Crowne Plaza Belgrade

A wonderful hotel located just a short drive from the city center — about 14 minutes by car. It has its own spa area with a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, and several saunas. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. There’s also a massage service and a beauty salon. It’s a great place to relax or meet while visiting the city. Highly recommended! The breakfasts are excellent — delicious, varied, and served as a rich buffet.

I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this stay in a 4-star hotel left me speechless. The hotel restaurant closes at 9:00 p.m., and we were served lukewarm leftovers from dinner. There were no drinks except water. There was no dessert either. The room card was incorrectly coded, and when we finally got to our room, the towels were dirty. Even after complaining to reception, they were not changed. As our flight was early in the morning, we were given a breakfast package at reception. Many reviews praise the great breakfast, but this does not correspond to the breakfast package. A sandwich with cheap sausage and iceberg lettuce, water, fruit, juice, and a chocolate bar. There was also no coffee or tea in the morning at the bar. The friendliness and organization of the staff also left something to be desired. This is not a 4-star hotel, let alone a Crown Plaza.

Stayed for one night due to delay of our flight. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast, beautiful hotel. A big plus for the staff, because we asked about our transfer to the airport the next morning, and the staff behind the reception knew directly who we were, even though they weren’t at the reception the day we checked in.

The hotel is nice and clean staffs are polite. Breakfast was great and had many different tasty options. Location is a little far from old city if you prefer walking, but if you use public transport or taxi you can get to old city in 15 minutes. We haven’t had the best experince in the rooms however. Rooms had very bad sound insulation. You can hear everything from the other rooms and thats unpleasent. Also even though we booked a 3 people room (1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed) there were no sheets and pillows for the sofa and we had to ask for it seperetaly. But overall nice hotel and experience.

We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are an excellent size and we had a rollaway for our son. There's a great sized pool and fabulous day spa. Restaurant was good. Beds were very comfortable and I loved the lavender spray! Service was excellent

Fantastic 5-star hotel with an amazing buffet style breakfast! The staff here are perfect and go out of their way to assist guests! I stayed in room 216. The bed was super comfy, with plenty of table space, two free bottles of water with coffee/tea options in the room. The only downside was getting into the shower is pretty high up, so getting out was challenging.

The very professional hotel and kitchen staff make both the stay and the events at their venue as comfortable as possible. Many thanks to all the Crowne Plaza employees for maintaining such high service standards!

I spent four nights at the Crowne Plaza during a business trip. The hotel is large and features a restaurant, bar, and dedicated breakfast area. The food was good, with a wide selection of dishes available.|However, I was quite shocked to find that smoking is allowed inside the hotel’s restaurant and bar. While I now understand that this is permitted by law in Serbia, as a foreign visitor it was very unpleasant to have people smoking nearby while trying to enjoy a meal.||My room was clean and generally fine, but unfortunately, loud music from the hotel’s outdoor restaurant/bar played until 1 or 2 a.m. during the first night (a week day!). Even after changing rooms, it was impossible to sleep. When I raised the issue with reception, the staff acted as if they were unaware of the noise, even though the music was clearly coming from their own restaurant.||I’m unlikely to stay here again if I return to Belgrade.
