This program has been outstanding so far. I'd like to thank a few of my instructors Chef Sophia for helping me find confidence, Chef Ruby for her dedication and advice Chef Jessica R. She is amazing intructing three classes and still being very attentive to her students Chef Jessica Z. For helping me realize bakery is actually one of my forte's and Chef Jose for pushing me to go to greater hieghts. This program has turned who I am into a totally different person. I have learned plenty from my instructors and the Director of the program. Thank you CSU for helping me realize just how much of a passion I have for Gastronomy.
