These cookies are delicious and taste like homemade cookies. The employees are nice and I love how you can order on a small computer in the store so you don't have to wait long for your order.

A colleague told me about this place. Everything I have tried has been wonderful. This location also has very sweet employees.

I’ve been coming to this location almost weekly for almost 2 years. Early on, it was very inviting, the workers were great, even some knew me by name. Hands down one of the best locations I’ve gone too. Unfortunately as of lately, it seems like that has all changed. When you walk in, most of the workers are either laughing or swearing at eachother jokingly, playing music on their own speakers, or talking to their friends just sitting in the lobby area. As someone who’s seen both sides of this location, it really is disappointing to see. When situations like this happen, it’s hard for me to trust the quality of the desserts.

Ordered Grubhub delivery order for Crumbl. The cookies were delicious. Tried the cookie dough, peanut butter, blueberry, and corn bread cookies. They were all very tasty!

We ordered a cookie under the name Tingle Diesel because those are the names of our dogs and our parents don’t like us giving out our personal information. The workers literally deleted our order after we paid for it and we waited 10 minutes and still didn’t receive anything and nobody asked us if we needed help. When we ask for it we were rudely questioned about our names as if that is anyone’s business and we didn’t say anything inappropriate. When they brought our cookie, the worker slammed it on the table and aggressively closed it without smiling or being nice. So disrespectful and unnecessary. Also our cookie had a bite taken out of it by the looks of it. Not sure what we did to receive this treatment, please be nicer!

I love crumbl pink cookies and this is the week. I tried to buy some yesterday but they were sold out. I ordered some today and picked them up. I purchased 4 large cookies and what I received was 4 mini plus cookies that seemed like the dough didn't cook correctly. These were the worst cookies I have purchased. Very disappointed

This is the second time Ive ordered from here in the past week, and the cookies are great. First delivery was fine, but this time it didnt exactly go well. Probably best to order carry out and pick them up yourself otherwise you get what I got.

Cookie sizes are 40% smaller than they were 6-8 month ago!! And they want you to tip for getting the cookies in the box!! Unbelievable !

Drove 30 min to this location to close 25 minutes early. Guy had on glasses just sitting there doing nothing. Double check window sighs, said 10:30 closing. Very frustrating. Management need to fix this issue at this location

Sometimes, all you need is a Crumbl Cookie So thankful for my students for bringing the classroom @crumblcookies it was such a sweet surprise! I was so excited for the line up this week but unfortunately we didn't get all the cookies that are featured:( I really wanted to try the lemon one so bad those are my FAVORITE! However I did try the raspberry, chocolate cake, and pink velvet cookies, and they were soooo good! If you love cheesecake then you'll have to get this raspberry cheesecake cookies it's like you're eating a mini cheesecake honestly, you can't even tell it's a cookie! The pink velvet takes me back to when we were kids and we liked eating the strawberry shortcake ice cream bar, and the chocolate cake was very homey I really hope I can get a lemon one before they end of the day today, or hopefully it comes back...cause I NEED IT

Although I've been to many Crumbl cookie stores, it was time to make an honest review. The stores, as the one I visited here, are all well lit and very bright. The workers there are all friendly, and will explain any questions you might have. The interior design looks modern, sort-of like a mini bakery in the back, and it is styled for just ordering for take-out. The store will alternate different flavors, and the employees are all friendly and helpful with any questions you might have. Now when it comes to the food, I have to be completely honest in my review. I have a crazy sweet tooth, and I absolutely love soft bake cookies. Even my family knows this. But Crumbl cookie will make you feel so full after, that you will want to take a month off from eating anything sweet. The smaller sized cookies are only offered on Mondays or for catering. There regular sized cookies, as the one I ordered, are just so filling that it seems like an overload. I really wish they offered smaller portions. You feel obligated to only get 1-2 cookies because of how heavy they are, but you are also interested in trying the other flavors. After having their cookie, I felt like I need a break from all cookies for the next month. I think the overall business concept, service, and modern look are all great at this restaurant. But if they can slightly cater to people who just want a small, sweet snack it would accommodate many more people. I ordered the "classic" chocolate chip cookie and the French toast flavored style cookie. Each cookie was $4.99.They were both tasty, but after the second or third bite I was feeling incredibly full. Overall, I would recommend Crumbl cookie to anyone, but to beware of how big and filling these cookies really are!

I was on an important call when someone rang my doorbell, I thought it was someone lost so I ignored it but the ringing wouldn't stop. So I peeked outside and it was a guy with a mask on and a pink box, I thought....hmmmm....I didn't order anything?? That's strange. After chatting with him to see who should be getting this box, it turned out to be for me!! Hip, hip, hooray!! Thank you, thank you, thank you - you are very thoughtful!! May this gratefulness reach you through the ether. I had no idea there was a Crumbl cookies just 8 minutes away from me. I had never had their cookies before. And these are gigantic and heavy. The box had a nice weight to it. I received 3 cookie types - fudge galaxy, wedding cake and chocolate chip. All 3 were great but the wedding cake icing was thee best. I just loved eating that icing throughout the week. I made these oversized cookies last at least 10 days. I see that there are other cookie flavors, I'll have to head over there and get more wedding cake cookies and try something new.

