One of the highlights of my stay was the fantastic wellness facilities—the pool, gym, and variety of saunas provided the ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation. The hotel’s atmosphere is both elegant and inviting, with excellent amenities and a well-maintained environment. The hotel is very centrally located near the city center and is beautifully, modernly, and elegantly furnished, with a beautiful view over Belgrade. The rooms are large, absolutely clean, modern, elegantly furnished, and very well equipped. Security is good. The service was excellent. The hotel staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The spa and pool area are also beautifully designed. The breakfast buffet is beautifully presented and appetizing, with a very extensive selection of food and drinks – very inviting. The lounge offers a truly extensive selection of food and drinks. The restaurant area is also modern, elegant, and beautifully designed. Overall, the hotel has a very high feel-good factor. The hotel far exceeds its standards and offers a much higher standard; many 5-star hotels are far inferior.

I spent four nights at the Crowne Plaza during a business trip. The hotel is large and features a restaurant, bar, and dedicated breakfast area. The food was good, with a wide selection of dishes available.|However, I was quite shocked to find that smoking is allowed inside the hotel’s restaurant and bar. While I now understand that this is permitted by law in Serbia, as a foreign visitor it was very unpleasant to have people smoking nearby while trying to enjoy a meal.||My room was clean and generally fine, but unfortunately, loud music from the hotel’s outdoor restaurant/bar played until 1 or 2 a.m. during the first night (a week day!). Even after changing rooms, it was impossible to sleep. When I raised the issue with reception, the staff acted as if they were unaware of the noise, even though the music was clearly coming from their own restaurant.||I’m unlikely to stay here again if I return to Belgrade.

I was prejudiced to take this hotel for stopover between flights. Usually these hotels are disappointing. Luckily not this time! Wonderful hotel for stopover. 15 minutes from airport. Prompt quick service. Good breakfast and food in general for a 4 star. Spacious rooms. Caring staff. Amazing young lady Liljana at reception! Very professional, warm, responsible and caring. Speaks good Russian which helps a lot to many elderly Russian guests. Overall , strong team of professionals. Very positive impression of the hotel left. Recommend definitely!

Hotel was clean and modern. Very much exceeded expectations. The super high ceiling in the front reception/bar/dining area meant I wasn’t inhaling smoke and coughing excessively upon entering. Every staff member encountered was super friendly. The room itself was fantastic. Great towels and plenty of them, soap shampoo and conditions in both the shower and tub. Lots of toiletries for every need. And complimentary water bottles in the room. Bed were very comfortable as was the entire room. Would highly recommend the hotel.
