Cubitts Soho

I had a fantastic experience at the Soho branch of Cubitts today. I arrived for an eye exam and was greeted immediately by a super friendly optician that checked me in, I went downstairs and was almost immediately taken through for my exam. The Optometrist was very personable while being efficient & professional, explaining the results and offering many chances to ask questions. Once finished I was guided upstairs and greeted by another optician that could not have been more helpful. I usually rush things without too much thought but the optician helped me pick out glasses that suited me and ensured I tried multiple colours & styles to ensure I was happy. Really great experience & could not be happier with the result!

I booked a long overdue eye test at cubitts soho. I was greeted by Chel, who was extremely welcoming. She showed me the collection at cubitts including the bespoke options and explained what would suit my face and style. Before I had even had my eye exam I had picked out my favourite frames which are they best I’ve found for such a good price! Highly reccomend going to see Chel! I then had my eye exam with Jaz who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The exam was thorough and didn’t take too long and Jaz explained everything I needed to know. Again I couldn’t recommend Jaz more. Great job Cubitts Soho, wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

Great experience at Cubitts Soho! They have a fantastic selection of stylish frames, and I was really impressed with the quality—especially with the Zeiss lenses, which are top-notch. The pricing was very fair considering the craftsmanship and lens quality. A special shoutout to Lili for her excellent customer service—super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

I’m a Cubitts customer for years. Their staff is usually well trained but this was hands down, the best customer service I have ever received. The staff knows their glasses and frames. After struggling with numerous adjustments on a very heavy frame I walked into this branch for help. They fixed my problem in 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

Staff were great, had a thorough eye test. Chose new frames and glasses arrived two days later. Wouldn't have any reservations about recommending.

I went into the store to order some sunglasses just before the shop closed. I was served by Valeria, who was super friendly and and helped me a lot with picking new sunglasses. She went out of her way to find the right ones for me and made sure the fit was right. Thank you Valeria! Amazing customer service

We were assisted by Ally at Cubitts Soho store, and she gave such a great assistance to help us make decision. She gave relevant feedback about how the various glasses fit our faces, and she even spotted that my current glasses has a blue light filter and highlighted that Cubitts can do that as well on top of the normal prescription (which I took up). Thank you very much for the lovely experience!

I’m a customer on this brand some years now, and I went to Soho store to have my new reading - working lenses. The first time I went to collect my glasses it was so wrong that I couldn’t see anything so the guy went downstairs to check the measurements and he confirmed it was wrong and he advised me to have a second test free, because he said the optometrist was not experienced so probably that’s why was so wrong. Not sure if it was the optometrist fault or whoever makes the lenses. I went for second time, I did the test with another optometrist, they apologised and they offered me £62 as a good will. I went AGAIN to collect my new glasses and now the lenses was different than the one I used to have!! Not only I don’t have for so many days glasses, but again it was not working again! I could see straight through the lenses, however around the lenses it was blur, and they advised me I will use them at some you point, it’s not verifocal as I wanted occupational as my previous prescription etc. Anyway after almost a month without glasses I went again today, and I said to the manager it’s not working for me and I requested a refund. I was very disappointed after all these inconvenience they caused me, they will refund me only the remaining amount from the initial payment. What I mean by that is that they took back the £62 they offered me for the inconvenience!!! Such a poor service….
