Crust Bros Pizza Covent Garden

Crust Bros Pizza is a cozy and welcoming spot. I was very tired, so I decided to take my pizza to the hotel, and it was worth it. They offer many options, all prepared with an amazing dough and flavorful sauce. I especially loved how fresh and delicious everything tasted. The service was quick, so I didn’t have to wait long. I also appreciated their eco-friendly initiative: for every pizza sold, they plant a tree. Such a thoughtful idea makes enjoying their pizza even better. I definitely recommend it!

When we first arrived there was a really enthusiastic person welcoming us to this restaurant. She said we had to wait 30 minutes ( it was Saturday so it was really busy), so we went to look around the area a bit more and thirty minutes later we got a message that our table was ready. We’ve gotten to our table and ordered our pizza’s which came to us really quickly. The staff, and especially Susan and Kiki made our night! Special thanks to them!

The food here is fantastic specifically the burrata pizza with pepperoni, which was delicious. However, I was disappointed to see a service charge added to the bill. It feels unreasonable to charge for 'service' when I had to slice the pizza and pack it into the takeaway box myself. I love the food, but the extra fees don't match the self service experience

Walked in with no reservation and were sat within a minute or two. You can make your own pizza or order a pre made one. We made our own. The pizza was absolutely delicious. Very tasty. Unfortunately they forgot to add one of the toppings but it was still a good eat. I would definitely recommend and will go back myself.

Proper Neapolitan with thick, airy crusts that have a lovely chew — perfect if you’re a fan of sourdough-style dough. While the oven is electric, it still delivers that classic texture and flavor you'd expect from this style of pizza. I had the “Hot One” and it was spicy, cheesy, and hit the spot. They’ve also got solid vegan and gluten-free options, so everyone’s covered. Staff were friendly and quick despite the busy atmosphere, and the ordering process was smooth and straightforward. Prices are very fair for central London — around £10–£15 for a pizza that’s both satisfying and well-made. Ideal for a casual meal, quick lunch, or a post-shopping break. Overall.. it was okay food wise! The chips were really yummy though and the crust dips were good too but overall as a pizza place, it wasn’t anything exceptional in that I’d go again. It was a pizza and it was fine, I don’t know - I felt a little underwhelmed as I didn’t feel my pizza had much flavour surprisingly! The service was lovely though and staff overall were friendly! The vibe and atmosphere was nice, cosy and lively but I wouldn’t say the pizza stood out to me as anything special! Worth going if you’re hungry and in the area but I wouldn’t say you need to visit! I did think it was a little expensive.. I paid £33-£34 for pizza, chips and a small glass of wine.

Pizza’s were nice but could have included dips for the crust at the end as add ons but not offered. Service was good at beginning but as soon as restaurant got busy service was poor and ignored by staff not even offered dessert menu had to take it ourselves from waiters stand which was right my our table. Overall would recommend but just need improvements on service to make it the same standards throughout.

Crust Bros Covent Garden offers an incredible pizza experience with a side of genuinely warm hospitality. I ordered the pepperoni pizza, and it was a real standout—the crust was perfectly cooked with that great Neapolitan char, and the pepperoni was packed with delicious flavor. Beyond the food, the service was exceptional. The worker who helped me was so friendly and welcoming, which made the visit feel personal and truly enjoyable. The overall experience at Crust Bros is a perfect blend of high-quality food and a wonderful, inviting atmosphere. I'd highly recommend it!
