"With three locations serving the metro Detroit area in Rochester Hills, Ann Arbor, Sterling Heights, and Novi, Crumbl claims to be the best cookie maker in the world. Its cookie selections change weekly but fan favorites are the classics, such as the sugar cookie, the buttermilk cookie, hot chocolate cookie, and the red velvet white chip cookie." - Darralynn Hutson

The cookies at Crumbl are super delicious! I had a coupon for a free cookie which was great. The downside is that it has to be a chocolate chip cookie but I’m totally not complaining because it’s a free cookie! That being said, there’s so many cool flavors so it would have been nice to be able to try something different. It’s cool that the menu changes weekly and gives you more and more to try. The service was a bit rough and I had to wait upfront for a good five minutes before someone noticed me but it’s all good - totally get that things can be busy. Great cookies overall though!

Your message beautifully captures the exceptional service you experienced. Here’s a refined version: --- The place was super cute, and the customer service was outstanding! Although I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name, he went above and beyond for my daughter when she came in for the Olivia Rodrigo cookie. Even though they didn’t have the cookie this week, he noticed her disappointment and asked if she was a big Olivia Rodrigo fan. He then went to the back and came out with an Olivia Rodrigo GUTS cookie souvenir card for her. His thoughtful gesture made her day, especially given her initial disappointment. It’s a rarity to see such genuine customer service these days. To the wonderful staff member, thank you so much for brightening my daughter’s day!!

I wish there was a 3½, but there's not so I choose to round down. Of the 5 cookies I've bought here over several months, two have been undercooked--one to the point of being raw and inedible. They replaced it without question. The latest was the banana cream pie cookie, which I picked up today. The cookie itself wasn't done enough or the dough wasn't made right. It was heavy and looked and tasted like undercooked pie dough with some sugar. The pudding was nothing special, and the banana they used was partly black/rotten, which you can see a little of in the picture. It was thrown together sloppily, and I don't see the point in consuming the calories because it's not very good. On the bright side of today's visit, the coconut lime cookie is delicious. The combination of coconut and lime flavors works together beautifully. It's served chilled, so the cookie isn't as soft as those that are served warm. A drop of lime juice here and there on the cookie made it even better. This location seems to lack the consistency that the Livonia location has in turning out quality products regularly, but when they do, the sinfully caloric cookies are absolutely scrumptious and large enough that you can split them or save half for later.

I placed my order online this time and it was ready within 2 mins of arrival. The chocolate chunk cookie was gooey and delicious. The French toast cookie/brownie (was a customer's choice) was sooo good, the smell alone was heavenly. The chocolate brownie was so good. I think the earlier you go the better, last time I went around 6pm and some were sold out. This morning they were warm and delicious.

Google
My first time at this crumbl. I’ve never asked for more frosting on a cookie, but when he gave me the box I checked it right away and there was barely any foresting. I said hey excuse me, could you please add a little more frosting. He seemed a bit annoyed and I already felt bad for asking. He added more and this is what it looked like. We pay a lot for these cookies so obviously it’s important to me to get good quality! I would not recommend this store.. maybe it’s just the guy who did my toppings.. maybe not!

Google
I really wanted to love it, but it’s just Muh. Went to the location in my neighborhood for opening day. First time crumble visit I wasn’t sure what to expect. It’s a good location and it looks like coffee will be nearby in the neighboring store. The store is immaculate, bright, cheery, and well-staffed, maybe even too well-staffed. I hope they will be able to keep all those people busy. There was no crowd when I went and only one other customer came in, likely owing to being in the back of a u-shaped strip and not having any major opening day events, advertising or sales. Grabbed a box of 6 so I could try a few things. The cookies are large and some of the options are creative. At $22 for 6, it’s about $3.70 per cookie. I’m disappointed that there is no option for coffee or hot coco and no seating space, as one would usually see at a bakery of this ilk. All of this contributes to thee feel that the price is high for what you get. The cookies themselves are okay. The texture and look are good. But they are so sweet, sickeningly sweet, it’s hard to detect any other flavor. For me it’s waaay to much sugar and nothing else special about the flavor. I’d love to see the chocolate chip switch to semi-sweet or even dark chocolate, instead of milk chocolate and maybe even add some nuts for texture and to balance the sweetness overload of the batter. Glad to have tried it. I could see stopping her for a treat for kids once in a blue moon, I myself will stick with Luca’s and other local bakeries with a less sweet recipe. *update* Went a second time. It was even worse! They didn’t greet us, took forever when they had to take payment, argued with me about whether I had given change (another customer saw me), then handed me the wrong order, and disputed me over if it was mine, while the DoorDash man was telling them it was the order for him to pick up.

