Ordered 10 special cigars of varying vitolas for gifts during the holidays. They were very communicative and arrived quickly. They also included a brand/line specific box to ensure my order was safe. Prices are also extremely fair for any vendor and far below most online stores. I WILL be ordering from here again soon.

Really nice shop with very friendly staff! Anna was amazing and she knew her inventory like the back of her hand! They had some special cigars that I could not find anywhere back home so I was super happy. Their patio area is a nice peaceful place to have a smoke and a drink.

Cuenca Cigars: A Haven for Cigar Enthusiasts I recently visited Cuenca Cigars in pursuit of some quality cigars and was thoroughly impressed. Firstly, the location is incredibly convenient, with the added bonus of having a parking lot right next to it. When it comes to variety, not only do they have an extensive selection, but they also house some rare and exclusive cigars that are hard to find elsewhere. It's clear they take great care in preserving their products, ensuring every cigar remains in peak condition. The staff is both friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to guide and share insights. But what truly stood out for me was the adjacent smoking lounge. It's a space fitted with comfortable armchairs, TVs broadcasting sports events, and strategically placed ashtrays, all designed for a complete and relaxing experience. I'm giving Cuenca Cigars 4 stars. My only suggestion would be to incorporate a bar to enhance the experience even further. Definitely a must-visit for aficionados and connoisseurs alike. Ive been in many cigar shops but this one may not be the most fancy but it had a very impressive "Man Cave" attitude, even the wife loved its relaxed charm. We walk in and were greeted by a cloud of sweet cigar smoke and viewed floor to ceiling cigars on both sides of this thin shop. A woman and a man were at the center of the shop sitting at a tiny bar top with several liquor bottles against the wall in display - both were smoking big fat cigars. They had an expresso coffee machine at the bar. When you Check-In to the shop on YELP you receive a Free Cappucino Coffee. At the rear of the shop there was a small glass door room with the higher end cigars in display. A man, we think he was either a manager or family of the owner - not sure though, asked us if we wanted a tour, we thought, "theres more?" He walked us next door and it was a separate room with one elderly man smoking a cigar and watching sports on a wall monitor. At the rear of the room were several personal safes to store your coveted cigars for a fee of $400 a year. He even showed us a bathroom with beautiful decor, and I'm a big fan of a clean bathroom. We walked to the rear outside where there was a full bar and a poker table for friendly games. This cigar shop is a definite must see is visiting downtown Hollywood.

Going to try and keep it short: twice I have placed online orders and twice they have been missing one of the cigars I selected. Both times I have been contacted immediately and have chosen to have the missing items replaced "merchant's choice." The selections were not merely acceptable, they were outstanding! I love this shop because they aren't afraid to break down a box or two of the expensive stuff and sell them as singles giving folks an opportunity to try before investing hundreds of dollars into a box. If more retailers of any merchandise offered this level of customer service, it would be rare to see a complaint. Thanks!

If your looking for a specific specialty stick or just your everyday smoke, Cuenca is the spot. Personally I'm a fan of the Liga Privada line from Drew Estate and Opus from Arturo Fuente. I'm also a big fan of Placencia and they are stacked with just about all the lines from these makers you can think of. I was just there last week looking for some Liga Privada H99's and 10th Anniversary. Extremely hard to get but available with good supply and a great quality. I hadn't tried the Rare Pink line from Arturo Fuente and it was recommend, it touched me because my mom is a cancer survivor and knowing a portion goes to the Cancer Society sold the deal for me. The young man behind the counter went above and beyond which I appreciate. I noticed there is a outside seating area and also observed some wine and scotch bottles in the back, so it seems like you can sit, relax and have a cigar and a drink. I'll definitely be coming back.

Great selection and room to sit outside to smoke. Refills on your torch lighter for free when you buy cigars! Haven't sat down and had a smoke here yet, but it's a very nice shop that's popular with locals. Guys outside playing dominoes and talking. This place is cute and unique. Every time we step in, a huge smile waits for us :) The owner is almost always there, she is bubbly and helpful and really just a kool person. The outside area is perfect for people watching, there are plenty of street parking around it. The cigar selection is excellent. The store is always clean and well organized, even if you smoke a cigar inside you can't feel the smoke, their ventilation system is top notch. Always nice and cool indoor. If you don't wanna be on the sidewalk they have a little cute chilling area in the back with 2 TVs. Netflix is available so you can watch your fav show if you please. Just like home :) The drinks are on a great price and I loved the chocolate cappuccino I had. Definitely a must go if you like cigar shops or just wanna have a tasty coffee outside.

