Crumbl Cookie - Review - Atlanta - The Infatuation

"We’re aware of the viral Crumbl obsession–with all its pros and cons. And we admit to being skeptics of the national chain with their pastel pink boxes, cutesy app that sends colorful alerts, and other branding that feels straight out of a middle school sleepover. But we’ll eat our words here because the chocolate chip cookie lives up to the hype. It’s thick, with pie crust-like dough and big, melty chocolate chunks that make them worth a visit." - Jacinta Howard

Crumbl is both overrated AND overpriced. The cookies are a good size for the price, but they are SEVERELY underbaked, and they have a nasty aftertaste that coats your mouth long after you stop eating them. We tried (4) of the weekly desserts: - Banana Cream Pie Cookie: 1 out of 10 - Lemon Drop Cookie: 7 out of 10 - Tres Leches Cake: 7 out of 10 - Confetti Cake: 2 out of 10 The Banana Cream pie cookie was borderline inedible. Doughy, chalky, and left a chemical taste in my mouth. The filling on top was good, but the wafer was stale. Worst of the bunch by far. The Confetti Cake was dry and so was the frosting, which is crazy because that’s usually what saves a lot of these desserts. It was bland and unfulfilling. I’ve had better cake from Kroger. The Lemon Drop cookie was pretty good. It was easily the best baked cookie, and had a nice cinnamon flavor reminiscent of a gingerbread cookie, which balanced well with the tartness of the lemon on top. The Tres Leches cake was on par with the Lemon Drop cookie. The cake itself was a little lacking in flavor, but it was moist as it should be. The cream on top was complimented well by the cinnamon dusting. This is probably the only thing I would ever buy again. If you just want to try Crumbl for the experience, or you’re a content creator, go for it. Otherwise, please don’t waste your money.

Google
Quick service, friendly workers, and delicious cookies! I’ve heard how crazy this week was on the staff due to the collab they had, and just wanted to say thank you to them!

Google
Although the cookies were good, it was either too much or not enough. The cookies are loaded with frosting, big and small. The minis are just that, and for six of them, it cost almost 16 dollars. For four big cookies, it was about the same and with tip, I spent 40 dollars for 10 cookies. My kids enjoyed them. But when they say it's sweet, it must be because I didn't think anything could be too sweet for my kids. Overall, the experience was good. They have a few kiosks, so you can place your order. They have their cookies of the week on display along with the sizes. If it is your first time there can be a little confusing because the staff did not greet me or tell me to place my order at the kiosk. I had my daughter with me and she been there a few times, so she knew what to do.

Google
Service was INCREDIBLE!!!!! Was greeted with a smile and felt welcome there! Did not feel rushed, and even got my cookies super fast!! While I don’t like in ATL i’ll make sure I come back when I take another day trip :)

Google
I ordered two cookies with one being a Dubai chocolate cookie that I paid extra for for my brother to pick up. When he got there, they said they were sold out of that cookie. Mind you we chose the earliest pick up time available and ordering and paying extra for a cookie did not guarantee it. They gave him a substitute cookie that was a standard cookie and did not reflect the extra I paid for the Dubai chocolate one. Really bad experience

Google
Staff is usually nice and the products look just like pictures. Taste good as well.

Google
We just left Crumbl. My daughter and her friend were so excited about the Benson Boone cookie. We ordered a large cookie it realizing it was sold out. The women working was so nice and we ended up with the last small cookie! She was so nice and made my daughter’s night! Thank you Crumbl Brookhaven!

Google
Crumbl Cookie is undeniably delicious! They are very sweet and delicately crispy. I love that the flavors are constantly rotating, so there’s always something new to try. Also, you can get a free cookie for your birthday after signing up! I love the chocolate chip cookie, and I’m sure I’ll be coming back for more!

Yelp
The cookies were good once I actually got them. I used curbside, checked in and put my flashers on (as requested) and nobody came out. after 15min I went in to find nobody in line and the staff just taking to each other. One even stated "I didn't see the check in come through". Sonwe just don't do our job? smh. I'll go to other locations from now on.

