Nice Pizza restaurant in a really quite neighborhood. Been here several times and the quality of their pizzas is keeping improving. They have three different formats: classic, focaccia style and what we Italians call pala-style that is a pizza with a rectangular shape and a crunchy texture. Every time I order different toppings and formats. One of the few good pizza places in Florence. Negative notes: service is not the best, although staff is kind and friendly I have to say that there may be a lack of organisation. Probably there are just few people that are not able to accomodate the high demand. Indeed, it took a while to get the order taken and to satisfy our few requests. So food 5 stars, nice atmosphere but low quality service.

I drive in front of this restaurant everyday, but from the outside o was never attracted to enter. A friend took me there, and to my great surprise I found a true gem of a restaurant. Pleasant atmosphere, amazingly kind and available staff, always prepared to accomodate any extra request or ingredient modification. Perfectly equipped to offer gluten free alternative,all set in a pretty, modern design. 👍👍👍👍 I went there for lunch, I would like to go back and try the dinner, as I was told it is a different menu in the evening. PS I went also with my dog, and dogs are welcome

Nice restaurant close to the airport! Our server was very friendly and attentive - thank you for accommodating us close to the end of the lunch schedule and for a speedy service. Overall, the food was tasty and well prepared.

Awesome dinner place in Florence. We were greeted with a glass of Prosecco and a small bite on the house. The waitress was fast, friendly and fun. The food arrived fast and tasted amazing. Ordered two pizzas and a cheesecake with pistachio for dessert. Definite recommendation!

When I visited Tuscany and Firenze a few months ago, I desperately wanted to eat an authentic Neapolitan Pizza.. which I had in this restaurant. The crust was crunchy but the dough was perfectly soft and so flavourful. I haven't eaten a better pizza yet. I highly recommend the pizza with the burrata and the nduja (salami paste). It's SO GOOD!

We ate here on the recommendation of the owners of an Airbnb where we are staying nearby in Firenze (Florence) Italy. The place was great. Service was first class, very attentive, and the food was delicious, creative, and authentic, with flavor. We enjoyed a pizza, fresh Pici pasta with a meat sauce, a dish of risotto, and ravioli. All dishes were what you might call "right sized." We walked away full.

found this place few steps away from my airbnb. it was our best pizza in italy. we were used to the nyc/Brooklyn style pizza. the authentic italian pizza blown them away. the pinza dough was very good.

Went here for an intimate birthday dinner for a friend. Did not know what to expect because I did not look up reviews for the first time ever. I was very happily surprised with the atmosphere of the restaurant and the food. They have a massive gold pizza oven in the front of the restaurant that was awesome. They gave us free proseco as well as limoncello at the end of dinner. I had a spicy fish and tomato sauce pasta that I would not order again because it was too fishy. My friends food was absolutely amazing though. The shrimp ravioli is the best ravioli I have ever had. The texture and flavor was insane. I wish I had ordered that and will if I go back. The margarita pizza was also very nice.

Bottega Conviviale seduced all my tastebuds. The food was delicious and the service exceptional. The bistro is intimate and well-decorated. We had pizza and pasta and loved how dense and airy the pizzas were. They welcome you with complimentary prosecco and a caprese-based flat bread appetizer. My friend enjoyed the caprese flat bread so much she requested it as an entrée. The remaining parties ordered pasta and pizzas. I highly recommend the margherita and shrimp pizzas. Writing this review so that I forget this restaurant and hope that others enjoy as much as I did.

This was one of the top meals of my life. It was random that I passed it and got in with out a reservation. Ravioli pasta with pecorino cheese, pepper and shrimp. It sounds pretty simple but it felt like melting into it. I got an appetizer, that main course, a glass of wine, biscotti and a shot of some sweet liquio

One of our favorite dinners since we've been in Florence. We had their special braised beef slowly cooked to perfection, melt in your mouth goodness. The ravioli with shrimp was so delicious, simple fresh and quality ingredients. The octopus appetizer was one of the best we've had. Service was excellent. Must check this place out. You won't regret it! And you're welcome ;)

All the staff we spoke with were excellent. We didn't have a reservation, but they were able to move things around and fit us in. Very accommodating, but I recommend a reservation! We ordered most of the dishes the staff recommended. It was all fantastic. Good prices too! I don't know when I'll be Florence again, but I'll definitely stop by this restaurant again!

We stopped here for lunch before they closed. We got a couple of pizzas and some drinks. The pizzas were excellent. We sat out on the street and was great for people watching. The location is within steps of San Croce.

Don't miss this spot. It's on small one-way street and there was indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outdoors and enjoyed prosciutto from Calabria (the 'toe' region of Italy) with burrata cheese, the Bottega vegetable garden (fresh veggies), zucchini soup (very good), duck and lemon spaghetti and guinea fowl with romaine. We paired with a Montepulciano. They also comped some prosecco. (Thanks guys!) Total bill was €70.50. For the quality and authenticity, this spot would beat just about any meal in my home, San Francisco. Too full to walk back to our hotel, we hailed a taxi and enjoyed the ride. What an awesome place; what a day!

Bottega Conviviale was a fantastic place to eat. Dominico was a wonderful server and had a ton of good recommendations. The ravioli were heavenly and the pizza divine. All ingredients were incredibly fresh. Recommend for Americans looking for good pizza and atmosphere:)

Everything thing was great except for their pizza crust. It had little or no salt, so I could barely taste all of the incredible flavors of the entire pizza.

Had the risotto and Pici, both were horrendous. Bread is flavorless. Service nonexistent. Massive tourist trap. Overpriced.

A local friend who knows the chef recommended this place and was able to get us a table on short notice on a busy Saturday. The staff is friendly, attentive and speaks excellent English. Much better than our sad Italian, anyway. The pizza is UNBELIEVABLE. The toppings are amazing, but the crust... the crust is everything. The complimentary prosecco was so good we got a bottle to take home. I hope this beautiful restaurant stays open forever because I plan to visit every time I visit Florence.

We sat outside in the patio area on the street and shared a pizza and had their house red. Both were outstanding.
