If I could give 0 stars I would I do not recommend them to anyone. Bought a truck from them 2 years ago went to trade it in recently and figured out that the miles had been rolled back over 33,000 miles at their dealership. I had no knowledge of this, cost me a lot of money. And when I call now they give me the runaround sayin the manager ain’t there or I’ll leave my number and they won’t ever call me back. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!

Crowson Auto World is the best. I always get great service. They even washed and detailed my F150 without me having to ask. Can’t beat that. 5 ⭐️ service every time.

I bought a 2017 Land Rover Discovery Sport from them back in March 2023. I haven’t been able to drive the vehicle since I bought it off the lot. It has seen every service shop since I got it. Every shop diagnose it with some different that doesn’t fall under extended warranty. They sold me a lemon 🍋 and they knew it was a lemon because they didn’t do a complete inspection on the vehicle. Be careful buying from Glenn or fooling with Mr. Dewayne they claim to help but they don’t.

Service department has always been spot on while servicing or having routine oil changes. Sales team will help you in any way they can, from finding the vehicle, to working with you on the price. Glenn is a stand up guy to deal with.

One of the worst places I've dealt with in my life and I've dealt with a lot in my life. The salespeople are extremely pushy. A dear friend of mine went there for an event and ended up telling more than she should have about her past experiences with a previous dealership. Though they said that they understood they simply played off of her emotions, made promises that they never intended to keep and put her on a road to ruining her credit. Please, if you must choose this dealership then go after you have become well informed because they WILL take advantage if they can.