Yelp
Finally gave Crumbl a try, and I have to say--I'm pretty impressed. The cookies are more like mini cakes! They're decadent, soft-baked, and super sweet and delicious. Would I come back? Yes! Could I eat them every day? Definitely not--but that's part of the charm. Just a heads up: 4 regular-sized cookies will run you about $25 with tax. But to be fair, they're big enough to snack on throughout the week. They also offer a smaller portion for around half the price, which is a nice option. Flavors rotate weekly, which keeps things fun, and they're open late (until 12AM)--great for anyone working late or just craving a sweet fix.

Yelp
I've been to other Crumbl locations and the cookies are good and decadent! I visited the Brookhaven location late on a Saturday night. I was surprised to find that they were out of many of the selections. I decided to order a mini 3-pack and sample 3 smaller cookies. Not all of the mini cookie varieties were available either. I wanted to try three different flavors so I tried the Brookie, which was half brownie and half chocolate chip cookie, a strawberry ice cream bar cookie and the Birthday Party Cookie with Oreo flavor. My favorite was the Brookie. It was a little on the crispy side. I thought it was going to be more like half brownie and half cookie, but it was more like half chocolate chip cookie and half chocolate, chocolate, chip cookie, very good! The Strawberry Ice Cream Bar Cookie wasn't a bar at all; but it was also delicious! It was full of flavor, very sweet and just the right consistency between soft and hard. The Birthday Party Cookie with Oreo flavor was full of frosting, but it was a little too sugary sweet for my taste. It was very easy to order the cookies from the self serve kiosk. It was also nice that they had cookies on display so you could see what they would actually look like. The wait was not long at all; about five minutes from ordering to having the fresh cookies in a box

Yelp
A Sweet Slice of Heaven in Every Bite If you're looking for a dessert experience that transcends the ordinary and dives headfirst into indulgent, cookie-filled bliss, Crumbl Cookie is your new sweet sanctuary. From the moment you step through the doors (or open the app), you're greeted not just with the intoxicating aroma of freshly baked cookies, but with a sense that you're about to experience something special. Crumbl has perfected the art of cookie-making. These aren't your average, run-of-the-mill treats -- they're decadent, oversized creations that redefine what a cookie can be. Each week brings an exciting new rotation of flavors, meaning no two visits are ever the same. Whether you're biting into the gooey richness of the classic Milk Chocolate Chip or trying one of their more inventive flavors like Churro, Key Lime Pie, or Pink Velvet, you're met with an explosion of flavor and texture that feels both nostalgic and refreshingly new. What sets Crumbl apart isn't just their creativity -- it's their consistency. The cookies are always soft in the center with just the right amount of chew, boasting a perfectly crisp edge. And their chilled cookies, like the fan-favorite chilled Sugar or the Cookies & Cream Milkshake, offer a unique contrast that's surprisingly addictive. The flavors are bold but balanced, sweet without being overwhelming, and thoughtfully crafted to complement each other. Presentation is another area where Crumbl shines. Each cookie is a work of art, delivered in their iconic pink box that has become synonymous with joy. It's not just dessert -- it's an experience made for sharing, gifting, and, yes, Instagramming. Service is friendly and efficient whether you're picking up in-store or ordering for delivery. The staff clearly takes pride in what they're serving, and the whole process feels polished, easy, and fun. Crumbl Cookie has taken something as simple as a cookie and elevated it into an event. It's not just about satisfying your sweet tooth -- it's about delighting in the details, savoring the moment, and discovering a little joy in every flavor. Whether you're a die-hard cookie lover or just someone looking for a pick-me-up at the end of a long week, Crumbl is the ultimate treat-yourself destination. One bite and you'll understand -- these cookies really do crumble in the best way possible.

Yelp
I love Crumbl but had a bad experience with the delivery of my order. I felt the store wasn't very helpful when my order was delivered to the wrong apartment. The cookies are delicious and we are enjoying them. The customer service needs some work.

Yelp
Thanks T-Mobile Tuesday & Crumbl Cookies I'm sure this will be a delightful treat I love these cookies

Yelp
In the camp creek area one Sunday and saw the Crumbl Cookie sign (saw tik tok videos of people trying the cookies) and stopped in and picked me and my nephew the semi sweet chocolate chunk Cookie and bought my Mom the lemon Cookie. They were delicious and moist, the service was great! Greeted as soon as you walk in the door! The ambiance was cook, the Cookie makers were working hard and you can see the preparing the cookies. Free parking in a huge plaza. Will most definitely be back when in the area.

