CSOA Forte Prenestinio

The best "occupied" place/squat (social center) i have ever been. If Europe would have more of these kind of places... This is the right mentality/atmosphere/love for a better social structure. I will visit this place again and I will never forget it. Io piacere il Forte Prenestino!!! Grazie per tutti per todo 💜💚😍

It is one of my favourite places in my second city. One lives this space as if it were a dream. Marvellous architecture, great activites, a place to be at ease and the nicest people one can find.

Ask young people around the city/neighbourhood about events going on in the forte to find some of the best experiences in Rome.

Great social center. Huge one! Great festivals and nice food. Vegan food and nice sweets. Variety of wines and a great place for concerts. A lot of humidity though! Wear warm clothes!

A small but beautiful park, great place for dogs to meet every day. Also has a latin dancing hall in the evening. Lovely atmosphere.

If you want to train in any circus related specialty pretty much, as well as a diversity of art classes, music studio for rent, bike repair shop, counter culture events and radical expression welcome atmosphere...if you know what "Burning Man Festival Is" and understand the politically expressive European hipster and alternative culture This Is Your HOME at night. Cheap to almost free in almost all they offer since is an "Occupied" space.

I used to stay here in 1984 as squatter. By that time there was just a bar. Now (in 2019) there's workshops, theatre, bar, kitchen and more. Fantastic place. Lots of memories.
