First time here nice laid back vibe, well venilated with the hookah smoke. Food was good! My waitress Rae was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely come back 😌

Jacobi was an AMAZING hookah person. As a hookah girl I can say his hookah was very smooth and was smoking very well. Service was great. Dee was also an amazing bartender. Drinks were very delicious, never met a better bartender in Atlanta!

I came up there a few times, first time Dee was bartending and the drinks were amazing. The second time I came she was also my server & she gave me food recommendations on what I should eat. I ended up getting the chicken Rasta pasta and it was great. I will be back again & hope to have her. The atmosphere was great as well. Thank you.

This past Sunday The drinks were good bartender was cool. My food took a hour and a half Before we said anything didn't end up Getting. We just went to burger king we was so hungry.

Really nice spot. Loved the fact they have security outside and inside the building. Really good drinks as well and the hookah we had was bomb. Only complaint is the pricing is a little high but it's definitely a nice vibe. Will be going back for sure.

This place is dope for me. Security is definitely in place. As a vet I appreciate the obvious safety precautions this establishment has in place. On a lighter note. Drinks are great. Staff is fun. ShawnyTaughtU is a fun Dj. I can’t wait for this Wednesday so I can get in mah feels.

I was there last night for 2hours 2 women , after asking for the check the waitress took our payments and we stayed for another 25 mins after paying . No issue from the waitress . It wasn’t busy . Once we decided to leave me and my friend went to the cars parked right out front ,the waitress then comes running out with security flashing the flash light asking if I paid , the waitress identified me and “ yes her she didn’t pay” I said I have my receipt she said “ no baby u didn’t pay” TWICE. I showed the receipt she said “oh you good baby” …that’s it . No apology no accountability not even looking for the person who didn’t pay anymore just walked back in the building WHAT . It’s common decency to apologize for a mistake like that , people forget all the time that’s fine .but who tf didn’t pay and where was that same energy I received after confirmed “it’s her she didn’t pay” … it was embarrassing and she had 1 job , it gave shady bc she didn’t even continue to look after RUNNING OUTSIDE … what if I had cussed her out and security got involved bc she didn’t check her tablet for an unpaid tab before confronting people. I don’t appreciate it and I like cru franchises so that being my first time at that location was corny.

Their slogan is catch a vibe and they mean it . Good music , good food , and good drinks . Visited during playoffs and with all the TVs and specials they have this is the spot to come catch the games

Came here while in the area looking for music and a good vibe. There were three of us and when we entered, we were seated immediately. However, there was confusion over who our waitress was so it took really long for us to get drinks. When we finally got drinks, we paid $20 for drinks served in plastic cups that weren't top shelf liquor. It wasnt a bad experience because everyone was nice but I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to come back. If I pay $20 for a drink then I expect my seats and table wiped down and prompt service.

Service here sucks. The waitress just sit around on their phones and smoke hookah. They also don't serve water so they pretty much just want you to serve yourself and smoke hookah & " hemp" all night. Begrudgingly ordered the lamb chops, they were OK but this is the kind of spot you probably shouldn't order food from at all, if you know what I mean. Just happy I didn't get sick.

The service wasn't great! I waited over an hour for a simple order of wings. Unfortunately, I can't say if it was worth it or not b/c I eventually had to ask for a refund b/c it took too long! I never got them

So this is the first time I've been to this specific lounge. The other ones that I've been to have been a lot bigger and this was pretty small. But it wasn't super crowded so it was not that big of a video. You come in after you get paid it out my security and you walk in the door and you pretty much have the entire right wall full of seats for booths, and the entire left side is going to be the bar. The bar itself looks pretty sizable but if there was something on TV like a game, you're definitely not going to get a seat right away. There are some tables in the middle, but those seem to go first. It was only so crowded though, but people were in and out. The service was okay. The person who was taking care of the party kept getting the mixer orders wrong. But she eventually got it. It was loud and maybe she didn't understand so I don't hold that against her. The tables there are really small so it's hard to fit everybody's cup, the hookah, and the bottle bin for the bottle. But I guess that's just the cost of doing business. To be a smoke and hookah bar the ventilation wasn't really good this night. I wasn't sure what was going on but it did have a little bit of an odor so I knew that it wasn't properly Vince later I thought it was going on with the fan. This is especially important if you're having hookah and weed in the air.

Hands down, some of the best food I've had recently! They use the freshest ingredients, food was savory and each dish is done to perfection. The service was immaculate, the owner was interacting with the guess as well. The music was on point, the bartenders was fun. This place is a must try

Cru Hemp Lounge has three locations. Be sure that you know which location that you are going to so that you avoid going to the wrong location on your GPS. I showed up at the Ponce location first and ended up late to the reservation that my BFF made at this location. They require reservations in order to guarantee seating and they are in two hour windows only. Meaning that without paid bottle service, you will not be able to sit for more than the two hours. If you are late (like I was, due to going to the wrong location), then you still will be asked to get up at the end of the pre- scheduled two hours. You can park for free on the street, (see photo for the general area, it is a six minute walk to the lounge ) but be mindful of your surroundings. We saw shattered glass around the area in a few spots (near where we parked and closer to the lounge as well), which made me think that there may be break ins or something sometimes . My friends paid $25 and $30 to park in a lot with a guy name Henry watching over the cars. We chose the free option because we had parked there previously and had no issues when visiting other establishments (Escobar/ Fashion Show at a venue nearby). There was no cover for men or women to get in. The place had a nice aesthetic in the seated areas. You can def. get some good photos here. I liked the Cru Rita and recommend it if you decide to order a drink. I did not try the food because I felt that there was not adequate space or a comfortable way to eat it in the section that we were in. My friends ordered hookah and had issues with it not pulling right. Our waitress disappeared the last hour of our reservation, almost like she was avoiding us after my friend let her know about the hookah and the bar messing up her drink order for some sort of lemonade drink. I had to go over to our waitress after 15 minutes of waiting for her to come back. She was chilling in another section with a drink of her own, when I went over to place an order for a round of shots because she was not coming back to check on us. She did get my round of shots to us shortly after, so that was no issue. The music selection was okay, mostly current rap with a few throwbacks here and there of r&b/pop. Overall, the experience was okay. I will try it again and arrive on time to see if I like it better. The service can improve for sure. Our reservation ended as the music started to get better and more people began to arrive.

