I was hoping they would have a small seating area inside, but it is only a drive-thru. It was rather confusing because despite two drive-thru lines there is only one on the far right that is used (only distinguishable by the menu sign, which I did not see upon driving into the parking lot). I walked up to the left side window and rang the button for service. The employee seemed surprised and slightly put off that I was there. She waited on me, but did not seem to be too happy about it. I expressed interest in the seasonal menu, which is accessed along with the full menu by a QR code on the window. She said that they’re not being offered and if I want to come back in winter time, then I can try them. Please note that it is still winter. She also said if I want to drive up and not stand in the hot sun then I can do that (again, it is winter, and a beautiful, cool day). I recommend blocking off the second lane if patrons are discouraged from walking up and perhaps don’t have a seasonal menu outside the window with QR code to eliminate confusion. Again, with so many drive-thru coffee shops popping up that offer a walk up option, it is helpful to have better directed signage as to where to go (especially when there is plenty of parking for customers). I ordered The Cupid with almond milk, which was tepid (disappointing), but fine. I will not go out of my way to come here again but if I am on the way to or from the airport it might be a good choice for a caffeine fix. I had higher expectations based on reviews but was left unimpressed overall.
