Cultivar Ghirardelli Square

Wonderful little spot for a glass of wine and a nosh. Family friendly. Happy Hour prices. We had a Grilled cheese sandwich that was SUBLIME! DA BOMB! SOOOOO gooooood. Great service as well.

Had such a great time here on our recent trip to San Francisco. Laura was very helpful with recommending wine flights and was so great to chat with. Can't wait to come back to visit next time I'm in the area

I've visited this wine bar twice and the wines and atmosphere are outstanding but Laura is what makes this place extra special. She's knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. She's a great asset to this lovely spot.

Loved their happy hour special! We had a lovely rosé and a charcuterie board on the patio soaking in the sunshine.

What a wonderful place! Truly some of the best wines I have ever tasted. Laura did a great job make us feel welcomed and was very knowledgeable. I got a bottle of the sparkling Rosa for Mother’s Day. I look forward to visiting again!

I had been to the cultivar location on Chestnut Street for drinks and dinner and had a wonderful experience. This is my first time at the cultivar in Ghirardelli square and it was also a wonderful time. This place does not have the restaurant like the Chestnut Street location, but if you're just looking for drinks and maybe a small snack This place is great. But Ghirardelli square can get very crowded so beware. Aside from the wine my friend also purchased a bottle of their olive oil which makes for a nice gift idea for someone who enjoys food/likes to cook (they have cute jars of honey too).

Came here with a team event and was thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the wines and the range of wines on offer -- many of which can be had by the glass. Service was amazing and friendly. The bar has a smaller / intimate vibe. Despite being in a touristy place, the bar itself did not seem touristy at all inside. The outdoor space is nice too but is obviously weather dependent. Would definitely recommend.

Cute second location! Can't wait to go back when it's nicer outside because they have a beautiful patio in Ghirardelli square. The inside is quite small so definitely take the into consideration when going there! Love the wine in the marina so sure it will be the same as that location.

As a local, I know that Ghirardelli is a tourist center. But I'm here to tell you there are gems in this historical and beautiful square, and one of them is Cultivar. Excellent wine, beautiful setting, and super friendly staff. Prices are average for SF, so it's not like they're ramping it up for those tourist dollars. Definitely recommend stopping by!

Came in here to enjoy a glass of wine as part of the Yelp Elite event. I had a nice Pinot noir from Russian River valley and my partner had the sauv blanc. We liked the relaxed vibe and service. Jeff was nice and helpful. I'd like to come back one day for happy hour ($10 glass of wine) and try their snacks such as grilled cheese and truffle popcorn.

We walked in on a rainy evening and the tasting room was so welcoming. We sat down and Laura immediately showed her passion for the winery and the quality of the wines! We joined the wine club, bought a couple of bottles to go, and will visit again next time we visit SF!

Stopped here while my other travelers were playing ping pong and grabbed a bottle for later. Several folks there wine tasting and eating up treats. Looked delish! The gentleman there was very nice and offered a good recommendation. My boyfriend and I loved every sip of their Brut Rose ... I plan to go back today and buy more wine!!

Delicious grilled cheese sandwich great bread and very tasty tomato soup. Hostess Laura was engaging friendly and really is the reason we chose to dine there!

First time at Cultivar and had an amazing experience. Laura was so friendly and welcoming. Came for the wine stayed for the service. Wines for were delicious, will be returning