The DJ on Friday night was on of the BEST DJs I have heard in a while. He had us vibe'n all night! We did reserve a table and I'm glad. The space is small and I would have hated to stand the duration of my time there. We only had hookah, so I can't comment on their small plates or drinks. But, I would def go back when I want to have a chill night out

I went to the Peters St location on a Friday night and it was the perfect vibe. The music was on point from start to finish, the food was amazing (lamb chops X fries) to be specific. Smoke friendly, decent price drinks/hookahs. Me and my homegirl had so much fun, I'll definitely be returning .

We just had drinks which were really good. Service was prompt. The place is really zen. Hookah smoking lots of people.

This is probably the worst spot in ATL do not go here ! Food absolutely trash I couldn't even finish it and i was starving, the service is trash too, my food took forever and to top it off they gave me boxed mash potatoes! Absolutely disgusting! I will never go here again! Honestly they should just close the spot down

I went to Cru on Peter Street on a Friday night. We sat at the bar and Kayla S was our server. The service was fine and the food was good. I got a salmon philly which came with house chips. My issue was when the checks came. Kayla got the checks completely wrong. We corrected her about it twice and her response was very rude and nasty. She throw down the receipts and pens and told me "this is ridiculous". Twice she brought me a receipt with the wrong order then laughed when I said that's not what I ordered. She charged my friend twice for the wrong order. I would come back but she cannot be my server again and I hope the other servers actually provide good service to their customers. The 18% gratuity is a rip off when the server is unpleasant.

This spot is super kool , great vibes , hookah , and smoke. Good people enjoying time and life . The only thing that I wasn't feeling was the drink price . Other than that , it was jumping at CRU.

Came home to Atlanta to celebrate my bday. My friends and I had been to brunch earlier and wanted to continue the turn up. So we wanted to go to Escobar. Umm yea.. we didn't make it past the host stand because they only provided tables for bottle service starting at $250. The gag is...we walked down to Cru and ran it up! Chill vibe! They do have a 2 hour seating limit which I've noticed a lot of places have now. However, if it's not busy they don't mind moving you to another table and starting a new tab. Great tequila selection! Our waitress was so sweet! Honestly all of the ladies were so nice! Hookah was decent and wings were good. My friend gave me a piece of her quesadilla and it was sooooo good! It was just a good chill vibe. The only warning I do have is that the men and women share the same bathroom! Like I walked in and a dude was washing his hands. There are separate stalls but everyone uses one bathroom. I don't mind bottle service but this vibe was overall better.

Worst service ever !!! We reserved a table had bottle service everything the waitress moves us from the section for a supposed manager after it took an hour past reservation to even be seated. They didn't even accommodate us. Hookah took hours. Just spend money at your regular spot NOT CRU !! Terrible service !!

Nice lil spot for hookah and drinks , if your drink is made right, I purchased the Cru Lemonade which was supposed to be spiked but I swear I only had lemonade, I tried my others friend's drinks and I could immediately taste the difference, brought it to my servers attention and she stated it was nothing she could do because I didn't tell her in time but I still had plenty left in my cup and I simply wanted to be charged for just lemonade since I didn't receive alcohol , and since I was thirsty I finished my drink but she still said I didn't bring it to her attention but she didn't want to do anything about it because she didn't care so make sure when you sip your drink that's it's alcohol in it or you'll pay for a $13 lemonade

Box mash potatoes! Stick to chicken and fries. And one bartender with 3 people standing back there.

First time coming here. I've been to the other location and it was PERFECT!!! The lady at the BAR had the worst attitude ever it was as if I had been before and didn't pay my tab!!! I asked her name she said it was tye but on my life I felt she was lying!!! Atmosphere is perfect but a single person can ruin ur whole night in a matter of SECONDS!!!!

They recently moved locations to Lilburn. The new location is even better because now there's ample parking, an outdoor area, and a bigger space. I went on a random Friday night and had a blast. The hookah's are on point, waitstaff is attentive, dj was nice, and the menu has improved. I'd definitely recommend if you're looking for a lowkey fun night.

Good di on Fridays. Make a reservation if you have more than 3 people with you. Two hour limit. 4/20 friendly.

It is definitely a vibe at cru, drinks are good, good food, beautiful bottle girls and a great dj with hella tvs during game nights.

Tye was my bartender! I am so glad I chose to sit at the bar because she was amazing! I didn't know what drink to buy but she helped me out. Let me tell you!!! It was BOMB!!! Also she was quick and very professional. When you come in suggest her. Again her name is TYE! Will come again!
