The food was very delicious. A suggestion would be to have pictures of the food displayed in the restaurant and outside the place Downstairs coming into the building the folding sign was up against the wall. We rescued it and stood it up so folks could see it. When you come upstairs into the restaurant there's no signage pulling you in. The ladies were really nice.

It is on the second floor. Quiet place, great window view to the harbor. I tried their famous crab pie, def worth the price. XL crab pie cost like $21. Service is amazing, really kind staff. Clean bathroom too.

Beautiful location and excellent space. I came with my daughter and we both thoroughly enjoyed the food, atmosphere and view. We were warmly greeted by a friendly cashier, easily places our order and paid, then choose seating. It doesn't seem like any of the seats could be be a bad seat, given the large windows facing the harbor. I had heard many great things about the crab pie and it did not disappointed at all. It was hot and flavorful. The crab meat was perfectly seasoned, and the biscuit was fluffy and flaky. We definitely be back!

A hidden gem. Me and my boyfriend had the sausage sandwich and it was amazing it includes a sauce on the side that gave it an interesting twist. We also tried their pecan cookies. Delicious

Perfect breakfast/pastry spot…small menu but the food was fantastic. Will be back for the crab pie—rich and savory. Egg and cheese biscuit was tasty as well. Didn’t get a chance to try the sweeter baked goods and pastries but breakfast was so good we’ll be back again. Surprisingly it was not busy even on a late Sunday morning…I guess the crowds to Inner Harbor aren’t what they used to be. No complaints there—we didn’t have to wait long for food and the staff was very attentive. Hope this place gets enough business to stay open for a while because the food was great. Staff is super friendly as well.

Google
Words can’t express how amazing Crust by Mack is!!!! From the breath taking views to the cozy atmosphere and of course the DELICIOUS FOOD! I snagged a few pictures from their IG because I could not wait to try their stuff! My favorites right now: Anything they have over the cheddar grits, the All In breakfast sandwich, thee CRAB PIE and my all time favorite sweet, the vanilla bean chocolate chip cookie! I pray that this business continues to flourish because it’s so needed downtown! Everything is made with love, the staff is so friendly! I have watched them deal with a lot of ppl that are use to fast food, rushed items but this place was built to provide an amazing vibe and food made w/ love! I appreciate their transparency, their journey and involvement with community! There’s a reason for that award at the register “Best Bakery!”

Popped in the other weekend to try the crab pie. Despite living near the Whitehall mill location I had never gone. We were down town so we figured let’s give it a go. Well it was incredible. The crab pie is definitely one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Unreal levels of deliciousness. The staff was super nice too. The space is a little janky but that’s not crust’s fault it’s harbor places fault. Get down and get stuff. I can’t wait to go back!

Been eyeing these crab pies from the other side of the country for almost two years:) Finally got in yesterday and I love this place. I could eat the crab pie every day. Salmon cakes over cheddar grits were so good, that sauce is outstanding. Tried two crustinies—apple was delicious and whipped sweet potato blew my mind. Strawberry sable cookie was wonderful, but the brown butter pecan cookie might be my favorite cookie ever. Three employees were all extremely friendly. Such a big fan:)

Yelp
Crust by Mack has been on my list for years, and I'm so glad I took the time to try it today. From online reviews and friends who've eaten there in the past, I knew that the lines can be intense, so I placed my order online and picked it up at the shop. The man who was working behind the register was kind and personable and greeted me immediately. My order was ready upon arrival and was still warm as it was fresh out of the oven. I ordered the crab pie, cheese grits, and sweet potato crustini. The crab pie was well seasoned, buttery, and had a solid crab portion. The crust itself was a perfect combination of buttery, flaky, and crispy. The cheese grits were delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised by how generous the portion was. Even though I was stuffed, I had my sweet potato crustini as a dessert. It was my least favorite of the three items I got but still really tasty and wrapped in that perfect buttery and flaky crust. This is definitely a spot that can't be missed. I recommend placing your order ahead of time as I did to avoid lines and hassle.

Yelp
I stopped in randomly to get food to-go with a group of 5-7 people. Staff were friendly and helpful. With getting fresh food, you will have to wait, so I highly recommend placing your order online! GLOWS: -The space was simple, but the pink decor was a nice touch. -There is plenty of seating, so if you'd like to dine in, you have that option. -The blackberry jam wings were really good!!!! I need to come back for those. -Everyone else raved about the cookies, salmon and grits, and breakfast sandwiches -The instrumental music playing while we waited was a nice touch too! GROWS: -The crab pie was extremely salty for me. The added old bay on top just took it over the edge. I would probably avoid this if you are salt sensitive--- or folks who shouldn't have it for health reasons. -The crab pies did run out around noon, needed 30 or so minutes to replenish. This is all the more reason to order online, so the food can be ready and available when you arrive.

Yelp
So I only had a cookie but wow. The person who took my order was very nice and cutely (and rightly) proud of the cookie being a vanilla bean chocolate chip. Looking forward to trying more of what is on offer. Located on the second floor of one of the In er Harbor pavilions, Crust has an awesome view of the harbor and plenty of seating. Check it out!

Yelp
for this to be a new establishment, the employees were so sweet so kind and so warm welcoming my boyfriend and I stopped in and got a sugar cookie ..... I think it was a blueberry danish and a sweet potato biscuit. I think if more people knew to come they would have a lot more business, but they are very new so I say give this business time and they're going to be super busy. They just need a littleKeith Lee effect

Yelp
Crust by Mack stole my foodie heart! When I say made with love , you can taste it . They are known for their bmore crab pie . It was so warm , tasty, buttery, flaky, and stuffed with crab! lol, idk what else to say besides it was so so so good. Every bite! They also offer plenty of other items, sweets, sandwiches, grit dishes, a good variety of items to choose from. You can order to dine in or take out. Nice and spacious in there. A good view of the harbor. Service was very pleasant and welcoming . Bernard was so good to us! Thank you for a great experience, must return to try more items.