I really miss these types of shops since moving away from Miami. Cigar selection was vast, and the prices were on point. I loved being able to walk in, select a cigar, cut it and lite it and walk out to enjoy a stroll through the surrounding area. They even sell coffee! A must, if you are a cigar fan and are in the area.

My go to Cigar Shop! My company just recently relocated to an office 2 doors down and have been able to enjoy a nice Stick with an espresso during lunch. Fairly priced and wide variety with beer and wine options too. Highly recommend

Rolling Stogies... Seriously, what could be better than a painted school bus that has been converted into a rolling humidor, bringing cigars to you? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Mobile cigars is just what it sounds like- a rolling tobacco shop. This is a spin on the typical food truck, and I found it in another great set-up in Florida called the Gourmet Food Truck Expo. The way we use food trucks in NY is that they stake out their corner and sit there all day. The food trucks of south Florida roll en masse to scheduled events all over the map - just awesome. We had just rolled out of Rocco's Taco's at Town Center and the words "boy I really wish I had a cigar" were literally rolling off my tongue when we see a huge commotion and hear live music. Unbeknownst to us, we were smack dab in the middle of a rolling food truck expo that apparently goes on all over the place - awesome is all I can say about this. As a joke, I said aloud that I wonder if they have a cigar truck and turn the corner and what do I see? A freaking cigar truck - so in we went. Basically a short bus (insert wry comment here) converted into a humidor and stocked floor to ceiling with just about any type of stogie you could want. I nailed one to my liking, the man in charge gave me a snip and a light and we were on our way to explore the rest of the trucks. Prices were normal and the help was outstanding. It rolls around so you'll have to check their Facebook site for locations.

I ordered a box of cigars that were in stock when I ordered and that the box would ship out next day. Two weeks later... no cigars... so I call and nobody can help me and that I would have to wait for the owner to call. No calls but email saying that their web site does not update automatically... sorry... the cigars are not in stock. My usual place was sold out so I gave Cuenca a try. That's what I get for trying someone new... disappointment... I will stick to getting my cigars from Atlantic Cigar Company. Honest people who have never let met down after 10+ years...

I'm not a person that is easily impressed, BUT I can tell you this...... Ana & Juan @ Cuenca Cigar have made an Awesome Impression on me!!! :D Handled me order (online) promptly and efficiently as well as VERY professionally. There was a slight problem when we found that there wasn't any in stock in robusto but there was in the short robusto. They even compensated me for the "inconvenience"!??!? WOW!!! If you are in the Hollywood/Ft. Lauderdale area you have to visit this spot for cigars. It's a land mark, the atmosphere is friendly, awesome selection, and fantastic customer service. I love Cuenca. Visit once and you'll feel the romance. Visit twice and you'll fall in love. I had a locker here for going on three years now, but I have been coming here since I moved from Chicago. This was the first cigar lounge I visited, and although I have been to many others over the years, this is my absolute favorite! They have a decent selection of craft beers and wine. I love the selection of cigars. I need to slow down on my purchases though, because my locker is pretty full. Wish I lived closer. If I lived in Hollywood I'd be here evert night. On different nights you have different crowds, but there are always the regulars playing dominos, and smoking. If you like dominos, stop by and play a game. But be aware that some of the regulars take their friendly games pretty serious. There is the shop itself, a members only lounge where the lockers are and an outside area where you can enjoy a smoke along with a nice evening breeze. Finally, the owners Miguel and Anna are really great. Give them a little time and you'll feel like you're at home.

My first trip to this establishment was during Black Smoke Miami. The staff was very friendly, the selection was amazing and the lounge was second to none. This will be my new go to spot in Hollywood for sure.

