CUCINA MIGRANTE

Cucina Migrante created an amazing culinary experience for our wedding in San Diego! We had 60 guests, and the cucina migrante team made cocktail hour and dinner time one of the most special moments of our wedding day! Our guests raved about the food, how good it tasted and how beautiful the presentation was. Chef Francesco and the Cucina Migrante were extremely accommodating, and we chose them because we wanted dinner at our reception to feel intentional, creative, special, and intimate. They 1000% surpassed our expectations! If you are wanting delicious, fresh food, a creative menu, and a culinary EXPERIENCE at your wedding or any event, these are your people. We did not want to go with a traditional corporate catering service and we feel beyond lucky to have gotten to work with chef Francesco and his team. It was magical, and they are incredible. HIGHLY recommend!

Francesco and Carlotta outdid themselves. I held an event for about 20 people and it was absolutely phenomenal. Francesco's knowledge, charming personality, creativity, and amazing food/wine truly creates an incredible experience for everyone. Thank you both, we will book more business with you in the future.

I love the experience we had! It’s the most interested and gastronomically indulging, spectacular!!! Anyone who enjoys food and wants to know more about it, this is the people to go to. I liked that our hosts Francesco and Adisa were able to deliver and exceeded our expectations, thank you guys! We actually had them come to our place and create a dinner experience at our house. Our guests were blown away:) Another important aspect was simple and seamless communication, beautiful set up, they are wonderful and knowledgeable people. It’s a “MUST DO” type of experience! What a wonderful day hanging out with Francesco. We shopped at the farmers market and then cooked some wonderful Italian style food with the chef. He is a ton of fun, very social and funny. With wine to this mix, this was a total blast! I definitely recommend this to anyone who loves food, people and everything Italian.

AMAZING! Our team of 19 had the best time at Cucina Migrante's cooking class. The atmosphere and environment couldn't have been dreamed up more perfectly. It felt like a residence in the south of Europe, with the vibe and the courtyard seating arrangements seemingly underlining that sense. Adisa and her staff, Chef Rafa, Chef Fabio, and Cora were the perfect hosts. Everyone was welcoming and warm. We learned about wines and the natural ingredients used in our dishes. It was a team building exercise like no other. Imagine yourself a family reunion, in someone's home that is warm and cozy - that is what our experience was. The food we prepared and cooked together was delicious but the joy and warmth among our colleagues was something to behold. Thank you Adisa and crew! We will pass along our incredible experience so more groups can enjoy all Cucina Migrante has to offer.

I worked with Francesco & Adisa for my sister's bridal shower (we did a cooking class at my house). From the start, Francesco was super friendly, supportive, and was totally willing to work with our budget, restrictions, ideas etc. They both made the experience so fun and memorable! Francesco brought all the materials needed and did a fabulous job setting everything up and using the space in my house...not to mention, the food was AMAZING!! I can not tell you how many people told me this was such a fun idea and wanted to copy it. I would recommend working with Francesco for any event you may have!
