My daughters favorite crumbl item, cookies & cream Tres Leches cake! She was so excited to see what was inside the crumbl box when I handed it to her. Used my crumbl rewards as well so it was practically free! (I left a tip that's why I said practically free)

Absolutely delicious cookies. Staff can be kind however, if you are standing in the lobby they'll ignore you while they're busy out back. Make sure if you are picking up an order you placed online click "here" and if you don't use the kiosk create an order don't be afraid to speak up. Staff are hard at work and in they're own world.

My husband always wants the cookies from this place, and I was curious what the magic was. I finally had the chance to get them — and trust me, they were amazing! The texture is so soft, it just melts in your mouth. You should definitely try the cookies here. Plus, they serve super fast, which makes the whole experience even better.

Crumbl serves the best cookies I have ever had, they are soft in the middle and crunchy on the outside, the only issue i have ever had is when I try to order with the tablet and not in person. But if you don't mind the calories, I definitely recommend!!

You walk into the store and immediately get hit with the most delicious smells! The ordering is self service and very easy to use. The staff is super friendly and the cookies are always fresh and so delicious! The staff will call you up to then pick up station and then ask if the cookies look good. And yes, they always do! The cookies are SO BIG! Perfect for sharing and very filling!

Bailey loves these cookies! They make the cookies on-site and they taste good! Mini and regular sizes. I can never eat one because there's so many calories, but we definitely share them. It's like a mini cake.

This place is bad for my waist but goof for my happiness. Tons of tasty cookies but man those calories! While there are a bunch of teenagers that work here, they are very nice and have my order ready on time. Curbside is fast, but no designates parking for this service so offer them a friendly waive when you see your order coming out. Be careful of the cross traffic from Lowes!

I've stopped in a couple times but couldn't bring myself to spend almost 5.00 on one cookie. Until this time. Looking at the cookies I saw a banana split cookie. I had to try it. I'm really glad I did! The store here is small, but they have quite a bit of baking space behind the counter. Their was no line when I stopped in so I was in and out quickly. The staff super friendly and helpful. The cookie was amazing! I loved that it wasn't overly sweet but had so much flavor! I had to share the last few bites and honestly could have cut this in 4 pieces for 4 people but I was a pig. Lol. I'd definitely come back. Very much worth the price!

I love the crumbl cookies out here because they are so close to the fun things like the movies and more things and those cookies are the most flavored textured cookies I have ever tried. Not only Are the employees nice and the smell of the store is amazing like they were straight out the oven 10/10 would try again.

Crumbl Cookies opened last week on Fort Eddy Road in the Lowes/Market Basket plaza. This location is very small, which is geared towards pickup and order on the touchscreens near the counter. They also offer DoorDash delivery too. They offer at least 6 cookies to choose from which change on a weekly basis. My friends and I enjoy eating Crumbl Cookies for our sweet treats runs and share a box. I stopped by the Concord NH location recently and picked up a box of 4 cookies ($16.20 with tax) choosing Cowboy, Strawberry Shortcake, Patriotic Frosted, and Brownie Sundae. The cookies were being prepared and boxed immediately after placing my order. I was in and out of the shop with my cookies. I shared some cookies with my friend, splitting them up. The strawberry shortcake and brownie sundae were both very good. The cookies here tend to be very soft and very sweet which we have gotten accostomed to the more times we stop at a Crumbl. The cookies go very with with cold milk (sold here) or a coffee drink.

Cookies are good, but a little pricey. The location is brand new and very clean. You order from an iPad then they call your name and they show you the cookies to make sure your order looks correct. I'd say good, but not great. Worth a try every so often!

These cookies are too addicting! Have to try all of the flavors!! Greatest choices outside of the typical cookie choices!

The cookies are delicious. Friendly staff and fast service. Brought the cookies home for an intimate late night snack. They called me back throughout the night for another bite. A nice treat that will be sure to put a satisfied smile on your face. Who doesn't like a great cookie?

I don't understand how these people can screw up a chocolate chip cookie. Very flavorful but essentially warm cookie dough.
