I haven't been back in a gym consistently in years. The first class I took, the instructor was patient with me. In fact, each instructor I have encountered has pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of doing and ensures that my form is strong. The workouts are challenging, yet manageable as they do a great job modifying to fit the needs of everyone. The best part is the sense of family you get being apart of these classes.

I’ve been working out my whole life, and this is my favorite place I’ve ever been a member. I work out with a ladies only class, and it’s the best group of fun and supportive women. We are women of all ages and fitness levels, but it works for all of us! There is no making myself exercise any more - I honestly look forward to going, and it’s the best 30 minutes of my day! Fantastic coaches as well!

Came in intimidated, stayed because the coaching is excellent and the community is genuinely kind. It’s been awhile since I’ve been new (i.e. bad) at something in the gym, but SOPO does a great job meeting you where you are and providing judgement-free scaled options, while still pushing you to do hard things (sometimes against your will 😅). If you want to get stronger and feel supported doing it, this is the place!

SOPO welcomed our ladies gym after a sudden closure. They kept our group intact and made us feel welcome. The SOPO coaches challenge us and encourage us to be our best fit selves. I so appreciate our space at SOPO!

I love Ryan and his team of coaches at SOPO! It is the best gym experience. The coaches are amazing, the workouts are fantastic, and the camaraderie among members is beautiful. Best of all, I’m in my best shape in nearly 20 years! It’s good to have my strong body back.

Extremely friendly group of people. I was in town from Alaska and they treated me just as my home gym would. If you're looking for a drop in, I would highly recommend SOPO.

My sister (an avid CrossFitter) and I (interested beginner) visited this location today during our vacation to Memphis and it was awesome! Amanda was warm and welcoming as soon as we walked through the door. She modified routines for me, which I greatly appreciated, and coached us during the whole session. I never felt embarrassed or out of my comfort zone, which I was really nervous about. I highly recommend this place to anyone! Even the other members were very friendly and helpful! Amazing.
