While the outcome was good, the process was odd. When part of my order was unavailable, the company (politely) canceled the entire order, obliging me to re-order the part that was still available and delaying receipt. Shipping was good though, and delicate items arrived well packaged and intact.

This shop has great products, I ordered online and experienced great customer service and follow up regarding my order ETA. Everything was well packed, I'll shop here again.