Google
Pretty good. Enough to eat one every week for sure. Stores are overwhelmingly white and bright though, not fun to hang out in. Employees all give "this is definitely a temporary job" vibes. So they don't really say much to you or care. They just make good cookies.

My order was not ready when I got there, but they quickly hit it ready. The cookies were delicious.

Yelp
Visited this location to get my free Birthday cookie. Since it was a Saturday evening, they were out of 4 different cookies at the time I came in. Staff were so helpful though. They had a few cookies in reserve to fill orders at a later pick up time, and the guy helping me said he would be able to give me one of those. I'm so appreciative to him, and his willingness to help me out! This is a great location with friendly staff!

Yelp
cookies are always fresh, fast service, and clean store. Please bring back the banana pudding!!

Yelp
I really like the Ultimate Peanut Butter Cookie. The cookie comes out fresh, warm, and soft from the oven. One peanut butter cookie is $4.40. The box sets give you a slight discount per cookie. I've only bought a single cookie once in a while. It's a little expensive to visit regularly.

Yelp
This was my second time in a Crumbl and a surprise visit. Both locations are 45 minutes to 1 hr away from home. I was in a strip mall for another reason and couldn't stop myself from getting some delicious cookies. They are very large and wanted to share with family members. I got Valentine's cookies with MMs, Chocolate covered strawberry, molten lava, and salted caramel. My favorite was the Chocolate covered strawberry, and I wish I would have got 1 more. The Valentines cookie was just ok. The Chocolate lava and Salted Caramel was so good. Thanks Crumbl for a good cookie.

Yelp
Didn't have all the cookies. Staff wasn't very nice at all and seemed like they didn't want to help. I tried to get my birthday cookie but the girl had no idea how to have me get it. So I didn't. She didn't ask anyone else even for help. Got 4 cookies and when we got home, which was about 5-10 minutes) the cookies seemed a bit melted and the edges of the box cut into the 2 cookies on each end. Never had that happen before. Would love to get my free birthday cookies if anyone knows how to work the computer.

Yelp
Oh my! I've heard so many people talk about Crumbl Cookies so I had to check out the new location in Canton. Especially on free cookie day which is today! And when I say fresh, I mean it just came out of the oven. So warm and soft in the middle. In fact, it was falling apart when I tried to eat it. Very delicious!! If it weren't for the price, Crumbl would get a 5 star rating from me! But at $4.40 for one cookie, I can't justify buying them. I'm glad Crumbl has hit Canton and I'm sure it will do well here! Way to go, Crumbl for a great experience on free cookie day!

Yelp
Crumbl is one of those businesses whose product I've sampled on numerous occasions, yet never been to the actual place myself. They are known for their wonderfully decadent and creative cookies that change constantly (with few exceptions). I decided to drop by and get a box of 6 upon my wife's request. I think they only ever have 6 types of cookies at any given time, but they are always large. One criticism I have is that they don't have smaller sized cookies. This is a personal preference, but given how expensive they are it would be a welcome option. I do however love the ordering system that uses the monitors to choose what flavors you want and the number of cookies, then you simply pick them up when ready. The inside is quite pleasing to the eyes and thankfully it wasn't busy at all on my trip there. We really enjoyed the cookies (some more than others), but I will admit they are just way too over the top for me at times.