Yelp
I've been meaning to go here for a while but I can't bring myself to pay that much for a cookie but it's all good when someone else does! Ordered: - Churro: 3/5 - Their mystery cookie at the moment. Everything about this cookie is great but it's just wayyy too sweet. If you just have the cookie on it's own without the frosting it's a well done cookie but with that frosting on it? I can't get more than three bites in. It's delicious but too overpowering and takes away from enjoying the cookie as a whole. - Chocolate Chip: 5/5 - Classic. You really can't go wrong. It's nothing crazy but it's gives you that homemade feeling that the pillsbury dough boy gives you. I enjoyed. The crew was nice. It gives a clean fresh vibe.

Yelp
Another great crumbl location! Super busy so you may have to park in the garage. Tasty flavors though and soft as ever. Staff is super friendly every time I come

Yelp
I'm so happy that mini cookies are an option any day of the week! I usually do an online order at this location and I always check my cookies as soon as I walk in the door.

Yelp
Great location, awesome service, fantastic cookies. I can't wait each week to see what's new!

Yelp
Worst customer service ever. I came here 25 minutes ago and couldn't park literally parked in the same parking lot but not right in front of the store. I called. No apology and she didn't even greet me when she brought them. Seriously, it's not that hard to walk out cookies to a car. This lack of common conscientiousness is so irritating. The cookies are down right delicious! At least they have that going for them
google avatar

Yelp
First time ever trying crumble but I gave it and stopped by. Sooo I must say I get the hype! The key lime pie cookie was so delicious, refreshing not super sweet and the lime slice on top *squeeze it" on top, it's a-whole other level. The caramel pumpkin cake was my favorite! I also tried the chocolate chip, may have been the best classic chocolate chip cookie I've had. The cinnamon fry bread was 10/10. The chocolate toffee cake was a little sweet for me but still good. Very clean inside. It was self order and then you pick it up. The interaction I had with the worker was pleasant.

Amandah B.

Yelp
I loved this weeks lineup! My order was ready for me to go upon arrival and the store was clean! Cannot wait for next weeks selection... I will be back.
google avatar

Toya S.

Yelp
My kids enjoyed the flavor of the week box. The cookies were huge and very dense; almost was like a meal instead of a snack. I placed an order online and received the text quick that they were ready. The location is accommodating for the service. There are 2 iPads where you can place your order if you prefer to do so in store. The cookies are very pricy at almost $5 a cookie (tax included) so treat this as a treat ;)

Ericka W.

Yelp
Took 30 minutes for 1 cookie. If it's a Saturday why is it only 5 workers and only 3 are actually working ? Unacceptable and inconsiderate.
google avatar

Alyssa D.

Yelp
I ordered 6 total different cookie flavors at 6pm through Uber eats on a Wednesday night. The order was supposed to arrive no later than 7:20.. the driver changed 4 times. I finally called the store and he said they were short staffed I asked if they ran out of the cookie flavors I ordered and he assured me they did not and they were just finishing up the last two cookies and would be on their way.. My order showed up with 4 total cookies at 8:30 and two of them were the same flavor. Yet I was charged for 6 cookies..... The driver handed me the package upside down so all the frosting was stuck to the top of the box. Unacceptable, I'd like a full refund. Uber won't help refund me either. Buyer beware and just go in to the store or not at all there are other tasty dessert places.

