We got the red velvet and Nutella stuffed cookie and both were super good and very soft. The flavors were very delightful. Also, enjoyed that they weren’t smushed in the packaging, they stayed together well during delivery.

Chocolate chip cookie up there with the best in the city. Having a delivery option for premium cookies is awesome. Highly recommend for parties and gifts!

Ordered banana pudding from crumb, tastes so gooooood and very healthy and with natural ingredients! The middle part is really good and not soggy

Found you guys on uber eats on accident lol was craving some sweets & my goodness they didn't disappoint 😅 red velvet and the ube were very good. I would love if you guys had an actual store & if you guys didn't use sea salt on some of your cookies 😤

I enjoyed their cookies. The creme brûlée was moist and a bit crumbly. I was expecting more of a visible creme filling, but the center was just softer and a little richer than the outer edges. I also tried the red velvet. Similarly, from the description, I was expecting to see cream cheese frosting in the center, but was disappointed that it had minimal filling. The cookies themselves were tasty. They had a satisfying crunch on the outside, but were soft baked. I think their descriptions were just a bit misleading.

I would give this place an a-okay! My friend and I were craving something sweet and got it for delivery. All the cookies were super fresh and sumptuous. The ube was a bit underwhelming and not very ube. The pumpkin was my favorite and had the perfect balance of squishy cookie with filling. My friend liked the creme brulee one best which I thought was very well done but perhaps overly sweet. I would get it again sometime but wouldn't say I would crave it.

This is a scam ghost kitchen. They've completed some orders maybe to avoid looking like a scam but they don't actually have a location and they use their own driver so if you're on UberEats or Grubhub like I was you may find that they don't update the delivery so you can't file to get a refund... eventually it updated as complete even though I never received anything, but I was able to get a refund from UberEats. However, before that I called Crumb and they didn't answer. I didn't have an option to leave a voice message, but then they called back saying they saw they missed my call? Sounds like they were using a personal iPhone or something... but they claimed my order was 3 min away and now a day later nothing and they won't answer any calls. So yes, long story short, Crumb is a ghost kitchen and they are willing to scam so DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I ordered delivery from here tonight. I ordered the crumb box jr which is three of their cookies. It included red velvet cream cheese cookie, peanut butter chocolate cookie, and Nutella sea salt chocolate chip cookie. Delivery was a little late. I called to check on my order and the gentleman on the phone was very nice and very helpful. The best is the Nutella sea salt cookie! Sea salt on top was the perfect amount. Nutella was nice and melty in the center. Chocolate chip cookie was soft and chewy. Yummm!! The red velvet cookie was also amazing!! Cream cheese filling was gooey and warm. Texture of cookie is similar to a brownie. Chocolatey and scrumptious. Definitely recommend this one. The peanut butter chocolate cookie was okay. Peanut butter in the center was thick. The cookie didn't taste super chocolatey. I wouldn't get this one again. My coworker said her two cookies weren't warm. Mine were luke warm. But they were busy so I understand. :) Try their cookies!!!

Delicious cookies. There was an issue with Seamless and unfortunately the delivery person couldn't reach me but I called Crumb and they happily redelivered the order. The employee I spoke to was very helpful and they included a kind note on the bag. Support your local businesses!

This is terrible. Ordered from here tonight with Grubhub. 40 minutes after Grubhub says it is out for delivery, nothing. So I called the place, no answer. I called a few times. After about ten more minutes, I called Grubhub, they had no idea what was wrong. Grubhub put me on hold for about ten minutes and finally got back with me and said the place was closed and no one answered for them either and so Grubhub cancelled the order and gave me a nice refund ($7.00 more than I paid). I have discovered that this is not really a cookie store, but rather it is something called "Orbital Kitchen" where they make food or just store it and deliver it, for ghost restaurants and places like Crumb Cookie. Anything at this address 74 Fifth Avenue is fake, that is it si not what you think it is. We are in the midst of a pandemic and these kind of places, ie... Orbital Kitchens and fake cookie stores are diverting our dollars away from real businesses that need our money to survive. I want to support real places.

Really tasty cookies in NYC! I wanted to try the matcha and chocolate espresso cookies, and glad I did! Also great that they're open so late. The reason I have 4 starts is bc they aren't completely available for pick up. If you go to the address there's nothing there.. no doorbell to ring and no phone number to call. I wanted to try them though so we just ordered on postmates and that worked out!

