We had a great lunch in the ‘Cuit’ restaurant. Excellent quality products, friendly service.
However we were put off by one of the cooks not respecting basic hygiene rules: cleaning his nose with a dirty handkerchief and then going back to work without changing his gloves or washing his hands. Five minutes later he was openly eating, rubbing his mouth and nose again without the proper hand hygiene. Management should clearly invest in basic hygiene training.
