulous stay. Crockfords is THE destination for unmatched luxury, top tier service, and an overall fantastic stay. 10/10, WILL return.

Wow I'm speechless!! This is by far the most gorgeous hotel I've ever stayed at! Honestly doesn't feel like your in Vegas when you step in here. It's so quiet and calm. Absolutely stunning. I'm honestly so confused with the negative reviews! There was not a single thing to complain about. The service was great and the rooms were stunning. Also the fact that they provide byredo Mojave ghost body care blows my mind!!

We stayed at Crockfords during our most recent Vegas excursion. Our room was suite-style, with a bedroom enclosed off from a separate room with a large couch and living space. No in-room coffee maker, but there's an area down in the Crockfords lobby where they keep pastries and coffee or tea throughout a good portion of the day; unfortunately, Vegas as a whole has moved away from in-room coffee makers (probably because they can make way more money up-charging at the downstairs restaurants), so I can't fault them too much for that. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice, but for being the top hotel within Resorts World, I was a little disappointed. The biggest issue I found with the room was the lack of a bathtub. We booked our room through the American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts program, which comes with a room upgrade. When I asked about a room with a bathtub at the front desk, I was told there weren't any bathtubs in the Crockfords hotel. I think that actually wasn't the case, but even so, I'm used to having gorgeous bathtubs in base rooms at most Vegas properties. Probably wouldn't stay here again when there are so many options on the Vegas strip.

The directions to the entrance could have been more precise when we reached Crockfords. There are no significant signs on the gates. After parking, we accidentally entered the Hilton side. They could have told us to go to a different building section with Crawford check-in. They gave us regular keys when we checked in at Hilton. When I found Crawford's lobby, they gave me more fancy keys and better instructions. Anyhow the room was nice and well-kept. I went to the pool with my GF to lay under the sun. The server that worked that day was Bridget, that gave us bad service. She got my drink order wrong and took forever to bring it. And she was flirting with other customers, not professional. She showed us attitude when I joked about waiting. Overall they can work on improving the service section a little bit more. The facility was super lovely, and the housekeeping was very friendly.

If you are looking for five-star service at Resorts World, then you'll certainly want to book your stay at Crockfords. After staying at Conrad on July 2021, we knew that we had to experience this for ourselves. As Diamond members, we were able to book our stay during Super Bowl and Valentine's Day weekend completely with points on a room that otherwise would have cost us a whopping $1500! We reached out to guest relations for a potential upgrade via email and Vania was kind enough to move us to a strip view room with notes on a potential suite upgrade, if available, along with early check-in and late checkout (12pm). Since the hotel sold out, we weren't able to get either an early check in, late check out, or a suite upgrade but we were still super excited nonetheless. Our room was 64102 located in the leftmost corner of the hotel and we were absolutely floored upon entering the unit. It was absolutely gorgeous with dramatic high ceiling, a soaking tub, and even a theragun in the unit! Though we had watched quite a few videos of the rooms on YouTube it was even more beautiful in person. As we were celebrating my birthday and our 7th anniversary, Vania took note of our celebration and was sweet enough to gift us a birthday cake and a bottle of champagne to celebrate. We were so surprised by this sweet gesture and knew that the team went above and beyond in making sure our trip was unforgettable. Some notable things about Crockfords: - there is a tea ceremony upon check-in - they have complimentary tea, coffee, fruits, and pastries at the lobby everyday until 11am - they are the only ones to offer in-room dining (they call it their ghost kitchen) - you'll need to call luxury services for buckets of ice - they provide a commemorative key and leather fob for all guests upon check-in that also double as your key card - they have the tiniest key cards alongside the key and fob - if you have a tub, it'll come with bath caviar and a collectible Resorts World rubber ducky and soap made by Nectar Bath Treats - all units come with a Nespresso machine that contain regular coffee, decaf, and tea pods as well (green and black) - they're the only ones to have automated switches for drapes and lighting - dental and manicure kits are offered in the room (you can still call for these at Hilton and Conrad) Overall, our stay here was certainly one of the best experiences I've ever had in Vegas. While the price point can be a bit steep, the level of customer service we received was beyond exceptional. I really want to take a moment to shout out Vania R. for all of the hard work she put in and for answering all of my questions prior to and up until our stay! She even introduced herself when we got there and we're very fortunate to check in with her. Having come from over 10 years of customer service background, I know what it's like to have a truly exemplary member on the team and Vania is certainly a testament to that. If I had any doubts about my future stays here, she solidified it and you've now earned a loyal returning guest. I cannot wait for the next time we get to experience Crockfords again! (42/100--2022)

Don't get me wrong, this hotel is beautiful and love the rooms. It's honestly a really good hotel with very nice amenities. I'd give it a higher rate if it wasn't for the elevators, take forever to get to your floor and at times they skip you. Example, family left pool before us, we stayed behind about 5-10 mins, then dried off and took off to the elevators and they were still waiting, honestly only negative review. Sucks most of the pools were closed due to the season (understandable). Overall, would go back when the pools are open since they do have a few.
