Small Chinese place with an extremely affordable menu. The food tastes good too. The atmosphere is informal, with no more than a dozen tables. You get an occasional take away visitor. They serve traditional Chinese starters, Peking duck etc. As for the mains, you can get a huge serving of noodles for £6-£7, or similarly priced rice combo. Choose you noodle type, sauce, whether you want a soup or a stir-fry, and the meat or vegetables to go on top. With the rice dishes, you get a plate with the choice of topping (lemon chicken, beef in black bean sauce etc.). Really good value for money, as usually you need to order your main and your rice separately. The first cup of green tea is free, and about £1.50 for top-ups. They've got some quirky deserts (fried ice cream?) and freshly squeezed juices too.
Great if you are on a budget, in a hurry, or just after a hearty bowl of noodles.