Yelp
Crumbl is a really a hit or miss. The inconsistency is why I give it 3 stars. Overall average cookies, especially for the price. They sometime have flavors that are really good, but most of them are nothing special. The cookies with tons of frosting are not my favorite and usually way too sweet.

Yelp
Tried Crumbl a few days ago. The self service kiosk is easy enough to use and it didn't take long to get my order. They are on the pricey side, but very delicious. My issue came in with the handling of boxing my cookies and presenting them. The person putting the order together was in the back doing another messy task. Instead of changing gloves they used these gloves to handle the box and pack the cookies. No biggie except there was icing all over the box that then transferred to my car seat. Annoying. It won't prevent me from trying them again but it is apparent some training needs to take place.

Yelp
I wish there was a 3 1/2 because my cumulative experience here is neither a 3 nor a 4. Of the 5 cookies I've bought here, two have been undercooked--one to the point of being raw and inedible. They replaced it without question. The latest was the banana cream cookie, which I picked up today. The cookie itself wasn't done enough or the dough wasn't made right. It was heavy and looked and tasted like undercooked pie dough with some sugar. The pudding was nothing to write home about, and the banana they used was partly black/rotten, which you can see a little of in the picture. It was thrown together sloppily and I don't see the point in consuming the calories because it's not very good. On the bright side of today's experience, the coconut lime cookie is delish! Scrumptious! The combination of coconut and lime flavors works together beautifully. It's served chilled, so the cookie isn't as soft as those that are served warm. A drop of lime juice here and there on the cookie made it even better. This location seems to lack the consistency that the Livonia location has in turning out quality products regularly, but when they do, the sinfully caloric cookies are absolutely scrumptious and large enough that you can split them between family members or save half for dessert in tomorrow's lunch or dinner (or breakfast, who am I to judge?).

Yelp
I would advise anyone going to crumbl to avoid the mini cookies at all costs. In our 6 count order, which was like 15.00 with tax, we got one cookie under to almost not baked, one missing it's marshmellow topping, and all the cookies were completely inconsistent in size. If you don't want a giant cookie, purchase from literally anywhere else.

Yelp
I ordered a treat on Saturday night with a 4 pack of large crumble cookies from the canton ford road location. There were 13 people waiting for pick up when I walked in, and the staff wasn't motivated to move the line. The monitor that shows who was in the queue wasn't working, and the location didn't look clean. I waited at least 20 minutes after my order should have been ready. The cookies looked like they had been thrown in the box. I will mot go back for a while so they can improve.

Mariam S.

Yelp
Always friendly service with a great selection. Love that they show you the cookie before giving it to you

Becky K.

Yelp
Love all the different cookie! They Just seem very pricey for what you get. I wish they ran deals.

Ashlyn K.

Yelp
It's good! I really liked when they first opened but it's a little pricey and wish they had minis everyday.

Moe A.

Yelp
Wanted to see what the hype was about and I wasn't disappointed. Some say they're overhyped - others say it lives to the hype. Personally, they are just delicious to me regardless. I got the chocolate chip ( ~ $5) but it's a huge cookie. I really enjoyed that it is chewy on the inside with slightly crisp edges, giving them a good snap when you bite into them. They're slightly sweeter than other brand cookies but so worth the taste! Was in and out ordering in less than 5 minutes.

Paige C.

Yelp
So I ordered an Apple Crumb Cake cookie, and this is what I got. What the actual heck Crumbl. This is NOT what I payed for. It was delicious nonetheless but still, putting a little spoonful of frosting then adding a pinch of streusel topping and a few apples doesn't cut it. I expected more than that. The service was quick though.

Peter David L.

Yelp
So they aren't cheap, but maybe the best thing I can say to express my 5 stars is that the cookies are impressively BETTER looking than the photos when you order. Consider these treats and not just cookies like what you'd randomly eat at home.
