Crumbl

Happy they finally opened a renton location, but they need parking signage for curbside pickup dedicated to Crumbl customers. The general 10 min parking spots are often hogged and even blocked by delivery drivers that prevents Crumbl customers from being able to park in several spots because of delivery truck’s parking/completely blocking the area. I love Crumbl but buying treats here makes me think twice now because of the parking headache.

Wife surprised me with a 4 pack of cookies from this location. We got 2 brownie batter cookies, 1 pumpkin cake and 1 salted caramel cheesecake. I'm not the biggest chocolate fan and I completely devoured the brownie batter cookies! My wife thoroughly enjoyed the pumpkin cake and the salted caramel cheesecake was yummy as well. The cookies are nice and big so definitely a plus there!

I went back the second time looks like the cookies I bought before are no longer available. ========== It's a great place, and the cookies are baked fresh. Each cookie is so delicious! I can't wait to go back for more.

Shoutout to who we presume was the manager for going the extra mile. My pregnant wife was craving the Strawberry cookie that appeared to be sold out. He made sure she got the cookie by looking through the trays and giving us a warm batch. We appreciate him going the extra mile when he did not have to. We don’t normally eat sweets but we will be coming back solely due to the service

Depends on who's working for cookie quality apparently. Ordered doordash delivery 2/7/26 5:30pm for 4 cookies they all arrived completely raw and inedible. Confetti cake, snickerdoodle, chocolate chip, and twix. Every single cookie was raw all the way through and the snickerdoodle was falling apart inside the box. The staff have to know what they are doing is wrong. Raw cookie dough gives salmonella. This is beyond ridiculous. No wonder people consistently get food poisoning from this location. Don't go here.

Taste of cookies are great however, I got one of the confetti, raspberry, and chocolate cookie. I ate the confetti First and it seemed undercooked but wasn’t sure if that’s how it was meant to be… I went on to eat the raspberry which seemed okay but I finished the confetti then later ended up getting sick :/ the worker was cool but just want to make sure they are fully done

So yummy, The Dubai brownies were amazing the chocolate chip our favorite the Dolce was also amazing peanut butter munchies perfect soft chewy peanut butter deliciousness

Crumbl is ALWAYS a delicious experience. The desserts are always incredible and fresh. I enjoy every time we go there. I saw this place trending on TikTok and glad I decided to try it out! The staff is always nice and helpful and greets me with a smile. The ordering process is very simple. You use a kiosk to order and if you need assistance, the staff is happy to help. The place is very modern, but also very cramped. There is nowhere to sit on the inside at all. It is literally a grab and go type of place. I have had the regular chocolate chip cookie, a turtle cheesecake, a biscoff cookie butter cookie, and more from there and they have never disappointed. The menu does change weekly, so be prepared for that. Overall, I do highly recommend Crumbl to satisfy your sweet tooth!

I don't get all the hype. It's okay but it's undercooked for my taste. They look very pretty and it's pretty good portion. I also find it to be too sweet. The sweetness masks the the flavor. Did I mention, it is expensive.

The people were nice and there weren't any issues but the cookies don't taste good at all. Seriously. I got a lemon cookie and it tasted like the la croix version of desserts (someone breathed essence of lemon on it) and then the chocolate chip cookie tasted like any other mass produced chocolate chip cookie from the grocery store. Rated 4/5 because the hype doesn't make sense to me but it's not the restaurant's fault.

I hate Crumbl being in Renton because I had this vision of a successful diet and then Crumbl opened up. This location tests my willpower. It is a very small location that fills up quickly, but in the half a dozen or so times I've been there (yea, willpower isn't really my strong suit around cookies) I have found they move fast. The employees don't really interact with people much save to say a name, flash the cookies, close the box, and hand it off. I do wish that they would allow for at least five seconds to look over the cookies but often it seriously is a flash. Since it only bit me once - a cookie that was supposed to have this maple frosting between two cookies had no frosting on one but they remembered the other! - I'm largely understanding but double check once I step outside. The cookies are so good. There's bound to be something for anyone with a sweet tooth. I find some to be too sweet, but my best friend loves each one. Now that Crumbl has dropped the "Cookie" to become more of a dessert bakery I'll be interested to see what they do differently!

Two things that bring to down from five stars- lack of friendliness of young lady at the register and how dirty the screen was for typing in my name with what appeared to be cookie dough bits and dirt. There were 12-13 employees cranking out cookies in the back but took us about five minutes (with just one person in front of us) to order our single cookie. Picked chocolate chip as a classic choice. I prefer dark chocolate but milk chocolate is the standard. The place was hopping- lots of people ordering and picking up orders of boxes. The cookie was warm and had a nice texture just a bit too sweet for me with the milk chocolate. It's in a nice area with lots of other businesses. Parking is a bit tricky. The rest of the place appeared clean just not the register screen at the front.

