I'm a satisfied customer who appreciates freshly made hot pizzas with plenty cheese. I ordered The Big Cheesy and it was mouthwatering. The level of customer service I've experienced with this Crust Pizza location is unmatched. I was acknowledged right away and my pizza was ready to go. Will definitely be back!

One of the best pizzas we have had. Ordered the pepperoni supreme. Everything about it from the crust to the ingredients were awesome. The buffalo wings were ok and would not order again. Would definitely return for the pizza. Been here several times and doesn't disappoint. Try the desserts.

We've been waiting for a good pizza place to open up in our area and we are so excited to finally have one! Tons of options to choose from and everything we tried was amazing! We will be back soon.

Order a 14' wyatts bbq pizza and a 14' pepperoni with extra sauce and pepperoni's, somehow ended up with red sauce and pepperonis on the bbq pizza. Went to exchange and have them remade and were told we order them wrong on the app and met with attitude, but they eventually agreed to remake them, only to make it the same way again and hiding globs of pizza sauce under onions and cheese. Used to love getting food here but probably not coming back, due to poor service and attitude.

The staff was short two people and although the lunch rush had everything backed up, the staff sucked it up, kept their cool and got all taken care of. Kudos to them! The salad was fantastic, pizza was tasty!! Omar was called in to help them and as soon as he walked in, everything changed. They caught up quickly and he paid a visit to each table thanking them for their patronage. Omar is an appreciative man and we enjoyed his visit! He is working hard to male this location a fun, relaxing place to enjoy your meal. We will be back!!

We love this pizza because it’s not heavy and greasy. They seem to use great ingredients and we usually dine In. The only issue we’ve seen is sometimes we wait up at the front for a little longer than we should. They seem to be shorthanded at times. Otherwise we really enjoy it!

Been dining here since they opened a couple years ago it's Consistently MMmmm Good 👍 👍 😋 Always fresh ingredients, This restaurant is so delicious! I literally ate every single bite of the lunch baked Italian flatbread sandwich with a Greek salad my usual 😋 Yum!!! My husband always gets the pepperoni supreme pizza which is really good also!! I love the salad and sun-dried tomatoes! Also the flatbread sandwich bread is So Delicious! I've also tried and love the chicken Alfredo! We definitely will keep coming back!!!

I ordered a pizza for take out. The 10" pizza is perfect for me and will last for 2 meals. I skipped the traditional toppings and selected a build your own pizza. Thin crust, cut into squares. Toppings: Alfredo sauce, spinach, chicken, cheese , jalapeño, pork sausage, olives and onions. The pizza was excellent! Plenty of toppings and a nice mix of flavors. Ordering was super easy and it was ready when promised.

I went with my trusty personal pepperoni & Gouda combo--crispy, cheesy, and just the right amount of 'I'm not sharing.' My friend, feeling bold, went for the sriracha chili chicken pizza--a wild, spicy interesting flavor ride. The staff? Top-tier friendliness. The space? Clean, semi-spacious, with options for indoor or outdoor seating, whether you're rolling solo or bringing your pizza squad. Bonus points for the Andes mint chocolates at the end.

I always go for the Wyatt's Chicken BBQ pizza. It's my absolute favorite pizza! They never fail me

The pizza foods were really yummy when you are able to not only choose from what they have on the menu, but customize! The service there with the workers were really nice and sweet! As for the environment, very comforting.

This was our first time visiting a Crust Pizza, and we were impressed by the quality of the pizza, great service, and fun environment. To be honest, our initial plan was to go to Parry's Pizza across the street but the wait was an hour just to be seated. We opted to try Crust instead and were SO happy with our decision. I think we found our new pizza place!

We had a movie that started in an hour and we gambled to eat pizza before the movie. We ordered two pizzas. They came out quickly and to perfection! It was my husbands first time to ever eat there, and he loved it! We were in and out and even had time to stop at HEB to get candy for the movies. We most definitely will be eating there again.

Well, I must say that I am A huge fan of one of the biggest competitors of this establishment and felt the bar had been set pretty high. I am eager to say that Crust Pizza may just be my new favorite pizza place. Absolutely fantastic pizza. The service was excellent and a waitress checked on us at least twice in our hour dinner. The restaurant was clean and well designed. It was a bit loud with the restaurant only about 30% capacity tonight. This comes from design with tile and glass which doesn't lend itself to dampening acoustics. Give Crust a try. I think that you will like it.

A coworker suggested this place. It was great! My favorite was the Flatbread sandwich. It's made with pizza crust on both sides! And the crust is crispy delicious!! The Mac n cheese was perfectly creamy and the spinach salad had a scrumptious dressing. The servers were quick and friendly.