Yelp
Atmosphere: The Brookhaven Crumbl store is clean and simply laid out. There can be some congestion at the front since their waiting area isn't that big, but other than that, the store is nice. Service: The store was pretty busy when we went, but ordering on the kiosk was simple. Our single cookie came out quickly. When we've ordered at Crumbl in the past, our server always allowed us to take a look at our cookies to ensure that we were happy with how they look. Our server this time just handed us the box without saying anything, but we're not sure if Crumbl only shows customers their cookies if they order more than one cookie. Food: We were most drawn to the Apple Pie Cookie on this week's menu and came to this Crumbl location to try it out. The cookie was sweet, and the filling had a light cinnamon taste to it. Unfortunately, our cookie experience wasn't optimal because the cookie was served rather cold. The Apple Pie Cookie therefore didn't have that gooeyness or warmth to it that makes an apple pie or cookie delicious. Overall: We are pretty big fans of Crumbl, but this location did not fully live up to our expectations. Although the service was quick, we would have rather waited longer to ensure a warm and fresh cookie instead of one that felt like leftovers from earlier in the day. We would like to give the Apple Pie Cookie and Crumbl another try in the future though!

Yelp
Run and get a cookie! My sister put me in to this spot and the cookies were SO big and delicious! They change out the cookie selection every week, which was different because the selection was smaller, but it didn't matter because it tasted so impeccable. It was so good. I fell asleep with the cookie in my hand, literally trying to finish it.

Yelp
You can order on an app or at the kiosk in the store. Pick up was quick, easy and friendly.

Yelp
All the cookies I get from here are so nice. Some people complain about crumbl cookies being "undercooked" but I have never had that problem here, but also, I generally like softer and gooier cookies so undercooked isn't an issue for me. The service is always top notch, everyone is always kind. It would be nice if there were chairs to sit and wait, but the store is pretty small so I understand why there aren't any. Sometimes the toppings can be a little scarce compared to the photo, but it's not too serious. The store is very clean and employees always wear gloves. It makes me uncomfortable when I enter an establishment and the employees are overworked, but the environment here seems very chill and relaxed, employee well being is extremely important to me when it comes to if I will purchase from an establishment or not. If employees are relaxed, laughing, chatting, etc. I am much more likely to purchase something, human beings are not robots and they should not be forced to act like they are!! All in all 9/10!

Yelp
My daughter treated us to these cookies. These are not just any kind of cookie. These are Ah-Mazing!!!! Whew they are so decadent and honestly I could only eat one. These are very hard to share. You just want to keep the to yourself. My favorite for a double chocolate. The flavor selections change every week. Oh my. Please give them a shot.

Yelp
Crumbl's mega cookies are ideal comfort foods. And I must admit that it's fun to see what's being offered each week since it changes. What will next week bring??? I recently paid a visit to the new Brookhaven location. After easily parking right out front, I went in and found about 4 tablets set up in the shop for taking customer orders and payment. I purchased a box of 4 cookies ($13.52 including tax) and selected the following: 1. Mom's Recipe: this dense oatmeal cookie was the winner of the quartet, with that underbaked middle feel and plenty of semi-sweet chocolate, toffee, and peanut butter chips. And no raisins to be found! I've gotten this one before at another Crumbl location so perhaps it pops up fairly regularly. 2. Chocolate featuring York®: reminded me of a brownie, not super minty but bold with chocolate. 3. Eggnog: an eggnoggy cakey sugar cookie with cozy nutmeg tones. 4. Gingerbread Cake: the cream cheese frosting really sells it for me, ginger flavor wasn't too punchy. Crumbl's cookies are no joke. The box weighed over 1.5 pounds and each cookie's diameter was about 4 inches. Perfect for splitting with someone or saving for later. The cookies tended to be on the sweeter side for me so you might want to have some of your favorite beverages available to pair with your cookies. On the menu, it's specified as to how the cookies are served (warm, cold), though I ate mine several hours later so they were all at room temperature. The two mainstay cookies always on the menu are the milk chocolate chip and the sugar. Oddly, the shop was temporarily out of milk chocolate chip but from peeking into the open kitchen, it seemed like the busy employees were assembling a fresh batch for baking. I did notice some dried frosting on the bottom of the box once I got home. Not the worst thing but seems like it could've been prevented. Crumbls are closed Sundays but are open extended hours (starting at 8 AM) other days of the week. Because for those times when you want a cookie for breakfast, they've got you covered!
google avatar

Erin S.

