A beautiful place, walk 10 minutes to the waterfall over look, or get a park pass and walk down in the gorge to the waterfall. The walk in the gorge will take an hour plus, and you may need to climb over things but over all a fun hike. Me and my wife got engaged here in 2021 during the winter months while no one was around...and it was wonderful...such a perfect moment. Ash, if you ever see this I love you, you mean the world to me.

Medium level hike. Water was cold. But it was amazing! Clean indoor bathrooms before you hike out there. 45min/1 hr hike to falls. Bring water shoes you’ll be traveling through riverbed small rocks. Life vests provided.

Great place, can be explored for the entire day, if trekking towards its base. A viewing point is present at a half-hour walk.

Chasing waterfalls on a Monday afternoon, don't mind if I do! This is supposedly the 8th tallest waterfall in Tennessee and it's worth a visit. You have to watch a safety video and it's suggested to wear a life jacket, as the hike to the waterfall has you crossing the water a couple times and it can be anywhere from waist to chest deep. Wear a good pair of hybrid shoes AKA (water/land) that have good traction. The incline on the mountainside during the hike sometimes can be quite steep. So with the heat and humidity recently, it's not suggested anybody with underlying health issues or breathing problems to take this hike as it can be quite strenuous. The waterfall overlook would be a better route as it's mostly flat. Glad to check this off my bucket list. You should too. Stay hydrated! Jesus loves you! 💓🙏

I planned a trip to visit the falls because I wanted a place where I could swim that was also a natural falls. There was a 50 minute hike through trials, a creek and rocks to the falls which added to the fun. The falls itself was very nice and offered a lot of good spots to sit and enjoy the views. It costs about 15 dollars to swim.

It had rained a lot! Little muddy but still beautiful. Love the t shirt! Ranger had a snake for educational purposes. Pretty cool!

One of the best waterfalls in Tennessee ! Picturesque place with a strenuous hike but worth it . Great place to swim , play in waterfall . No stroller accessibility. Need good shoes to cross the creeks multiple times.