The lady kicked us out then locked the doors 20 min before even closing. First time coming to try it out and never again. Places looks good but horrible experience this lady was rude and disrespectful

This brand new location is beautiful! It just opened mid-December, and I couldn't be more excited to not have to push into the city to get these cookies. My biggest locational qualm here is the parking lot, which can be kind of a nightmare if it's really busy. This location is well lit, super clean, and has been well staffed. There are two self-order tablets which were also clean, and easy to use - I had no issue. There are also two tablets for staff to take your order, as well. My visit was uneventful in a good way! The menu had churro cookies on it, but after ordering they let me know they weren't ready yet, which was no problem and I threw in a good ole chocolate chip instead. Staff were friendly, I took a photo against the pink wall, and made the house happy when I got home with a box of cookies. Every week is new flavors, but eggnog and red velvet white chocolate are both winners for me! Will definitely be back to this location.

This girl working at 6 PM on Tuesday 7/30 with curly brown hair was rude, I said excuse me and she took literally 4 minutes to get back to me for my mobile order for no reason. When she gave me my box she didn't hand it to me she rudely TOSSED it to me without even a smile or have a nice day. Absolutely terrible service, I thought you trained your employees to have better manners. The cookie didn't even look appetizing on top of that, did not look like the picture.

Set up reminds me of Sprinkles cupcakes. Service here was friendlier though and helpful. The chocolate chip was decent. Have to remember this is milk chocolate not semi sweet so it is a bit sweet heavy but there was flavor. The churro really blew me away though. Great taste. It was warm and looked perfect. I would stop in for another one of their special flavors.

Grand opening December 16, 2022 !! So happy to visit on opening day. The mystery cookie this week in Niles is the churro - yum. The cookies are pricey, but when I can afford it, I plan on coming back again and again. The female owner was super friendly and even though the shop was crazy crowded, it was worth the wait. My only complaint is the parking lot can be tricky to get into and out of, but the cookies are worth it. Niles Crumbl Cookies rocks !!!

Very fancy Web app for ordering cookies, that's pretty much all they have going for them. Placed an order using their application, expecting to pick up the cookies when the app said they would be available. Was very surprised to learn that they only had one type of cookie available, and if I didn't want to, accept that, I had to wait over 20 minutes to receive the original order. It mystifies me that they wouldn't start baking the cookies as soon as they got the order. Like why would you wait for the person to show up and then just try to get them to change their order instead of baking what they specifically requested. Plus paying $16 for four cookies is already sus, and then having to wait 50 minutes from the time you ordered them on the app to the time that they are available is pretty pathetic if you ask me. Definitely learned my lesson and will not be back. Shift lead Cesar was incredibly rude when I asked him why it took in total and over an hour for my cookies. He started walking away and kind and condescendingly yelled at me Have a good night! I legit couldn't believe it lol

Yummy cookies! Fun that every week they change too! A little on the expensive side, but they're a good treat.

Very yummy cookies! My favorites are the semi sweet chocolate chip, Oreo, and pink sugar cookie. Delicious!

Most of the staff are rude and the food is rather mediocre. I's suggest to go else where. Also, hire some nicer staff, most of them are immature, as if they were in high school! A lot of them gossip about other employees which is rather pathetic and not something you want in a business.

Came here tonight about 20 minutes before closing. They turned us away because they were already closed apparently. A little upset since I drove from a far. Just sad and disappointed I couldn't get cookies when I made it before they closed. Better luck next time I guess

Cookies are good. Service is not great. I'm very understanding of how busy they can be but nevertheless they need to take care of their customers especially when they get it wrong. Their delivery is great but I believe it's DoorDash. It maybe worth the delivery fee just to not enter in that chaos.

Came in last night and was told I couldnt eat my cookie inside? That the owner doesnt want to see anyone lingering around. The man working was very rude while his female coworker laughed after he told us to go outside. It was very cold out so thank you if this is how you treat your customers. Definitely will not be coming back.

The cookies are what they are: Base dough with little to no variation, topped with a variety of themed toppings. Great if you have a combination you like, but not much else. I placed my order online, though not through the Crumbl app, and they had a hard time finding it in their system (as in, they did not.) That being said, the lead took the time to check via multiple means, and rather than keep me there longer, made my order then and there. Ultimately I got what I ordered, but the experience left more to be desired.

We wanted to support a new business in the neighborhood so we checked this out today. They had six different large cookie choices. The prices were higher than I expected, but they were very, very good cookies. We couldn't decide on our favorite flavor! I believe they change the flavors of cookies available regularly. The staff was very friendly. Everyone who came in the door was greeted. When the cashier was busy the workers in the back greeted folks coming in. We did not order ahead as the whole experience was new to us, but we only waited a few minutes and received a box of freshly baked, warm cookies. I cannot wait to go back and try new flavors!

These cookies were so raw. Like I fully tasted dough- when I'm paying upwards of $27 for cookies I at least expect a cooked cookie. I was excited to try the new location near my house but was left incredibly disappointed and feeling sick to my stomach.

These cookies are delicious! Don't forget to sign up for their loyalty program. I like how they have different cookies each month. Keeps you coming back for yummy goodness over and over.

My wife and I went in excited to try out Crumbl and were immediately disappointed. We ordered our cookies at the counter and after being charged and having waited were told they didn't have our cookies. We were the third customers in a row told this as well. Having ten employees behind the counter I'm confused how this was allowed to happen. Refund wasn't an option. We could substitute for ones we didn't want or wait a half hour for new ones. First and last time there I guess. No cookie is that good. Better off making our own.
