This is a small and free museum in the grounds of Crystal Palace Park. It has plenty of small and informative displays from when it first has been built, the fire that it had destroyed it and what happened during the blitz in the area. It hasalso got information what it has taken place in the grounds of Crystal Palace Park. The museum isrun by volunteers and there are not any toilets in the museum.

Very interesting place. Went on the guided tour around the ruins of the crystal palace which last 1hr 45 mins. Well worth doing. It cost £5 . The museum is free and open the first Sunday of the month . April till October.

Friends and I like planning brunch around a random museum. This is a one room museum with photos and objects to do with Crystal place. Including an original cathode ray tube. Worth a pop in.

A small museum conceptualized and run by volunteers. A lot of pictures, chaotic but worth a visit.

Rather old-fashioned little museum with keen volunteer guides. Displays are basic technologically but informative, and the history described is wonderful and fascinating. No public lavatory or cafe, but Crystal Palace town is three minutes walk away.

Very interesting but could have more activities for children.

Google
A cute little museum which seems to be slightly underwhelming until they reveal the VR headset which you can use to explore the old Crystal Palace. They are very friendly with kids and the staff are very accommodating.

The story of a place that is mostly gone. Interesting panels on the history and culture.

Yelp
An interesting display regards the history of the legendary Crystal Palace. Free to enter but there is a donations box which is marked as being quite urgent at this time.

Yelp
Located on the North West corner of Crystal Palace Park, this little museum is quite easy to miss. However, if you walk by it, it's definitely worth the trip to stop in. Inside the museum are artefacts, photos, and drawings of the Crystal Palace in all it's glory. Looking at all of the pictures, it's amazing to think about what the Crystal Palace was like and all the exhibitions that were housed within the building. It also documents the fire that destroyed the palace. After stopping into the museum it was great to walk around the park and see the stone sections that still remain. It gives a great perspective on the size of the Palace and how grand the architecture was.

Yelp
Although this is a small museum its worth a visit if you are down crystal palace. the museum give information on crystal palace, sydenham and has ceramics, photographes etc. The small museums are the most dedicated and staff work more closely with you, it only takes about 30mins to look around the museum, get information and such. There is no shops or cafes attatched to the museum, but the musuem is one of a kind.
