I really wanted to like this place, but at this moment, I can’t recommend it. We went on a summer Saturday afternoon, and the service was grindingly slow. The one employee working took forever to make the items for the one order in front of us, and got one of them wrong. When I tried to order a Concrete (their version of a milkshake), he claimed several times that he couldn’t find it on the menu until my wife finally had to physically point it out to him.He then sheepishly admitted that he didn’t know how to make one. To top it off, the donuts on my wife’s “cudo” were badly burnt. I’m hoping this place improves, we’d love to give it another try.

I’ve had better but it’s not bad! Service midweek was totally fine. I liked the cute cups. No frills but enjoyable. Will come back!

Disappointing. Let me preface that I love frozen custard, and that is why I went in to try the place. But I expected fresh fruit and got canned, shredded pineapples and mushed maraschinos cherries, which didn’t look appealing and was not worth over $6. At least the presentation could be better. I’m not sure of the freshness of the toppings since mine were being scraped out of the bottom of its container. Sad because it has the potential to be much better.

Really good, tried the frozen custard with apple pie flavor, I’ll be back for more. Friendly owner, small business, happy to support!

The custard had no flavor, and was mainly a vehicle for the toppings. The mini donuts were good. The donuts are something I would get again if I was in the area, but not something I would make a special trip to get.

The custard is delicious and the mini donuts are so cute! Plus no long lines (yet!)

Owners husband & wife team Hansel Lynn and Lisa King-Lynn (grew up in Los Altos and is a Stanford alum). Fun selection of toppings for the frozen custard as well as flavored sugars to coat the donuts - a dynamo combination!

Tried this place twice first time was really good. Fresh fruits and doughnuts. Came back today however quality was much lower. Doughnuts seemed stale and fruits were canned.