Yelp
I've heard great things about Crumbl, but this didn't really live up to my expectations. We split a 4 pack ($11.18) between 3 people. We cut each cookie into fourths so we could try all of them, and as was expected, we have leftovers. I couldn't eat an entire cookie in one sitting. It's a lot. Here are the flavors we got, in order of my preference: - Sticky Bun: The others I was with weren't huge fans, but this cookie surprised me. I really liked it. It had the best flavor. It was a little grainy, but it was good. - Milk Chocolate Chip: I actually think Costco chocolate chip cookies are better. This one just didn't have much flavor. - Birthday Cake: The icing was way too much. - Peppermint Bark: The icing just didn't go with the cookie. The actual cookie was good though. I do want to try more flavors, since they have new flavors every week. But I was a little disappointed for my first experience with Crumbl.

Yelp
IVE SEEN THE TREND ON TIKTOK IVE SEEN THE COOKIES ON INSTAGRAM ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS THIS IS ALL I HEAR. I decided to try them because of the hype. When I enter the store no one greeted me , I stared at the menu for 2 reasons , the flavors and the overly priced menu . That was strike 1. You can place an order at the kiosk , online or with a cashier. I placed it on the kiosk. The worker brought my cookies , I asked for napkins he pointed to a roll of paper towels . Boy what ?????? Then I asked for a bag he said bags for online orders. Sweetheart idc if they were for Jesus give me a bag for these heavy cookies . When I got inside the car and open up my cookie box These was the most biggest cookies I ever seen . Oh did I mention my cookies was cold as hell. They were in a refrigerator. Overall I've give crumbl 0/10 Great American cookie company and insomnia is wayyyyy better and your cookies will come hot . Crumbl cookies taste like cornbread with icing .

Yelp
Tried crumbl for the first time while in utah (which is where it originated) and was hooked. Had a craving for one once I got back to atl and decided to stop at this location. It didn't disappoint and was perfectly on par with the Utah location. I got a raspberry cheesecake cookie and it was delicious. Their flavors change each week so I look forward to trying the others.

Yelp
As soon as you walk through the doors you're greeted with the smell of fresh warm baked cookies. I went on a Saturday night so it was a little busy. As soon as a self serve ordering station opened up I walked up to place my order. Staff is there but they are working diligently in the background to make sure your cookies come out fast. The chocolate chip and cinnamon roll cookies were my favorite! They were HUGE, warm, soft, and sweet.

