The Biscoff Cake from Crumbl is next-level delicious! Super moist, perfectly spiced, and the frosting is heavenly. Staff was friendly and quick. Easily one of the best treats I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Horrible. Not even remotely similar to how it’s supposed to look like. Was given a vanilla bean mousse as opposed to the cookies and cream one its’s meant to come with.

I happened to be up in Rockville the other day and saw the sign saying "Crumbl now open" and my curiosity was piqued so I thought I should check it out. I walked in, looked over the menu, and immediately knew that my first purchase would have to be their Milk Chocolate chip cookies. The first thing I noticed was just how large the cookies are, check out the photos, these things are almost as big as my hand! I went with a 4 pack so I could share with friends. When the box was handed to me, it was warm and I have to say, that was a nice touch. Taking my first bite, I was greeted by delicious chocolate chips that were warm and slightly melted. These cookies seemed to have just the right blend of crunchy and softness, that is so challenging to get, especially with cookies of this size. Did I mention, these cookies are gigantic? They're large enough that they could probably compete with cupcakes for dessert. I hope that maybe someday they'll make a chocolate dipped option. My only gripe is that these cookies are kind of expensive, but if you compare them against similar gourmet cupcakes, then the price is more in line. In any case, I'll definitely be back.

Cookies were just ok, service was awful. A bunch of teenagers in there goofing off with the staff (also all teenagers). They didn't give me everything I ordered but it wasn't worth it to go back in and deal with them again.

The cookies are great but the customer service left much to be desired. It said they were only accepting cash and we got into line but no one spoke to us. When we received our cookies, the associate closed the box through one of the cookies. I asked for a new cookie and she closed the box so that the icing was spread across the top of the box.

I've only been to Crumbl 3-4 times and I hear some people say that the cookies are dry but I've never had that experience. Every time I've had Crumbl they have not been dry and they have tasted great. Today I got a raspberry cheesecake and a brownie batter cookie for me and my friend to share and they were both wonderful. They aren't cheap though!

I had Crumbl a few years ago at another location and was not impressed. I initially thought it was just an overhyped, overpriced and overly-sweet cookie. But I decided to give it another try when I saw there was one near me. My husband and I got the four-pack large variety cookies which was around $18 total. We got semi-sweet chocolate chunk, strawberry cupcake, waffle, and banana bread to share (I had a quarter piece of each). The cookies were amazing! Soft in the center and crisp on the outside, just how I like it. My favorites were the waffle (skipped the syrup on the side) and chocolate chunk. The strawberry cupcake was good but too sweet for me because of the icing. Banana bread was good too but a little too cakey for me and the toppings were kind of sparse. I had a good experience ordering at the store too. There are multiple kiosks you can use to put in your order. Not sure if the cookies were baked fresh but they were definitely warm. I can now say I am a Crumbl cookie fan :-)

Original Cookie Monster, seeks ways to eat cookies but smaller portions Happy New Year, I'm sure as we enter the new year, we are trying to create new habits. Crumbl introduced smaller portions cookies, everything you love in smaller portions. Some people try to radically change but the best way is to make smaller changes. As oppose to saying no cookies, it's much easier to eat smaller cookies. I love the fact that Crumbl keeps things fresh, by changing their cookie offerings every week. The flavors they offer in the big cookies are the very same ones offered with the little cookies. The minis are limited edition, around for a short time, here's hoping the company keeps these around for the new year. We have the cookie app, so our cookies are always ready and waiting. Plus, if you use the app you can track your cookie reward points. The service is great, they always have a smile and are very helpful. The stores are a bright white with a clean vibe, you can sometimes see them mixing and making the cookies right in front of you through a glass window.

I came here and tried the carrot cake, and the sugar candy egg cookie. I'm not usually a carrot cake fan, but this cake was super moist and really sweet. There was way too much frosting for my liking, but if you love frosting, this cake is for you. The cookie was soft, but really dense. I enjoyed both items, but it's definitely a treat to share because they are very rich and filling.