Sooooooo honestly I was a little disappointed with my strawberry cookie... if you see the picture they went a little skimpy with the strawberry glaze...BUT my husband insists that since it's Bobby Wagner store I can't give it less then 5 stars haha. I'm a silver standing Crumbl client so I've had it a time or two.. most the time their cookies are consistent and a fun treat to share with the kiddos.. I'm so glad there's a location in Renton now! I've been driving to Covington to get my fix and now I can hopefully work my way to be a gold standing member LOL!

Employees have no clue on how their app works. They are pretty rude too. I won't be going back to that location. Highly do not recommend!!!! Store feels uncomfortable since it's so small.

I had a very disappointing experience with Crumbl. I placed two separate orders, both of which I expected to pick up from the Covington location. When I arrived, they only had one order. I then realized that after placing the first order, the app had switched my pickup location to Renton without me noticing. The manager at Covington was kind and advised me to call the Renton location to cancel and request a refund. I called around 10:40 and spoke with a woman who immediately dismissed my situation, saying "boo hoo" and that there was nothing she could do since it was "human error." She told me I would either have to drive to Renton or just "learn to take the loss." When I asked to speak with a manager, she claimed she was the manager. I then asked to speak with someone above her because her tone was becoming rude and unprofessional. She refused to give her name and told me to contact corporate before abruptly hanging up. Crumbl cookies are tasty but pretty standard, what really sets a location apart is the customer service. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression. am extremely disappointed with my experience. I went to the Renton location only to find they were out of the cookies I specifically wanted. There was no notice online and nothing in the app to indicate they were low or out of stock. I didn't place an order ahead of time because I wanted to walk in and grab what I came for. Instead I had to waste more of my time and gas driving to another location (Bellevue) just to order. This is frustrating and unacceptable. If you're going to hype up limited-time flavors then you need to keep your locations properly stocked. Crumbl needs to do better.

I have never been to Crumbl so I was excited to hit up their grand opening near me. The new location looks nice they have digital ordering which I don't really care for, you already know people are touching them tablets n eating right away without washing they hands...I chose to go directly to an associate. I got a cookie and a cake. The cookies are ok but nothing special. The cake tho!!! The cake was fire. I would go back again but more than likely just for cake. Service was friendly they had raffles and little freebies out front.

So excited to have this new location open up and how fun is it that Bobby Wagner is one of the owners!? You can order in the app, at the counter or on the screens inside. Service is so fast! The employee I talked to was so nice. Can't wait to stop by frequently!

Service was quick and smooth. There was a line but it went pretty fast. They ran out of small sugar cookie so he gave me a big one. That was a nice surprise.

The cookies taste really good and very soft. They show us the cookies before we take them to make sure they are good. Over all I think they are worth it and it depends on the flavors of the week!

This is my second time going to Crumbl cookie both locations I went to were good :) The cookies were warm, The service was quick and friendly. Would come again!

Convenient location in the Landing. There is parking right in front of the store for curbside pickup.

This week's flavors were out of this world! We loved having the opportunity to get minis so we could try them all.

The workers are very sweet and kind, you submit your order yourself or call a baker for assistance placing an order and your cookies are in your hands like that!! The store is pretty clean but it could be improved, maybe add fun decorations?? It just seems so plain and the bright nasty overhead lights just make it worse -- overall great workers and cookies! The Store just needs a makeover!

We went for the grand opening, it's in a great location. There was a short line in the 6pm hour and it only took a couple minutes to order. The minis are great! I prefer them over the full size now. I don't feel terrible after eating two, instead of getting a full size 4 pack and eating 1/4 of each haha.

Love this location! They ran out of the pumpkin cake but were willing to let us wait until more were made. Great service!

The best cookies!!!! Had to get some almost every week. They are a little bit pricey but worth it.

Went to crumbl for their opening weekend. Didn't wait too long in line and the got my party pack really fast. The staff was amazing and went beyond.

We stopped by today and it was fun to see how excited everyone is! We ordered a 4 pack that included the iced oatmeal, Berry, smores and pumpkin cookies. We were looking forward to the pumpkin most but they gave us the peanut butter instead. A bit of a bummer but they were busy so I get it. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the cookies were all so good! I love having a location so close to home.

I have been in several times since they opened, including opening day. I've always been greeted with friendly and courteous employees and for the most part speedy service. They're a new location and obviously it was pretty busy initially, but I was amazed at the number of employees they had working. Hopefully, the service will continue to be good as they settle in to a more normal routine and less employees working. Some of the cookie flavors I can take or leave. I usually go for the chocolate based cookies. Although, the semi-sweet chocolate chip is one of my favorites. The cakes I've tried so far have all been super delicious. Bring back the pumpkin bar with cream cheese frosting. Pure heaven!!

When you place online orders they are never ready when u arrive and you're placed at the end of the line...defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
