Great hot sauce, spicy but not too spicy with phenomenal flavors. Travelled from Denver to visit and purchase. 10/10 would do again

Met Craig and got an impromptu tour. Love the original sauce but we were also able to buy some new "test" sauces. Can't wait to get home and try them. Worth the drive for sure just to meet the legend himself. Best sauce ever and a great guy running a great business. I wish them all the success possible.

I purchased some CBC sauces online for a wedding gift. The Bride and Groom are from MN but now live out of state. The package arrived today and they are so happy and excited to have a lot of amazing hometown sauces that they have been missing. Gotta have the best sauce for a most special occasion! Best Hot Sauce. Cray Baby Craig’s is not just a hot sauce it’s a gift from God. I took a supply with me when I moved out east and my wife orders it for any gifts she gives me. Craig has masterfully captured the complex deliciousness and heat of the habanero pepper without numbing your palate so you can continue to enjoy your dish, but more importantly continue to relish in the pure joy of tasting Cry Baby Craig’s with every bite without having to taste a bunch of vinegar like some other hot sauces out there. Cry Baby Craig’s is a staple in my lunchbox and a constant travel companion worthy of its own checked bag(bottles are just a tad over the TSA liquid limit, not a bad “problem” to have and worth the chance of them not catching it on the X-RAY if you’re in dire straits). Buy this hot sauce. Love this hot sauce. Change the way you eat with this hot sauce.

The sauce itself is tasty. When we went they had the original flavor and one specialty flavor made with Fresno Pepper. They also had some Hot Honey available. Original is a vinegar-based tangy sauce with hints of garlic. The Fresno Pepper sauce is sweet and smoky- was great on tacos. Both have a decent kick, but can be easily tamed with how much sauce you use. The storefront is lacking a bit. It’s very small, which isn’t a bad thing, but when we first walked in the doors to the main bottling area were wide open with no one around. We were confused on where to go. Eventually someone came out to the register. The sauces didn’t have any prices on them and I couldn’t see any signage about it, but the lady behind the counter was happy to answer our questions. The Fresno Pepper sauce was unlabeled and didn’t have anything by it to tell you what it is. I had to ask about the mysterious unlabeled sauce. I was a little disappointed in the variety of sauces available, but I understand it’s a smaller business. Overall they can really use some signage. Maybe place some on those retractable crowd barriers in front of the bottling floor doors so people don’t accidentally walk in. Or if you want people to walk in, a sign that says that. Even a nice little plaque or pictures about your story to look at on the walls would be nice.

If you are a fan of flavor, this is the perfect fit for you! My entire family loves the hot sauce, hot honey, and Cheesy Pow Pow seasoning. Not only do these guys put their heart and soul into everything they make, they are easily the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. Well worth the trip to Faribault Minnesota to meet the masterminds behind these amazing flavor enhancing products. This is truly something different and make for a perfect gift. Caution - You should be forewarned that their products are insanely habit forming!!!

So I work as a Nurse, and an employee at Cry Baby Craig’s was my patient awhile ago. A week after meeting them, I got a package of hot sauce from the company as a thank you. Not only is it a fantastic tasty hot sauce, they made my day!