Crumbl Cookies are bundles of tasty joy that fill up your mouth with rainbows of flavor. The staff, service and shop are welcoming. Gift yourself or someone else here for a job well done or just because we all can use a real pick me up!

Probably the best cookies I've had ever! A great selection with cookies served both warm and chilled. The service was fast little probably 2 minutes from when I put my order in through their self service kiosk. The store is clean with very new-like feel to it, and the staff was extremely friendly. The only thing that I'd like to see change is the options to beverages. Cookies and milk are my favorite mix but it would be cool to see warm milk and cold milk options, and also the milk options are a small bottle of milk. I ended up going next door to "Great Harvest" to grab a bottle of milk nearly twice the size and half the price. Besides that it's a solid establishment

Best cookies ever. My kids are addicted to this place. We're there at least once a week. Please, please, make some sugar free cookies for adults, like use a good quality brown sugar substitute like stevia and I will be your first sugar free cookies customer. Thank you for the excellent quality cookies.

We went to check out Crumbl in Rockville on Saturday after having heard rave reviews from my husband's family In Massachusetts. The concept is simple, the service is great, and the cookies are very, very good. I went with the chocolate chip myself (I always like to see the interpretation of a classic when gauging a new place), and enjoyed every bite. It would just have had to have some "oomph" or something to set it apart for me to give the fifth star.

Some of the best cookies in Rockville! They have 6 rotating flavors. I bought the key lime pie cookie and the double chocolate cookie on this trip. The Key Lime Pie cookie is definitely a winner, not too sweet and the aftertaste is just . The lime is nice touch too! The double chocolate wasn't too chocolatey, just chocolatey enough. Overall, 4/5 great cookies that are VERY filling, but slightly on the expensive side.

I was taking to a colleague about the awesomeness that is "Crumble cookie", she has never had one and when I saw that they were offering " lemon flavor" cookies this week...I didn't hesitate to drop by this location. At around 930pm, it looked like there were ready to close but their entire menu was still was available to order and once done through their order kiosks....saw a person pipe the lemon icing on to the cookies and I was out the door. Literally took me longer to park my car. The cookies that I bought which I gave to my colleague the next day were reliably good. I enjoyed every decadent bite and my colleagues are now on the look out for a Crumble in their area !

This is an awesome place for decadent, delicious, fresh made cookies. They are big enough for you to share with friends and family, or, if you are like me, get one for everyone! They have a rotating selection of cookies but our absolute favorites are the Birthday cake, chocolate chip, and chocolate The staff is super friendly too. Best is to order early in the day coz they sell out fast!

Crumbl has been a major player in the gourmet cookie industry for some time now, and I now know it is for good reason! I popped in on a Friday afternoon and easily ordered a chocolate chip cookie and milk on the self-service check out tablet. My cookie was quickly retrieved and packaged. I am a total klutz and dropped my cookie immediately upon being handed it, and the cashier was very kind and accommodating in grabbing me another one. The cookie itself was warm and soft, which a rich butter taste and large pieces of chocolate. I do like the texture of Levain (I love crunch in my food), but I have the say the flavor, warmth, and "fresh out of the oven" feel of Crumbl makes me like it more than my previously treasured Levain cookies. Can't wait to come back and try new flavors! It is a little pricey, but it's easily 2-3 servings/cookie.

BIG fan of their delicious cookies! I've had it may times in Phoenix and it never fails to hit the spot. I have yet to try the ice cream, they rarely have it but I've never tried a cookie I didn't like. And everyone that works there is always really nice and the service is fast! They conveniently have kiosk where you can place your order and checkout to avoid the line, so smart!