Visiting the area from Chicago and stopped by this adorable cigar shop. Best decision EVER! As someone who hasn't ever smoked a cigar I was a bit overwhelmed with the variety of options available, however the absolutely stellar customer service by Anna made choosing the perfect first cigar an amazing experience! I'm located in Cincinnati, OH and I recently purchased a box of the newly released "Montecristo Epic Craft Cured" cigars. Cuenca was one of the few online stores that appeared to have them in stock, not on back order. I spoke to Anna on Tuesday the 9th to confirm that they were in stock (as noted on their website). She confirmed that the were and could ship them out immediately. I received them about 30 minutes ago, two days. I could not have asked for a better online buying experience. The next time I'm in Sunny Isles or South Beach, I'll definitely stop into the shop. Thanks Again Anna!

Cuenca's is the place to be in downtown Hollywood. Lots of action and every type of cigar to fill your needs and even a massage chair in the lounge. Dominoes every night so bring your A game. First time visit or a regular... Ana, Migilito and Jaun will treat you like family.

On a birthday trip to Key West the hubs and I found ourselves in a cigar shop and suddenly we were cigar lovers... cigar connoisseurs (in our own minds). When we found this shop (not just a shop, but there is outdoor seating as well) we were nostalgic for the Keys and gave it a try. We were immediately greeted by a sales person when we walked in. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Said their concept was that they were like your family there, and they mean it. We showed the woman the bands from our favorite cigars (doesn't everyone walk around with cigar bands just in case?) They didn't have the exact flavor, but did carry the same brand. We were also offered a selection of other cigars similar in taste to the one we had. They have a pretty decent selection of cigars! Inside seating is only for club members, so is the pretty bathroom. Outdoor seating for the regular walk ins. I don't know what that bathroom is like, I was privileged to be allowed in the members only one. When we sat down, we were offered a selection of beverages from soda to wine. We opted for some red. The seating is on the side walk, so you can watch people go by. We thought the cigar selections were good ones, the wine was tasty, and it was a very relaxing evening. We've been back a couple times since, and found each time enjoyable. The woman informed us that they have events and to check their website in the future.

Looking to end the evening with a good smoke, my co-worker and I found this place after enjoying beer and pizza at Hollywood Beach. The sun was going down and it was cooling off just a tad so we decided to relax a bit and have a good cigar. The store is located in the downtown area of Hollywood, FL along the apparent main street with lots of vehicle and pedestrian traffic. The store is lively and full of great personalities and great cigars. The selection of cigars was very good and the staff is knowledgeable and soooo helpful. They gladly honored the check in coupon for a free expresso. Although the seating inside is limited, they have plenty of street side seating with parasols and great views of the palm tree lined streets. The store does have members only seating at the lounge next to the store and a very clean and properly decorated restroom. After the sun goes down, the regulars show up and start playing dominos outside. This, of course, is accompanied with colorful personalities and dialogue. Cuenca Cigars is truly a cigar smokers place. They have a good variety of smokes at reasonable prices and great personalities as staff. The clientele is also colorful and entertaining as well. Loved It!

Great little cigar shop in Hollywood. Walked in and was immediately greeted with friendly service. I grabbed a cigar and was told "this is good smoke". Not being a cigar connoisseur by any means, but having smoked a few different ones in my day, I was really excited. He was NOT kidding. Found my new favorite. Happy I went in, going back on Monday!

I don't always right reviews, even for places I love. But, when I do I write them honestly. (It is clear why I was not chosen to write for the Dos XX guy). This place certainly merits a writeup. My wife and I were staying on the island/peninsula? We were carless but rented BBikes and rode in one night as the nightlife in the beach area leaves a bit to be desired. I had just started smoking cigars the month prior to our vacation, so naturally I came armed with the knowledge from fellow yelpers this was a good place to hit up. Short story: The other reviewers aren't blowing smoke (so sorry!, had to do it). This place is fantastic. I left Hollywood wishing Austin Tx had something similar. Don't get me wrong I LOVE Austin, but we don't have a place that I've found or that my long time cigar smoker buddies frequent that has the laid back lounge atmosphere, friendly, not at all pushy, knowledgeable folks. The lounge/patio area outside is the key here, as most any place has a good shop to buy sticks. I've since found my "home shop," and of course there is a lounge, but it's not the same. Being on my less than tenth all time cigar, the staff very graciously and gently guided me based on my rudimentary understanding of my own palette, and text messages from my dad. They helped push me towards a more medium-full Connecticut cigar than I would have never tried on my own, which I liked much better than most of the light stuff I've been trying, so big kudos for helping me discover my tastes. Sitting outside with the locals, wife sipping coffee and wine, while I smoked away, was worth the cost and trip onto the mainland. All were friendly and enjoyable to hang around with. I wish we had more time to get up and spend a few nights hanging around to get into chatting with the folks and pretending to be part of the gang. Bottom line, if you are in the area and a "real smoker" or a total newbie-ignorant guy like me (who choked while lighting up number two), go visit these guys. Wife even enjoyed it and was ready to go back.

