I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this stay in a 4-star hotel left me speechless. The hotel restaurant closes at 9:00 p.m., and we were served lukewarm leftovers from dinner. There were no drinks except water. There was no dessert either. The room card was incorrectly coded, and when we finally got to our room, the towels were dirty. Even after complaining to reception, they were not changed. As our flight was early in the morning, we were given a breakfast package at reception. Many reviews praise the great breakfast, but this does not correspond to the breakfast package. A sandwich with cheap sausage and iceberg lettuce, water, fruit, juice, and a chocolate bar. There was also no coffee or tea in the morning at the bar. The friendliness and organization of the staff also left something to be desired. This is not a 4-star hotel, let alone a Crown Plaza.