Yelp
Crumbl has a great location in the "middl" of a littl shopping district with lots of eateries. (See what I did there? ) The special note I want to make about this location is that there are a multitude of places to be able to sit and eat your ice cream of cookies outside on benches or even at the other restaurants/bars outdoor seating areas (Hobnob, next door, does live music , so that's cool too). The ice creams were nice and rich and decadent in their sweetness and overall flavor. However, at first, they were too frozen to dig into with our spoons. In my opinion, this would be perfect for summer guests, but they should modify the temperature within their freezers for fall and winter guests. Keep the ice cream colder in the summer and raise that temperature just a touch in the winter and fall! All that said, the presentation of the ice creams is very lackluster as they come in plain black containers with an clipart representation of the flavor on the outside. There are no scoop options- you get a small container (which is more than enough)...or a bunch of containers. (By the way, I got the double fudge and it was tasty.) Now, why did I mention the ice creams and talk trash about them before I even mentioned the cookies at a place called "Crumbl" that so obviously is primarily focused on their cookies? Because: if you want to make a real impact, then you don't advertise awesome looking ice creams and then serve them looking like they came out of the lunchroom at school or your cheap-ass Nana's freezer. (I'm sorry if your Nana is cheap. Mine doesn't even keep ice cream in the freezer... ) Now for the cookies (and the 4 star rating)! The cookies are served much like donuts are served at any donut shoppe! In boxes designed for the quantity you ordered! Yay! Some thought was put into these! They are cute, pink boxes (for all you girls out there - or guys that want to bring a "cute" gift to your girlfriend that you'll like too) and the one we got had room for all 4 cookies we ordered. The cookies were ginormous! Holding one in my hand completely filled my hand and made me think of it as softball sized! If you've never held a softball- they are big. Anyway... let's stop talking about big balls and get to the ooey-gooey-goodness of the cookies! We ordered two chocolate chip (because what better measure is there- really...), one peanut butter brittle "featuring Nutter Butter", and I don't even know what the last one was because my mom ate it too fast. The peanut butter brittle was not as warm, but it was still very soft and chewy in the middle with a crunchy outer ring and it was covered on top with a tasty peanut buttery icing and some crumbls of Nutter Butter as well. The "icing", I need to say, was not so much icing as it was a peanut buttery whipped spread, and it was very tasty! The cookie had flavor in and of itself, but that topping is what made it great! The chocolate chip was divine. Super ooey -gooey, large, milk chocolate chips that were warm just like the rest of the cookie. I don't know if they pre-bake until almost solid and then re-heat until solid or if they freshly bake (because they sure seemed freshly baked), but whatever they're doing with the cookies- it's on point! The cookie dough is crunchy on the exterior, but in the middle it's super malleable and soft. Not chewy- more like when you take a cookie straight out of the oven and let it sit for less than a minute and then start eating it...soft and doughy. Honestly, we came here for the ice cream because we saw that the place across the street was closed and I didn't really want "Jeni's Splendid..." (because they really aren't "splendid"), but if I could re-do my order I think I'd have tried all the cookies they had... Here's what I understand- every week, they rotate flavors of both ice creams and of cookies (but milk chocolate chip is always on the menu). They bring back crowd favorites frequently and add in new flavors often. Raspberry cheesecake was on of the flavors last night and honestly it sounds delicious, but I just couldn't bring myself to order an icing-covered cookie...I've always been a chocolate chip fan... I'm sure I missed out because I tasted my uncle's peanut butter brittle cookie, but hey- my cookie was awesome. "And that's how the cookie Crumbls. Back to you Tom..." I didn't get to take pics because it was both dark and chilly... and we wanted to eat the cookies while they were warm... and my hands were full!! Stop judging me! OK. I forgot, OK?!! This place is definitely designed for people to get their ice cream and cookie together and on the go- and they put some thought into their available flavors to help make flavor combinations that would compliment one another. Give them a shot because it would be well-deserved.

Yelp
You can truly find me at Crumbl every single week as they release new flavors. They've really never let me down and I'll always be coming back! Friday & Saturdays are always their busiest days!

Yelp
I've been hearing a lot about Crumbl and have been meaning to go for a while. Tonight, my sweet tooth wouldn't stop begging me for a treat, so I finally pushed an order through on Doordash. I chose the 1. Graham Cracker ft. Teddy Grahams 2. Milk Chocolate Chip 3. Classic Peanut Butter and 4. Molten Lava... and wow! These big cookies arrived warm and extremely soft in an aesthetically pleasing rectangular box. So far, I've only tried the teddy grahams one but it was amazing enough for me to have faith in the rest being just as amazing (and excitement about trying them) to write a Yelp review! Go get these cookies!!!

Yelp
Came in last week for the first time to try the famous crumbl cookies. I saw some flavors on the menu that Looked yummy last week so I knew it was a good week to try it. It was so simple to order using the tablets! We went around 5pm on a Monday so it wasn't crowded at all. We got a box of 4 - 2 muddy buddy and 2 cookies and cream. They came out super fast. The cookies are large and they aren't cheap, but the good flavors seem to be worth it for a nice treat! The muddy buddy was so tasty! Very peanut butter forward - so I only suggest if you are a peanut butter fan. The cookies and cream was also great! The center was so chewy and chocolatey. I would return to try the other rotating flavors if something catches my eye!

Yelp
DANGEROUS!!!! Every week the flavors change and every week I'm there buying them! It's really a dangerous game to play. Not good for my waist. I really wished they offered the smaller cookies for sale, outside of catering orders.
google avatar

Yelp
Oh Crumbl... such a love- hate relationship here. The cookies never disappoint. I love that they rotate flavors so there's always something new. The only thing I hate is how addictive they are who can resist a warm delicious cookie? Not me!

Yelp
I've seen crumble cookies all over Instagram, so when I noticed there was a store location in town Brookhaven I thought it would be worth giving a shot! We ordered a 6 pack with 1 of every flavor for the week. The store smelled amazing and there was a whole team of people making cookies and working very efficiently. When we tried them though, I think the consensus was that they were fine but nothing special, especially for the price. The rotating flavors and fun toppings is cool, but not sure id come back more than once or twice.

