THE BEST! We had Cupcake squared for our wedding and it was the best decision, they are delicious, unique and very professional. They make cake tasting fun and exciting, easy to work with and great on the day of the wedding, the set up was perfect and just how we wanted it. All out guests loved all the different flavours and the unique look. Now we come back here every year for our anniversary and get the flavours we had at our wedding, it's so special and fun! The price is very very reasonable for what you get. Highly highly recommend it for just an everyday desert or a party catering! Come try for yourself.

24 hours prior to our event all of confrence giveaway got lost in transit. Cupcakes Squared in less than 24 hours was the only company in San Diego who was able to come thru for us with 100 cupcakes and a little custom flag for each. They also brought us individual boxes so we can hand the cupcakes to our customer.. Thank you so much! They looked amazing and taste great. All our customers kept coming back for more. Thank you again.

Stopped in for a gluten free cupcake, a regular cupcake and some gluten free/vegan cookies. Everything was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed every bite. It wasn't ridiculously sweet. The quality of the cake was moist and tasty. The service was friendly and helpful. We can't wait to visit again!

These are legit cup CAKES - substantial, flavorful, and not-dry. Haven't yet disliked any flavor, but some of my favorite are lemon and Kim Brulee. They'respecial and shareable with special people. Nice service here, hopefully I can try their coffee. The only downside is the limited time they're open.

I used to love this place! Amazing and unique flavors but last two times I went back there’s a man upfront who is rude as can be. Especially when asking about new flavors they have. Seems like he doesn’t even want to be there. He didn’t even wear gloves when he touched my cupcakes and sneezed near them. I was so disgusted I didn’t even want to take them but I know she does good work. Then sadly… I found a hair in my cupcake and now I just feel sick whenever I think of coming back again.

I was really excited to try this place and the flavors they offered looked so tasty. I ordered some mini cupcakes, lilikoi, vanilla and not-so-red-velvet, unfortunately the only positive was the cake density, which was good and very moist. There was almost no flavor to the actual cake or frosting through, it was bland and had no hint of passion fruit or vanilla or anything other than butter and sugar. I was so disappointed, not sure if I hit them on an off day or what but would be hesitant to go back based on my first experience there.

Excellent cupcakes. Every time I'm down in San Diego I will come here for a handful of cupcakes. Wife and I had these for our wedding long ago and to this day they are still the best. The cake is always moist, especially on the gluten free cakes. Love all the flavors I just wish you could open up another shop in Sacramento!
