An Eastern Washington Cowboy Opens a Steakhouse in Woodinville | Eater Seattle

"When I stepped into the connected Crossbuck Taproom, the atmosphere was decidedly more casual—televisions aired the hottest sports games and the space felt like a neighborhood spot—yet you can order from either the taproom or the steakhouse no matter where you sit. Crossbuck Brewing, which Thiessen helped found in 2018 alongside Walla Walla Steak Co., reinforces the operation’s ranch-to-table ethos (its spent barley is even used to finish cattle at Thiessen Ranch), and the taproom shares the same Woodinville address and hours: 13205 NE 175th Street, open Wednesday through Sunday, 3 p.m. to 9 p.m." - Jade Yamazaki Stewart

Jason Wilson and El Gaucho Team Are Opening Restaurants in Pike Place Market and Walla Walla | Eater Seattle

"Also opening in the same former train depot this spring, Crossbuck Brewing will offer beer-friendly tap room fare alongside its brews, with the food prepared on the same custom charcoal grill and wood-fired oven and access to a sun-friendly patio with fire pits." - Megan Hill

Fine dine restaurant and once you enter inside, you get the feeling of dining here on a special occasion like birthdays or anniversaries. Huge seating space too. Due to shortage of time, we couldn't have much of food, so we just wanted to have couple of beers, which was totally worth it. I see that even beers are towards little highly priced over a dollar extra. Parking was little problematic, as we couldn't find dedicated parking space for crossbuck brewing. They wont pick up call either!

As a Reveler's club member, this has become one of our go-to restaurants. We have a few dietary restrictions that limit where we can go consistently, but this restaurant has excellent options available to us as far as dairy-free and pescatarian offerings go. Our server this night was Elle, and she was absolutely phenomenal. We had a minor issue where the wrong dish was brought out, but it was rectified swiftly and easily, and Elle was extremely apologetic about it. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and provided recommendations based on our questions, and they were all perfect. The food and drinks were all absolutely beyond expectations, the halibut was perfectly crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside, with the perfect delicate salty flavor that halibut should have. The truffle Mac and cheese was wonderful, the burger was perfectly cooked, and all of the appetizers were phenomenal (though I do wish the crab cakes had a couple more per order). The drink selection was also superb, with a number of low/zero abv options and some outstanding spirits to choose from. The Negroni #2 is a little sweeter than a traditional Negroni, but with wonderful flavors which was exactly what we were hoping for. All in all an absolutely wonderful experience, this has become one of our go to restaurants and Elle was one of the best servers we've ever had, across all restaurants.

The food and drinks are so delicious at this taproom & steakhouse!! We tried the chicken sandwich, steak & frites, crème brûlée, buttered mashed potatoes & a roasted corn with candied jalapeños. The atmosphere & service were top notch. We can’t wait to go back :)

Fantastic place, especially since they have a casual side, and a fancy side. So you can roll up for either vibe! The food is delicious, the staff are absolutely fantastic and kind, The atmosphere is really chill and cool looking, You really can't go wrong. Going here for any kind of occasion. The cocktails are really innovative and delicious as well!

Crossbuck might honestly have the best lineup of brews on the Eastside. The stone fruit IPA (hazy schmazy) has me in an absolute chokehold. Their waiting staff is beyond friendly, and great at their jobs. I crave the crossbuck burger with fries and ranch at least 5 times a week. At the LEAST. Totally worth a visit for burgers and brews without breaking the bank.

First time visiting Crossbuck and will not be going back. Our son ordered the fried chicken sandwich and it was delivered well under cooked and very pink. Our server apologized and took the sandwich. I'm guessing the manager returned a bit later to deliver another sandwich and didn't say much other than sorry. They didn't comp his meal or even offer anything and on top of that they add a 20% service charge to every check. I've never seen this ever for a group less than 8 and then was told that's primarily for the kitchen staff. $76 later for tip and service charge is a complete joke! The food is just OK at best but was not worth what we paid. Will not go back and certainly will not recommend.

Great flip side to Walla Walla Steakhouse. Casual atmosphere with a great selection of house beers and the food is fantastic. I like that you can order from the fancy side (Steakhouse menu) if you want, but can get a solid burger or shaved steak sandwich. Both of which are FANTASTIC! Our server was great as well, and the prices on the tap house side are pretty reasonable. One thing to note is they have a "service fee" that is automatically charged, so additional tip isn't necessary but always appreciated for great service.
