Crosstown Hammersmith - Doughnuts & Ice Cream

Placed an online order for pick up, and was ready when I got there. Lady working at the bar was very lovely and doubled checked my order was the correct one. Although a little pricey, the doughnuts were absolutely delicious and as a treat for getting through a Friday meeting, just perfect! Very well received by all my colleagues, and I have to give special thanks to the packaging, which managed to keep everything looking pristine despite a tube ride that was heavy on the breaks. I'll be back soon!

The store was pretty tacky. I feel bad for the lady working in there. I spoke to her and asked about a box of 6. She mentioned about the price (24,95) but she would not be able to provide me the boxes. As a solution she would give me bags to replace the box. The lady serving me was lovely and approachable and communicative. However, I could sense the embarrassment in her tone. This company charges 24,95 for a box and it does not come in a box. No carrier bags also, just kraft unbranded bags (which was explained by the lady serving that it was a replacement). Place is completely broken and the lady had a small heater to keep her warm. The owners of this company should be embarrassed of putting the employees in this embarrassing situation. Lost 24,95 with me, imagine how many other people she could not sell at all and go though that explanation over and over again.

The doughnuts are always fresh and soft but what really makes this place stand out is the wonderful lady who works there (Chen). She greets everyone with a warm smile, her kindness and positive energy make every visit feel special, and she’s always happy to recommend flavors if you can’t decide. Delicious treats and exceptional service.

Love Crosstown doughnuts and saw they had a shop at Hammersmith. Just had the pleasure of dealing with Shen who was simply incredible in assisting me with a large order. Customer service of the highest level and customer service which in this day and age is hard to find. What an asset to Crosstown she is. Thanks you

The best doughnuts ever! So many great flavours and a nice dense consistency that’s not too sweet like some other brands. The pumpkin Doughnut that’s out now is amazing. If you get there just before closing time they do two doughnuts for £6 which is a good deal considering the full price.

As good as all the others, and that is to say the best doughnuts around. Crosstown nails it on flavours, consistency, and bake, every time. We've had many in the past and this time we got the beetroot dough. It was beautifully balanced and delicious

Thank you to the friendly member of staff working on the 26/09/2022. I was originally going to visit the Canary Wharf branch as they both had 8am (earlier) opening times. I had to buy these donuts for a birthday gift. This location is closer to me, but when I arrived the branch was closed (830am). Stating the times displayed are incorrect, 9am is the official opening time that day. The girl who served and assisted me went above and beyond to help me and saved the day. Thank you!

Lovely doughnuts, but terrible service. Collected our pick up on Easter Sunday and the staff barely spoke to us, pushed the box towards us and hardly a goodbye. Please look to hire some friendlier staff. Such a shame as the products are so amazing