Cuenca Cigars is a great place to drop in and grab a smoke, and sit around and lounge. The owners are nice as can be, they contacted me on Facebook, and when I was down in West Palm, I decided to drop in and pick up some smokes! There are always people to help you pick out a cigar, and you'll find lots to talk about! They have a great selection, and the prices are spot on and the cigars are well kept. You can find more then just a cigar there, great shop location, you can walk around, and easily find 8 or so different places to eat, and plenty of places to shop. If you are in the area, I highly recommend stopping in, and picking up a smoke or two!

Free Cuban espressos with Yelp check in? Don't mind if I do! Very nice service. Separate room to smoke and watch TV. Free parking on street. Everything you want in a local cigar bar. I stop her any time I arrive or depart at the airport nearby. Also their own crafted cigars are very nicely constructed. Haven't smoked them yet because I'm aging them a bit more but they are the nicest craftsmanship of a house cigar I've seen in FL!

Cigars were shown to be in stock on their website. I ordered them and they did not arrive. When I called I was told they were not in stock. I asked to cancel the order. They said it would be canceled and I would receive a refund. No cigars and no refund. I have disputed the charge. Will not do business with them again.

Great cigar shop right in the heart of Hollybeach Beach. The guy who helped me out gave some great reviews and the atmosphere was a 10 every night. The prices are reasonable and the selection is pretty good, too. They had some rare sticks I've never seen before, so that was a plus. Would highly recommend and can't wait to go back.

***Sunday***very small location with not a big selection of cigars but just enough to make you stay have a smoke and enjoy a machine made cappuccino. The outside patio is perfect if you don't want to be inside their indoors smoke lounge and be overwhelmed with smoke. I only wish they had some hard liquor to pair up with the cigars. Overall a great little spot to chill, relax, play dominoes, very friendly place. I'll definitely come back again and bring some friends with me. If your in town and want a place to have a smoke I recommend this place and the prices are not bad.

This is a great place to hang out and smoke cigars! They have a great selection and a even better management! The people come as strangers and soon become family! I come with the whole family! I'm glad that the store sounds good. The online service does not deserve any stars! I ordered a box early on a Friday morning and got two e-mails that told me nothing. When I called the following Tuesday, they couldn't find my order and would e-mail me "in fifteen minutes." When no e-mail came, I called again. They stammered around, telling me that they were going to get them from the warehouse yesterday but didn't so they were getting them this afternoon and they would ship them then and I'd have them on Friday. Late Thursday afternoon, I received an e-mail that they had "just been shipped." They arrived the following Monday. But, they included two sticks of something I don't even smoke. Wow! For a few dollars more, I'll stick with Famous Smokes in Philly. There's almost never a problem and, when there is, they go out of their way to fix it quickly and to satisfaction!!

I'm the husband of a previous reviewer, Wendy W. We'd like to think we've visited most of the cigar lounges in the area, and when traveling make a point of checking out local establishments. I agree with my wife, (always a smart thing to do) Cuencas has a unique flavor we haven't found anywhere else. The proprietors make this place special. My Domino skills improve daily and my appreciation of the atmosphere and warmth of this place makes returning a joy.

Cuenca is the reason my husband and I go to Hollywood. Ana and Miguel are amazing hosts and this place truly feels like home. The domino action can be intense and there is no better place to people watch than Harrison St. We attended a recent cigar marathon with Cigar Snob Magazine, visiting 5 cigar bars in Broward County- many of which were larger, but everyone agreed that Cuenca was the best stop of the day! Cuban music, rum and dancing on the sidewalks of downtown Hollywood can't be beat!!
