Crust just opened. I believe this is their first location. They bake everything on-site, including a variety of breads, croissants (including mini croissants), cruffins, etc. They also make sandwiches to order and served on their fresh baked bread. Since they just opened, not everything is available yet. Order at the register.
For drinks, they have hot coffee (Peet's), tea, cold bottled and canned drinks. They're next to Starbucks, so they don't have an espresso bar.
Croissant twist ($4.45): an unusual croissant shape, it had a crispy exterior and flaky layers. The top was brushed with a sweet wash.
Cotto sandwich ($14.95): a cold sandwich made with half of a baguette (or ciabatta), thinly shaved cotto, a soft stracciatella cheese, and baby arugula. It was simple but the ingredients were high quality. The baguette was quite chewy and not as narrow as some baguettes. It was filling. Mustard would have been a good addition.
The interior was pleasant, with a large illustration of a Parisian street scene, six small tables, and a mostly brown color scheme.
Crust is in a strip mall anchored by Sprouts. Parking was easy to find.
