Crumbl - Old Town

I tried the peanut butter blossom cookie, which is a available through 8/31/2024. This peanut-butter cookie is paired with a chocolate frosting over the center and very reminiscent of a giant Reese’s peanut butter cup. The cookie is sweet but not as sweet as some of their other options. I appreciate that it’s not covered completely in chocolate. The cookie is moist with a dough like center. I’d add this flavor as one of my top 3 favorites from Crumbl. Just a note: The Old-town location doesn’t accept cash payments.

First time in the CRUMBLE COOKIE shop. It smells so good inside. The customer service was awesome. The cookie menu changes every week. I wanted a cotton candy cookie but did not order because they were out of the candy pieces that go on top. I ordered a lemonade and old fashion donut. They both taste really good. The cookies are moist and soft.

The staff here are really friendly and the cookies are what you would expect from any Crumbl. Cookies are soft and chewy, big for sharing (if you want 😋) and have fun fillings and toppings that change every week. Picky eater? Try the chocolate chip, it's a classic chewy and gooey cookie that's nearly perfect when they serve it to you warm!

I get way too excited about trying the new flavors every week. The staff at this store was super friendly too!

the cookies itself are not gonna be everyones cup of tea especially with the unique and rotating flavors but i love them and its fun to see what new flavors they come up with next. loved this location as well. fast and nice service!

Been waiting to hit this spot up after seeing so many reviews and post via the internet. Why wait would be the response I would give my pre-Crumbl Cookie self now that I have tasted these delicious cookies!!!!The variety of the 6 pack allowed me to taste all of the weeks speciality cookies offered. Think they are taking the Pink Sugar cookie of the weekly selection. You are greeted as soon as you enter the store and it feels so good to be acknowledged. The service was speedy from ordering to a wonderful worker showcasing the cookies you have selected before handing them over. Atmosphere is open since you can see the workers hand making these soft and delicate cookies. Will be back for sure. Thanks for the great experience. Options for my cookie box was caramel cake, snickerdoodle, pink sugar, regular chocolate chip and gooey red velvet.

Not happy! Ordered the cornbread cookie, it way WAYYYYY overcooked! Also, did not taste like a cornbread cookie, taste more like a sugar cookie which tells me the recipe is off because I’ve had this cookie at a different location, so I know how it’s supposed to taste! This location needs to do better!