Food is good. We got thin crust. Beef, mushrooms, pepperoni. My first time at Crust. Where I'm from never heard of. Pizza was good. Got a large. Ordered my food with cashier. Pizza ready timely. Nice customer service. You can dine in. Looked like a nice place. Some character. We'll give it another try.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Delicious pizza and fresh salads. The restaurant is always clean. We pop in at least once a week. You can't beat the B1G1 deal on Mondays. Perfect way to start the week.

We've eaten at the Crust Pizza location at the back of Kingwood near Memorial Herman's clinic and it was pretty good. Recently my wife and I were in the mood for pizza and tried the newer one up off of 59 at Northpark. It was a bit of a disappointment. Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 drinks and when we got to the fountain area there was a sign saying, "sorry but we are out of ice". We asked the guy at the counter and he said the ice machine had broken but the fountain drinks were cooled so should be ok. I had ordered an ice tea and when I poured it the tea was luke warm, my wife had a soda and it was also not cold at all. Then her pizza arrived but mine took another 10 minutes! Wouldn't have made sense for the cashier to warn us they were out of ice before taking our money for the order?

Service and quality of the food is always amazing! I love how they give back to the community with school appreciation nights! We will be coming back again and again.

My order was incorrect. It wasn't ready when they said it would be. The only made one of my pizzas and forgot about the other so i had to wait for that one as well

I paid extra for Alfred sauces and garlic sauces of which none were received. Everything was cold. Try to call the restaurant and no one is available to take my call and asks me to leave a message. This is not the first time my order has been screwed up from them. I only ordered bc of my kids spirit night. Waste of money and time.

Man!!!!! We have been here a few times. To start off the sweet tea is hit or miss if they even have any but when they do have it, its never the same. Sometimes good/sometimes bad. We came on a Friday evening around 7:45 and the tea was empty. We had ate all our food before the tea was made/finished. We order a pizza n wings was told we had to pay for a special to split a topping (they have never told us that before) and wings we asked for twice cooked they was r!! Not to mention what i believe to be the manager was walking around texting and with the wisk for the tea propped over his shoulder. The jalapeños seemed like they was added after the pizza was cooked... poor experience. Only reason i gave them a 2 star is the young lady that took our order.

Came in so hungry, ordered a veggie pizza and some drinks. Quick service friendly staff and very clean restaurant. The cashier and the cook were very nice people. Will return

The food is always amazing and the atmosphere is cozy. I enjoy eating a fresh, hot pizza at the restaurant. I also use the to go option and it is ready in a short time.

My family and myself love to try different pizza places. Overall it was a nice place but the pizza wasn't that good. For a place called crust, their crust was small and thin. If they have thicker crust I wasn't told when ordering. The sauce was super sweet, it overpowers any other flavors. We are not fans of square cut pizza either so that was an issue. The ceaser salad was good and the wife said the beer tasted good also. The bathroom was clean and the restaurant was clean, cool and had a good atmosphere.

Fast service and a clean place! The pizza was cooked perfectly and tasty! The drink bar is clean but the ice machine is kinda fast when dumping ice into your cup

The food is alway good when I eat here. I have discovered the pepperoni rolls and they are delicious. If you haven't tried them you should! The lunch special seems to be a decent value for the choices you have. I always get the side salad which is good with a variety of lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, and croutons. My second choice is the 7" two-topping pizza. The service is good and the folks who work at the Northpark location are really nice.

I love Crust and would recommend to anyone. Crust is our every Friday spot and the service is exceptional

We love crust and have been to many locations but the Kingwood location is particularly accommodating for my autistic kids and mother with Alzheimer's.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, amazing garlic knots and standard pizza. I would take any picky eater here!

After a long day, this place lady my day. Awesome employee, Ryan, took my order and Ainsley confirmed that the super order that I wanted could be done. These young kids made me feel special. The managers spent time talking with us and smiling with us. 10 out of 10 I give this restaurant. Thanks you guys and Lonnie Johnson (district manager of operations). I will be a regular customer.

Food and service is always excellent! Love the buffalo chicken pizza and the blanco pizza with chicken.

April 5, 2024 visit. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff and management. Not high food prices and amazing variable specials. Lunch special today for example was 2 items for $9. We ordered another special - large gourmet pizza, appetizer and 2 drinks for $27. Plenty of food for 2. Will definitely return to try other specials. Fun eating while saving money. 100% recommend.

This pizza place is hands down one of the best,the pizza is to die for. Pizza rating is a 5 star. It truly had such a great taste. Thin crust was better than the regular crust. Truly enjoyed the amount of cheese that is added to the pizza. I rated this place a 4 do to the pasta. The pasta was cold. Manager was really nice and mentioned he would do a refund on the pasta. I didn't expect him to say that and was nice of him. Staff was really nice. Also for those sonic ice fans they have that amazing ice!!!!! I would come back for that thin crust pepperoni!!!!

