"Crown Flora, Parkdale by Format. Offering a range of greenery, from cacti and succulents to giant tropical palms, Crown Flora’s formerly industrial space has been completely transformed into a leafy paradise. With designer plants, pots and local goods for sale, they also host intimate terrarium workshops in-shop. Bring your friends (or make new ones) as you learn the ins and outs of botanical design — then take home all your beautiful work."
I just found this place while strolling around the neighbourhood. I didn’t get a quote or buy anything so I don’t know how good they are in regards of those, but I loved the whole set up.
When you go in, the smell of green, freshness welcome you. It’s pretty spacious inside and they have fair size plants to small ones and some beautiful flowers as well.
I like that they carry dishes for the plant pots. Somehow it’s hard to find in downtown Toronto. If I wanna get good size tropical looking plants, I would come here.

I can't say enough about this place!! I LOVE It! They have educated plant lovers working there... Amazing selection, and the prices are totally reasonable. Its my favorite place to buy plants in the city hands down. They also get a lot of rare items, and host dyi classes for building terrariums etc..

This studio puts together the most unique arrangements I’ve ever seen! I trusted them to put something together for the budget I was looking for, and I was shocked at how above and beyond these flowers were. My friend also really appreciated how much thought it obviously took to put the bouquet together . Davis and the team are also so communicative and the customer service is top notch. I’ll never go anywhere else!

One of the best experiences buying plants a human could have. The owners are wonderful and the plants are even better!

Friendly staff with a great selection of arrangements and live plants. A little bit pricey but worth it to get a unique item.

I reached out to Crown Flora at the beginning of the month to inquire about purchasing a flower arrangement. They were quick to respond and seemed accommodating. I was budget cautious but wanted to support local without skimping out for my friend, and when I asked for a photo of an example of what I could be expecting (so I knew if I needed to up my budget to get what I want) they became a bit hostile.. "its going to be more than a corner store or loblaws flowers if you need comparison." That did not make sense.. more flowers? more expensive? more what??? They seemed eager to confirm the sale rather than understand the needs of the customer. I can not vouch for the actual flowers, due to the fact that they stopped responding after I asked for more clarification and reiterated that I just wanted a sample photo of any bouquet that would be relevant in size to the one I was expecting. Very disappointed. Much happier taking my business to someone who appreciates it.

My girlfriend and I had some problems maintaining a tricky plant we picked up from the shop. We emailed them for revival tips and they invited us in for a store credit refund. Adam and his staff are very friendly and helpful in the art of the plant!

I was looking for a floral boutique that made floral crowns for a bachelorette party and reached out to Crown Flora!
Davis responded quickly and was very communicative through the whole process. He did a fantastic job with the arranging and flower choices! Everything was fresh and kept in the cooler until pickup. The whole party was blown away!
The price was reasonable for a custom piece that will now be a cute memory for the bride who wore it!
