Cult coffee has an amazing atmosphere. I was immediately drawn into the sophisticated café feel. Upon entering, I instantly was intrigued to learn more about this establishment.
There are a wide variety of items an individual can explore: coffee, food, alcoholic drinks, pastries, and etc. I myself didn't purchase any food since I had lunch elsewhere before discovering Cult, however, I was quite intrigued by their "Strawberry Champagne Loaf" and considered coming back for it. Unfortunately, after receiving my latte, I wasn't as enthralled as I had been before.
I ordered the "Clueless" latte which consists of rose, chocolate syrup, and oat milk. Firstly, I was really shocked by the price. My drink came out to be almost $10...Normally, I wouldn't be upset if the quality is unique enough and the size is decent. However, I didn't feel as though those factors were present to be worth the price. My coffee, as pictured below, is as big as a grande at Starbucks. For nearly $10, I expected a lot more. Additionally, I felt as though the oat milk really overpowered all the other flavors. My initial sip was great but I think I was also hyping it up more to not feel bad for spending as much as I did on a cup of coffee. I ended up tossing the quarter of the coffee at the end because it just tasted like oat milk.
Overall, super cute idea. Is it worth the price? For me, unfortunately not. The coffee was about 3 stars but with the price and size of the coffee being a bit of a disappointment, it brings it significantly down to a 2 star rating.