Yelp
I'm so glad I finally made it to their new location in inner harbor. Since they closed their White Hall Mill location two years ago now I've been following pop ups and picking up orders. Let's be clear - inner harbor is a hard area to get to and it's in the upstairs of the somewhat derelict mall. But the storefront is huge and the pies are as delicious as I remember. I walked here and that's honestly the best way to come. I was shocked to find out they had heart crab pies left from their preorder and I ordered the sweet potato and PBJ Crustinis. The crab pie is one of the best things I've eaten - it's a little sweet and savory with lots of old bay. It's always so solid and a must if you're visiting or a long time resident of Baltimore. I'd not tried the cute Crustini before. The sweet potato one was so good - the sweet potato is in jelly liquid from and the frosting on the pie is chefs kiss. Crust by Mack is one of the most special bakeries out there. I will be back to get their epic biscuit sandwiches and crab pies.

Yelp
Place was great! I have seen this place featured on TV and decided to give it a try on a recent trip. It did not disappoint. I got a breakfast biscuit sandwich, which was amazing!!! We also had cookies and something else that's pictured (which don't remember what is called) which was also outstanding. Cookies were great too. The location is a little tricky, you got to walk to the 2nd floor of a shopping plaza across the water, but it was worth it. Can wait to visit the city and to stop here again.

Yelp
Curst by Mack is currently operating as a pop-up at Harbor Place, and you'll have to pre-order their items early enough as they do sell out quickly! Their menu offers cookies, biscuits, Crustinies, and Crab Pies. They also accept custom orders, too. We ordered the A Little Bit of Everything Box, which included a Crab Pie, a couple of biscuits, an Apple Crustinie, a Sweet Potato Crustinie, a PB&J Crustinie, and a few Vanilla Bean Chocolate Chip cookies. We've also tried their Maple Turkey Sausage Buttermilk Biscuit sandwiches and their Flock Pies. Note that this is just their temporary space until their actual space becomes available, possibly sometime in January - just keep checking their social media for updates! Staff were friendly. Only open on weekends; make sure you know the pick-up time range. +pre-orders available +closed when sold-out +friendly service +temporary pop-up space

Yelp
I first heard of this place through facebook. A friend shared a food blogger's photo of the crab pie, and I knew I HAD to try it. My expectations were VERY high, and unfortunately, I was a bit let down. I happened to be in Baltimore already, so I figured it would be a good time to try it out. It's on the top floor of a mall(?), and parking is a bit weird. They tell you to park in a loading zone, turn your hazards on, then go upstairs to get your food. I ordered online, but from what I understand, it's supposed to be prepared when you get there, so expect to wait a few minutes. It's a super cute shop and has a great view of the harbor. Everyone that I encountered while there was very nice and welcoming. I told the young lady at the register that I was here to pick up an online order. She popped her head in the back and told the chef. I sat down to wait, and 10 minutes had gone by. People that came in after me were getting their food before me. I continued to wait. Another lady (maybe the owner/manager?) asked me if I was waiting on something. I told her that I've been waiting on an online order, and I checked in about 10 minutes ago. She went to the back to see what was up. Apparently the chef never heard the young lady tell him that I was there. Maybe they should have some type of confirmation between FOH and BOH. I ordered the crab pie and the pumpkin snickerdoodle cookies. The website has a picture of two pies, but the description says "pie," as in singular. I called to confirm. You get one pie. When I got to my car, I decided to dig in. Now the crab pie is $16. A little pricey, but the claim of it being "stuffed with blue lump, jumbo, and colossal crab," I could see past the price. Either they were having an off day, or their claims aren't true. The pie was a bit on the smaller side, and it was lukewarm. The crust was good, and the filling was disappointing. Overall, it was just okay. The filling was minimal, and I didn't see/taste lump crab meat. I tried the cookies next. They weren't wrapped up very well. There was a bit of parchment paper, but they sort of just jumbled around in the bottom of the bag. When I think of snickerdoodle, I think of a soft, chewy cookie. These weren't that. BUT the flavor was absolutely delicious. I didn't taste pumpkin at all, but the snickerdoodle taste was very good. I'd definitely get them again. I'm kind of on the fence about whether I'd return. Like I wouldn't go out of my way to make it there, but if I'm in the area, I'd try different cookies and maybe a biscuit. Those did look good.

Yelp
A good experience here on a Sunday during my visit to Baltimore. This restaurant serves both sweet and savory baked goods and breakfast sandwiches. Their baked goods are novelty and perhaps unlike any you will see around town and certainly in the area. I arrived shortly after opening, so the restaurant was virtually empty. I was a bit surprised to see how massive the space is they occupy inside of Harbor Place. I ordered a crab pie, buttermilk biscuit, pumpkin spice snickerdoodle cookie, and rainbow chip cookie. All of which were delicious, however I do wish all four were slightly bigger; especially the crab pie. In comparison the crab pie I received was virtually the size of half of a dollar bill without extending beyond the edges. In my photos you can see the size of the crab pie in comparison to the little cup of butter sauce. And while I did taste the essence of crab I was expecting more of the lump experience advertised on the menu. A delicious savory pie however if today was an inconsistent day at this shop I can't say for sure I'd be interested in taking another gamble on a $16 hand pie. Otherwise a good experience and you should give them a try.

Yelp
Absolutely incredible! Best biscuits I have EVER had, hands down! All of the items are consistent and high quality. Everything I have eaten here is good: vanilla bean chocolate chip cookies, crustinis, tarts. All amazing! They also make pies around the holidays. You have to try this place!
