Crudo Pizza & Panuozzo

This establishment provides an exceptional dining experience, excelling in food quality, service, and cleanliness. I was immediately impressed by the high standard of hygiene. The entire restaurant, including the open cooking stations, was immaculate, and the kitchen staff operated with visible professionalism and care. The service was equally outstanding. The staff was remarkably friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere that makes you feel like a valued regular, even on a first visit. The food itself was the clear highlight. Every dish was delicious and showcased incredible freshness, particularly the perfectly sliced meats—nothing tasted pre-prepared or dated. While photographs don't do the meal justice, we thoroughly enjoyed our selections: Margherita Pizza Mortadella Panuozzo A custom sandwich with turkey, spicy salami, and roasted potatoes I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking a high-quality, fresh meal in a genuinely welcoming environment.

Finally got to try the meatball sandwich! Ordered right at noon online for a pick up and was able to eat inside as there were some tables available. The meatballs were huge, nice flavour and perfect texture. Order early as they were sold out by 1:30 a must try!!

I was excited for the veal panuozzo (only available Tuesdays) but my hopes were dashed. The eggplant was the texture of leather, couldn't chew thru it nor could I rip the damn eggplant by hand. I called and asked if this was usual. The person said it was their usual eggplant and said "sorry it must have been a bad batch". Admitting it and not offering to make it right is questionable. We have paid good money to eat here quite a few times, but if it's not consitent why gamble and pay $23 for a sandwich? By the way we did also get a pizza which I can't lie was delicious. But it's too expensive ($50+) to take that chance. Money not well spent. Sad to say, but our love affair was short and sweet 💔

Drove 1.5 hours to finally try this place out after seeing all over TikTok!!! The cafe crema was an amazing little dessert treat. Pizza was delicious but the crust. The crust!! I don’t eat crust but this one I did 😍 Sandwich was packed with mortadella, lots of pistachio sauce and tons of cheese. Again, the bread!!!! Brought a tuna pizza home for tomorrow and the mortadella pizza for a friend. Who said it was the closest pizza to a New York pizza she’s ever had. Delicious food, comfortable seating, and the young lady serving us was lovely and patient while I tried to make up my mind. Missed out on the meatball sandwich we wanted, but will go back earlier next time.

Every sandwich on the menu is amazing 👏 We have tried them all over the past few months and it has never disappointed. The sandwiches are huge, so stuffed you can barely get your mouth around it. The best sandwiches in the GTA

Amazing sandwiches…bread is so light and airy, not heavy at all. We ordered il Capo Capocolla, Stracciatella, Truffle Oil, Arugula sandwich. Our favourite. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Every panuozzo you order is with freshly baked pizza dough . They are very generous with the ingredients and for $20, it's a pretty big sandwich. I was only able to finish half so you could definitely share. Only down side was it didn't have any sauce in it, so it lacked a lot of flavors despite having fresh ingredients. It would be perfect if they added pesto/truffle paste or any sauce really. Otherwise it just tastes like a caprese salad.

Freshest ingredients and that bread/pizza crust they use for their Panuozzos and pizzas…fire! Had the Tuna pizza (believe that it works!), mortadella with pistachio cream and stracciatella sandwich, spicy salami with spicy eggplant and hot peppers (damn hot!). It was all fabulously delicious! Do yourself a massive favour and just go already!