I was so excited to see the strawberry pop tart cookie was on the weekly menu! I loved this cookie since trying it for the first time almost a year ago and could not wait for it to rotate back on to the menu when I was able to grab one. Unfortunately, this cookie was not exactly the one of my dreams, although the flavor was still good and the cookie super moist. First of all as you can see in the pictures my cookie unfortunately had some chocolate residue on it and the box. It looks like a different cookie was originally put in the box and then it was reused for mine. As a person who is not a chocolate fan (I know it's unusual) this was very off putting. Thankfully i was able to get the chocolate off the cookie and got ready to enjoy. On the first bite I knew this was not going to be the same experience as last time. Before the strawberry filling practically oozed out of the cookie, this filling was barely present, as shown in the picture. This resulted in the cookie barely tasting of strawberry and, while it tasted good, was not the cookie I stopped for. I will still be coming to crumbl to try out all the weekly flavors but this one may be a pass moving forward.

The cookies always make my sweet tooth happy. I will be going back soon. The store is clean.

This is by far the best cookie shop. Every week they rotate their cookies for the week. I have been here plenty of times to have the opportunity to try the cookies of the week. Everything is always a hit. My absolute fave was one time they had some sort of French toast cookie. My gosh it tasted amazing. There are many flavors I enjoy. Just too many to name. If you've never gone, do yourself a favor and go ASAP.

I visited during the late afternoon on a Thursday and felt underwhelmed by the entire experience. The order was placed using the app for store pickup. I didn't really see the gratuity setting during the checkout. I only realized after I submitted the order that they've automatically charged $2.00 gratuity. We went inside to pick up our order after the order was supposedly ready. Well, there were 5 orders/ customers ahead of us and it was another 10+ minutes wait without verbal or non-verbal acknowledgement. Although the store smelled like delicious sweet cookies, nobody was smiling inside either. Not the customers, or anyone working there. I found that as a stark contrast compared to what the store is supposed to be about. It just felt so bleak. The store decor itself probably didn't help much-- mostly black and white in color schemes with very minimal interaction. Once the cookies were ready for pickup, I just felt even more underwhelmed. I didn't realize the Boston Creme Pie cookies comes chilled and not warm. SURPRISE! And for a close to $5 cookie, it was actually pretty small for what it was. In sum, although I live rather close to the particular store location, I doubt I'll be returning unless a friend wants to go visit.

The customer service was great. This was my first time experiencing crumble cookies. Really like how you order from computer screen, and the can concentrate on your order. The cookies were made very fast. The place was very clean. The cookies were ok. I like the red velvet the best. I will check them out again.

I would definitely say $5 for a cookie is but if a stretch for low income people. The cookie tastes good but they must keep in mind to be able to serve all of the community. I stopped by to pick some up and Offocurse the guy was so tired which I can't blame him. He forgot my water. Please take care of your employees and make sure they aren't over worked. The cookie boxes are very flimsy. We got 4 boxes and one dropped so there went my $5 in a matter of seconds. The other guy who was white didn't even acknowledge us at all at the store. He worked there and completely ignored 2 immigrants that walked in the store. The vibes with him were off!

Future patrons of Crumbl, beware. These cookies are gigantic mounds of addictive deliciousness. More like 4 cookies in one, we like to order the 4 pack, divide the cookies into quarters, then share each one. We can't go too often if we want to keep somewhat fit, but these are a yummy treat every now and then when the flavors of the week look irresistible.

When you first walk in, it smells delicious because they're freshly baking cookies. I think the cookies are good if you like more decadent, heavy cookies. They were too sweet for me. I see why people buy them for special occasions because the packaging is nice but beyond the packaging, it's like eating sugar straight out of the jar. Had too many crunchy sugar crystals while trying to eat the cookie

The perfect treat! Big fan of how large the cookies are and how they keep the menu exciting by having rotational flavors each week. The key lime pie cookie is amazing! Loved the graham base and the key lime filling was fluffy, tart, but not too sweet- which I find a lot of the frosted ones can be. Such a good cookie! Easily shareable as well.

This is a super cute cookie place. It has modern look and vibe. The cookies were so good. The cookies were about big as my hand so of course I shared! There was no way I could eat all 4 cookies. Every cookie was soft and moist! The cookies that I had were: Sugar (Gold Coin) Cookie Mint Brownie Cookie Sea Salt Toffee Cookie Chocolate Chip Cookie I will definitely return!