Outstanding and the staff was amazing. I had the meatballs with garlic bread, along with a house salad. Love this place.

We have been coming here since they opened and I have been meaning to leave a review. I love that I can get gluten free with the crust and the service is usually quite good. We like the high back seats that add some privacy to dinner and we eat there many times on Wednesday to get half price on drinks. The food is serviced hot and my husband loves the big Dons pizza. We usually have left overs and it warms up well too. We are feeling bad for MOD because we used to frequent their establishment and they are still good fror take out. But we like the eat-in environment more at Crust.

Nice new place well organized well run restaurant in a new shopping center the tomato basil soup is awesome they also sell beer and wine for a reasonable price Chicken Parmesan pizza was also really good not sweet like other barbecue chicken pizza but definitely recommend this place they also have outdoor seating

Great menu with options! Something for everyone! Appetizers are great the spinach salad with goat cheese is amazing, garlic knots very good! Pepperoni balls tasty!

The food is great and the service is better. Any pizza can be made into a calzone. That way you don't have to feel guilty about eating a whole pizza you know.

Unfortunately my experience was just terrible. I decided to try this place for lunch. There were only 2 other customers there when I ordered. My order was placed at approximately 11:05. Several customers arrived after me. We wait, and wait, and wait and finally get some of our order by 11:45. Didn't have time to eat my lunch, had to go back to work. Spaghetti with meatballs was not even warm. The chicken Alfredo was about the same. Almost everyone that had ordered was complaining. The crew was not prepared. They seemed lost unfortunately. This was a bad experience overall. I understand that things happen sometimes, but the customer should be refunded for inadequate product and at least offered an apology. None of that happened.

I did order this through a delivery app, so I don't know if it was because I got it that way instead of eating there, but to be honest with you the pizza was nothing to rave about. I mean there was not one redeeming quality about the pizza I had to make me remember it in such a way that I couldn't think of it like of not to insult places like Papa John's or dominoes or Pizza Hut There are much better pizza places in the area, fair price points that have different ingredients, way better crust and a tastier your sauce.

Finally Crust Pizza is opened and worth the wait!! Ordered a Carl's King pizza and a House Salad; the pizza had generous amounts of the different toppings. The Italian sausage was very juicy and favorable along with mixed bell peppers- hmmm good! Nice thin crust that was crispy around the edges and could have been a bit more crispy in the middle. I expected to get a small house salad with mostly lettuce however was pleasantly surprised with medium size salad with fresh mixed greens plus nice portions of tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and croutons. Definitely will return to try other menu items! Love that it's next to H‑E‑B and Starbucks!!

Awe this place is just great! They are located right next to HEB. My visit was random and upon entering I was greeted with a flyer and a menu. I was expecting a MODs pizza vibe but I was mistaken. This is like a mini Italian restaurant they have house wine thats 50% of in Wednesdays and a few beers on tap. They have pasta and dessert options. The service was great even though they were very busy. I like that the employees had a great attitude and helped every where they could. I will be a regular due to the many options and vampire wine‼

Love the food. However the option to order through Toast app is ridiculous. Multiple times I have been missing food from my order. On the toast app, it says something wrong? Give us a call. It's the number to the restaurant. Restaurant tells me to call door dash. Funny. I didn't place my order through door dash. I've been told I would receive a credit on my account. Never received. Missing food again and was told an employee would bring my order. 30 mins later and still no food. Don't offer through an ordering service if you have absolutely no way to rectify the situation. It is not the drivers fault that you did not give them the bag of food you said was sitting on the shelf.

Very good pizza and you get to have as many toppings as you want for the same price. The pasta was also good. We will definitely order here again.

do not think that I have ever had a restaurant be so callous with their customers as this one. I literally order at least $100 of pizza a week and this is my favorite place to eat pizza and I have complained and got red sauce on my pizza three times in the past two weeks they offered no replacement even though I cannot eat red sauce so I spent $35 to have a pizza delivered by DoorDash and instead of putting olive oil on it they put red sauce on it not once not twice, but today was the third time and they will not do anything to correct the order I am less than a quarter mile from their store and they would not even replace this pizza. Their solution is complaining to get a refund through DoorDash. I am not doing that because it is not DoorDash's fault. It is Crust Pizza's fault. So now I've got to find a new place. I cannot order from a place that provides such crappy customer service no matter how much I like their pizza. I eat so much of their pizza. It takes a lot to run me off when I like something and here we are. Their customer service and their manager who was contacted about this situation each time suck suck suck. I've let it go way too long they're horrible and it is ridiculous that they are going to run a great business that has a great product because they don't give a rip about their customer service and making orders right. so at this point, I refuse to waste my money on them anymore

The two times I was there the employee in the back was banging the dough on the table and just disrupting a nice evening. It doesn't happen at the other location in Kingwood docks which I would recommend I've been there plenty of times.