Yelp
Easy to find parking and the store itself is cool. These cookies were EXTREMELY dense and made me feel like I was gonna go into a diabetic coma. I don't ever need to eat here again lol Dense cookies aren't my thing, but if you're into it go for it. They change their menu weekly, so check their website before going to see what they have. Side note: They always chocolate chip available. Key Lime - Disgusting. Just horrid. Teddy Graham - Disgusting and sticky which was annoying. White chocolate - Really good! Peanut butter - Super flavorful! Molten Lava - ehh..not bad, but not great Chocolate chip - The best one! I spent $27 on 6 cookies and 2 bottles of water. Will I come back? Never again lol

Yelp
This was my first time at this location, service was fast but the staff didn't seem to really engage with the customers as they walked in. I had to wait a moment to be acknowledged by an employee. However, the cookies were good.

Yelp
The cookies are delicious but a little hard and I like that this store stays open later than others

Yelp
I get the hype about Crumbl and I think the rotating flavors keeps everyone comin! I was introduced via a coworker and finally decided to get my own 4 pack this week! This location was fine- kiosks to order and minimal to no interaction besides name calling. They did not present the cookies for inspection like some other places. The cookies are huge and very sweet so best enjoyed in 1/2 or 1/4s. I did find some of the cookie bases lack luster- the confetti cookie was very gritty and unenjoyable. Passion fruit was amazing! Brownie batter was decadent and exactly what you'd imagine. Oatmeal was a very very basic oatmeal cookie.

Yelp
Figure out how to staff your location, or have employees that are willing to work quicker than the pace of a snail.

Yelp
We came in here tonight (Saturday) at 8 pm. Parking was easy to find, especially at night, in Town Brookhaven. From the outside, it was easy to see inside because of all the bright lights throughout the store. We could easily tell from looking in that this location was clean and organized. We walked in, and were immediately greeted by one of the employees (I think he was one of the leaders because he was instructing most of the employees while we were there). R had some questions about the cookies, and the employee quickly pointed out the cookie display at the front counter and explained that the smaller sized cookies are available for catering, the regular sized chocolate chip cookies and the sugar cookies are always available on the menu, and four cookie flavors are rotated out and replaced by four other cookie flavors every week. In addition to the chocolate chip and sugar cookies, the four cookies available this week were oatmeal chocolate chip muffin, midnight mint, peanut butter featuring Muddy Buddies, and Key Lime pie. The menu lets customers know which cookies are served warm and which are served chilled. R ordered four cookies using one of the three touchpad kiosks. Ordering was quick and easy, and he used Apple Pay to complete his purchase. Credit cards and cash are other payment options, but I'm not sure if there are other options. The cookies R ordered were two midnight mint, one classic sugar and one milk chocolate chip. We didn't have to wait very long, maybe 4 minutes at the most. One of the employee called out R's name and gave him a great looking, sturdy box that is nice enough to give as a gift, with cookies in it, of course. The cookies looked great, and everything was as ordered. Later, R ate half of his midnight mint cookie, and I ate my midnight mint and just a little part of my classic sugar cookie. We both agreed that the midnight mint cookie was delicious, a little crunchy on the outside and soft and a little gooey on the inside from the bits of mint and semi-sweet chocolate. The midnight mint cookie were very rich, and I was actually surprised I finished the whole cookie. This cookie is on the cookie rotation, so it isn't always available. I suggest that you try it when it's available. Although the classic sugar cookie had a good flavor, I thought it was too crumbly and it didn't hold together for very long while I was holding and eating it. Also, the icing on the top was soft, like it didn't set. Maybe this is the way it's supposed to be - I dunno. Both of my cookies had just the right amount of sweetness for me. I don't like cookies that taste like a lot of sugar was dumped into them, and these definitely weren't too sweet. These cookies are pricey, but, after thinking about it, customers get a lot of cookie - they're definitely big. And the two that I tried so far were delicious!

Yelp
Employee handed me a dirty box smeared with chocolate on the outside! Employees should keep crumbl boxes neat and tidy and wipe off the box before handing it to the customer