I didn't think I would be so excited about a cookie, but these big beauties are like the love child of a cookie and a cupcake. At first bite I was in trouble. These are dense, rich, and oh-so-photo worthy. My favorite was the molten lava cookie - crisp on the outside, a dense rich cookie crumbling delightfully into the soft molten chocolate interior. The pumpkin was more cake-like in texture, piled with soft and fluffy cream cheese frosting. The sugar cookie with its cheerful rainbow sprinkles was a little on the doughy side, but I'm not really complaining. They are on the pricey side for cookies, but these are easily the size of 2 to 3 normal cookies. The store is rather chic: a high-tech, crisp white store interface punctuated by stacks of pale pink boxes promising you they will be worth the extra gym hours you'll need to log afterward. Oh so worth it.

It's fun that they have a rotating selection of cookies every week, and this menu is available conveniently on their phone app, but these new flavors are very hit and miss. There's been some good ones like the blueberry cheesecake and waffle cookies, but there's been some misses like the pumpkin one that was too cakey and dry with a strange burnt aftertaste. I've also had other cookies on the opposite spectrum that were doughy and undercooked. However, the chocolate chip cookie has been one of the best I've had and I usually get the chocolate chip and maybe another new flavor if it sounds interesting. The price is fairly high at almost $5 a cookie, but they are very large and great to share with some friends. The service is also very quick, the staff is polite, and the parking is fairly easy.

Super futuristic cookie shop. They have a whole assembly line of workers in the back like it's a giant cookie factory. Incredibly sleek modern interior of the store with easy-to-use kiosks; cookies made fresh and served warm. Plus, they have a great loyalty program which gives free cookies on your birthday. They apparently have new cookie flavors every WEEK which makes this place worth visiting OVER and OVER again. My top cookie choices so far are the waffle and original chocolate chip, but I still have many many more to sample. My only gripe with this place is that calories displayed when ordering the cookie is highly misleading. It lists cookies as 90-100 calories but fine print is per serving which consists of 5-7 servings. Please display the calories for the entire cookie so customers know what they're getting themselves into.

i've been to several crumbl locations in california but this was my first time visiting a crumbl in maryland, or anywhere on the east coast for that matter. this location had a pretty open layout, lots of space for customers to stand in line and wait for their orders, but the kitchen/prep section seemed smaller than most. i ordered at the kiosk on the counter (there were 2 i believe) and my order was ready within a few minutes. the staff showed me the contents, to ensure accuracy, then closed the box, but when i grabbed it, noticed it was quite sticky on the bottom. this had never happened to me before, and i believe one time, the staff noticed the crumbs/frosting/stickiness on the bottom of the box and wiped it off before my hands even touched it. that did not happen on this day, so i walked out of this location with sticky hands. the cookies themselves were otherwise delicious: +cornbread: classic comfort food in cookie form, this cookie had a dollop of honey buttercream drizzled with honey. the buttercream was a bit too much, and too thick, but the flavor paired well with the cornbread and honey. cookie could have been a bit softer/chewier. 7/10 +nilla bean cupcake: a classic, more dense vanilla cookie with vanilla cream cheese frosting...it was just like having a vanilla cupcake with vanilla icing on top, flavour could have been more pronounced. 6/10 +strawberry crumb cake: strawberry cookie with strawberry vanilla streusel and milky glaze. this was an amazing marriage of strawberry, vanilla, butter, sugar and flour...i loved the combo and it wasn't too heavy or sweet! 9/10 +peanut butter and jelly: another classic, pb&j! a pb cookie covered completely in pb mousse and raspberry jam..this was very thick, rich and dense, but i loved the flavors and the raspberry had just the right amount of tartness to cut the sweetness of the cookie and mousse. this cookie was quite soft which i liked. 10/10 definitely would return again, but perhaps check the bottom of the box before i leave!
