Crystal Gardens

The atmosphere is so beautiful. It's just like living in a mansion. The food here is alright. There is some good food. There are some foods that feel less appetizing. The only one good thing about this place is good for wedding parties. And a good roster of alcoholic cocktails. Recommend a mudslide with Irish cream. In my humble conclusion, it is the best way to have a wedding party and makes some good friends among on the way.

One of the nicest places to photograph a wedding. The star is so vibrant and sweet. Every time I shoot a wedding at Crystal Gardens I am guaranteed great results and a happy experience.

Food was the most bland I've ever had, the ranch was literally watered down, the microphone kept chopping in and out for speakers. To the point we couldn't hear half the speeches given. Sounded like a robot cutting in and out. Employees where slapping dishes, and dropping buss bins of dishes through out the speeches. Im very shocked how much people pay to rent this venue with what I witnessed today. Beautiful building the old carpet needs updated pretty badly. I dont give negative reviews often. Im leaving feedbsckin hopes they fix these things. We need to know from the public where we lack when we own a business. Tighten up Crystal Gardens and please at least buy some seasoning for your foods. Put some butter in your mashed potatoes. Put some kind of flavor on your veggies. Task like they came out of a frozen freezer bag from the microwave. Best of wishes.

Went to Crystal Gardens for a wedding last night. Nice, elegant entrance/ lobby. Parking was sufficient. Food was good. Only complaint was that on our side of the banquet hall, it seemed like the servers weren't coming our way to check on guests. Most of the servers I encountered were at the bar area, and they were nice and attentive to our requests. This might be b/c it was a buffet style dinner, however, I would still expect servers to come by and see if we need beverages, etc.

Atmosphere,food and service was amazing! Best Super Bowl party my wife and I have ever been to. We intend on returning next year!

We recently hosted our event at Crystal Gardens, and it was an absolutely flawless experience from start to finish. The venue itself is stunning — spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated — making it the perfect backdrop for our celebration. A huge shoutout goes to the manager, Roger, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. From our first visit to the final clean-up, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every detail we discussed was executed perfectly, and Roger was always quick to respond to any questions or last-minute changes. Guests couldn’t stop complimenting the ambiance, food, and seamless flow of the evening. It’s rare to find a place where both the setting and the service exceed expectations, but Crystal Gardens delivered on every level. Highly recommend this venue for weddings, parties, or any special occasion — you’ll be in excellent hands with Roger and the entire team!

So beautiful.! Had the pleasure of having a wedding I was invited to here and let me just say the place is sooooo lovely.! It’s a really big space n enough room for all parties that was here. They did great with the beautiful decorations n decor. The outside is just as beautiful.! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL.!!! Come have your celebrations here.!!

It’s alright! The space is beautifully done, although if there are multiple parties in there the chances are you’ll hear the party next to you in your space/venue as the walls are thin, all we heard was the wedding next to us. They only provide their own catering options in there which again it’s alright. The food is nothing to brag about or memorable (been here for 4 events and have had crystal gardens cater other events off premises I’ve been to) and can’t tell you anything that was good or struck out about it. Main reason for low stars other than food = the service. Their service is one of the worst services I’ve experienced at any venue space. The service team is not friendly. They don’t give attitudes or anything like that but they don’t smile or aren’t knowledgeable about anything, almost feels like there isn’t even service, except when they are ready to clear the tables, they will clear out your plates and drinks right away without asking (has happened on two occasions to other people in the party), plate full or beer pitcher full. Crystal Gardens provides a beautifully ambiance space but unfortunately that’s all they have to offer as you don’t have much of a choice on food/service.
