Cru hotell

Absolutely amazing hotel. We stayed here on a 2 night visit to Tallinn and would highly recommend. The location is excellent. Staff were lovely. The room was unreal, the biggest bed I’ve ever seen and so clean and comfortable. It was a bit of a trek to our room but that was part of the quirkiness of this fabulous hotel. We didn’t have food in the hotel in the evening but the breakfast was lovely, with lots of choice. We did 4 cities on our European tour and this was by far our favourite hotel. Cannot recommend highly enough. The only advice would be that the rooms might not be accessible for people with mobility issues.

We are for the first time at Cru Hotel. Positive experience, cosy room, very peaceful. Friendly Service. Lunch at Cru restaurant: Guancia di manzo, slow-cooked beef cheek with rosemary potatoes. Tasty. Excellent service, professional and Friendly.

There is much to appreciate at this charming hotel in the Old Town. The location is great, and the old world charm makes the hotel and rooms interesting. Beds are comfortable, shower very good, and breakfast very good too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the lack of a lift is a real problem - I appreciate it would be impossible to fit one given the historic nature of the building. If you have limited mobility, be careful if booking here. Other minor issues would be that the safe is very small - no chance to put even a small lap-top/tablet in; and reception hours are limited.

Nice older hotel in middle of Main Street Old Town Tallin. Lots of stairs to get to room, bath/shower very slippery. Otherwise nice people, good food (including breakfast) & good service!

Comfortable room in historic building. Spacious bathroom with large bath and shower over. Height of bath could be an access challenge for some, so would suggest checking when booking. Room was above busy street but very little noise considering. Very pleasant welcome and reasonable breakfast buffet choices.

I am a regular visitor to this hotel and, as always, I really enjoyed my stay a few days ago. Very nice and quiet room, a good breakfast and a very kind and helpful staff. Cru is my favourite hotel in Tallinn and it is always a pleasure to come back.

Perfect location. Perfect customer service at the reception. Perfect room. Everything was perfect. The room was more than clean. All of the possible essentials were in the room. The location was great. If you want to visit the Old Town, this hotel is ideal.

Situated in the heart of the old town, service and comfort were at a very high level. Just a two minute walk away from the main square with many restaurants and only a little longer to all main sights, location is fantastic. Shame to leave after 2 nights and highly recommendable. Seniors who need assistance with stairs or walking should be mindful that there is no lift at the property and a 100 metre walk to taxis is necessary. Everything else works well - even the fact that the restaurant in the hotel below is superb and not what you would really call a typical hotel restaurant.