Mindful of the three low star reviews preceding mine, all from earlier this month, I still decided to try an order through Grubhub. Ordered: - Velvet Cookie $4 - Chocolate Espresso Cookie $4 - Apple Pie $8 Delivery arrived within 20 minutes, warm and well-packaged. Chocolate Espresso cookie is crusty on the outside, with flowing liquid chocolate inside. Velvet cookie is coated with sugar crystals on the surface if you're a fan of that. I'm not, but the overall cookie was pleasant. No review for the Apple pie yet, saving that for later. Will be ordering again for a late night snack in the future.

Saw this cookie place on yelp, it had decent reviews and was open late so decided to try it out. Located inside Greenwich Social, although due to COVID the area was closed and you have to order online and pickup from the desk. oreo muffin cookie was extremely dry and crumbled quickly, we ended up throwing it away. Same with red velvet, there was cheesecake in the middle and I'm not sure how you go wrong with cheesecake but somehow they managed. Overall rating was 4/10.

Great cookie. All creative flavors. Unlike any other, a dessert in and of itself. Wish they were sold at Fairway, but on the other hand, this way they're fresh!

I personally loved their Oatmeal Apricot Cranberry cookie, and the Sea Salt Nutella was excellent heated up.

Decent for a late night sugar craving fix, but still subpar in terms of yummy desserts. Everything was lacking in flavor but somehow still too sweet. Worth it if your house is absolutely devoid of all desserts, but if you have a bag of chocolate chips, just eat that instead of ordering here.

Cookies were good but not great. Protip- put them in the refrigerator and eat them the next day and I swear they are amazing! For some reason they taste better cold. ‍

We came from out of town and wanted to try this place because it opens late and we were craving something sweet. We got the Nutella salt, Matcha Hazelnut, and Red Velvet. They're some of the best tasting cookies we've had so far. We got them delivered to our hotel and the delivery so super quick and efficient as well! Overall happy with the cookies and service.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I ordered delivery from Crumb Cookie yesterday with an estimated delivery time of 6PM. Come 6PM, nothing arrives. I call the store - no reply. I wait another 30 minutes, nothing. I call the store, again and again and again. I called about 6 times. No reply whatsoever. No one EVER picked up the phone at this store. Whoever was working that shift Sunday at 6pm did not pick up the phone ever. I ultimately received nothing, and was charged the money anyways. Ridiculous service.

Hard to mess up cookies but the reason why they're often dry, crumbly, gross and not fresh is because they are part of the same ghost kitchen as a bunch of 1-star delivery/online-only "restaurants" (Bao Bae, BaoWorks, Don Poke, Glazed Hen, CRAFT Burger, Bruddah's) with poor sanitary records...

Ordered two nights in a row. Oh my God. talk about perfection. Ordered the Nutella sea salt. I'm TRYING to not order more today. My Bf had the oatmeal cranberry one and loved it. Soooooo good!!!

For midnight cookies.... pretty good. The Nutella was the best, but they put other cookies on top so the Nutellas were smushed. Didn't taste any sea salt. The matcha cookie was good too. The cheese rosemary cookie...NO!!!!! Anyway, I might eat the Nutella again with ice cream, but not the others. Definitely not what I would consider a healthy or high quality ingredients cookie. So late night and tipsy go ahead. Otherwise stay away from this place

We randomly saw it on seamless and weren't expecting much. Man those cookies are amazing and they came in warm!! Def makes this time so much better. Thank you crumb cookie!

Gross. No comments. Please do not go here. Cookies are dry and very very very confusing. Flavors are super disappointing.

Just got them delivered through caviar. They were rock hard and completely inedible. We couldn't even bite into the cookies and just had to throw the whole box out.

Cookies had potential but the cookies I received were definitely stale and at least a few days old. The peanut butter cookie I could still break with my hand but the matcha and nutella were hard as rocks. Very difficult to cut even with a knife. I think the flavor was otherwise good but definitely extremely disappointed to pay $4 for stale cookies.

We tried several of their cookies, all of them were dry and bland. Not very good flavor. Don't waste your money here, there are so many better bakeries in NYC. Or just walk into a bodega and buy something pre-packaged.

I just placed an order and they were insane. They arrived warm with gooey insides and every flavor was wonderful. I would honestly order these again! Wonderful service :) i would just include a card with the cookie types inside the order to help customer know what's in each one :)

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS FOR DELIVERY! My Uber Eats order never arrived after 2 hrs (despite indicated a 20 min estimated delivery time). I called them and they were "still preparing" it 2 hrs after the order and have a ton of volume (at midnight on a Sunday?), and refused to cancel my order or refund. Nasty people too.

Cookies were still warm they arrived! The Expresso chocolate was SO GOOD. Delivery was fairly quick and the cookies were nice and soft. Would definitely order again :)

The cookies we're really good! We've been ordering from a few cookie spots in our neighborhood and we liked these the best.
