"The relaxed and calm aesthetic of Crumpets is a welcome contrast to the bustling mall and Somerset Inn, with which it shares space. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at this hotel eatery featuring European-inspired cuisine. This space hosts many business lunches and has enough seating to accommodate parties of all sizes." - Courtney Burk

There was no body else there but our group on a weekday evening. Pleasant place. I have always wondered why the place was called crumpets when they did not offer any crumpets. They are easy to make. A little butter and jam they are delicious. The menu was not extensive for dinner. But good enough.

A favorite place for lunch. Great service and a good variety of offerings on the menu. Nice place to go where you are never rushed and can enjoy a lovely meal and chat with friends.

We had our company Christmas lunch in the ballroom at Somerset Inn. Food was darn tasty. Service was friendly. I had the filet mignon as my main. It was nicely done. Given they were doing these for a couple hundred people, I was impressed. Medium rare, tender, and delicious flavour. Steamed vegetables were yummy. Couscous was fine - not really my fave. Had carrot cake for dessert. Darn tasty. The cream cheese icing was on point.

Last year we ate breakfast here. It was amazing. Pricey, but it's in a hotel. Fast forward to this year.... Not busy. We ask to be seated by friends. No problem. They seat us, we sit there for 15 minutes before anyone comes over. A guy brought a pitcher of water, but only filled 2 of the 3 glasses, then left to get a refill. 20 min later he comes back and fills 2 glasses and walks away again. There's still one glass completely empty. A waitress comes over and we politely tell her that there is a table ahead of us. She walks over to them. We still don't have menus. We were there for a dance competition and did not have time to wait around. Again, I repeat, they were not busy. So after 35 min with no drinks or menus my husband left to get us McDonald's. Very disappointed. We were not the only ones disappointed. They refused to take to go orders as well. They couldn't be bothered to bring others bills so they could leave. Just a very disappointing experience all around.

Very nice place located inside of Somerset Inn. Service is face and atmosphere is cozy.

Restaurant was empty- not a soul inside. Was staying at the Somerset Inn and asked for a to go order. Refused- insisted we dine in. Than shoed us away like peasants

Ordered the French onion soup. It was ok, a little sweet. My salad for lunch cost $9. I added chicken for another $6. It was square chunks of chicken. I thought a least grilled and cut and arranged nicely. Nope, bland chicken. Nothing to deserve the $15 dollar price tag. Not worth the time.

It was very underwhelming and I was kind of disappointed after seeing it's raining and having it come up when searching for French cuisine I went in knowing it wasn't the most French cuisine. But we are looking for something quicker for the night but I don't believe we will be back again.
