Have a great lunch here during a Saturday afternoon with my girlfriend. Recommended to reserve before as almost all the tables were sitted. We were quite satisfied with the food overall, except for the cod fish with garlic mashed potatoes. Both the fish and potatoes were quite salty. Other than this, the rest of the food were all quite delicious and very well decorated! Thumb up! The 4 course meal is quite worth and can surely fill up your stomach well. Curate is better than its peer nearby. Their staffs also serve the customers well, big thanks to the team!

A Michelin-like restaurant with non-Michelin price The dinner set menu we had was well-curated, with each dish rich yet light on palette, a delicate balance not achievable by many restaurants. The ingredients were fresh and cooked perfectly, the food arrangement was more than satisfying, the portion was accurate, the ambience was pleasant, the service crew was attentive and they explained/described the dishes like any other Michelin-starred restaurants, and hence it is really hard to pick a flaw. But if I must, it’s the blunt knife for the delectable venison that ruined an otherwise perfect score (for the restaurant category). Overall, we feel the restaurant deserves a Michelin star. In short, we had an enjoyable evening with a pleasantly surprised birthday meal. Yes you hear me right, they have an unique arrangement for birthday celebration. I shan’t be a spoiler here, do go find it out yourself!

Updated from 3 to 5 stars: cleared the misunderstanding with the staff on my 6th visit and I feel my previous rating was skewed because of that. Also found out the name of the waiter (Francis) who was friendly and helpful in explaining some of the dishes on my previous visits. ----- (Original review, dropped the staff bit since it was a misunderstanding) ----- I've been here 5 times and the Martelli pasta they serve is the best dry pasta I've eaten. I love the thickness of the spaghetti and the way the pasta holds on and enriches the sauce. Also, the fusili is simply magical with the scent of saffron and the texture of the chewy pasta helping to prolong the flavors. Love the spices used in the scallop carrot soup. The fresh casarecci pasta is one of my favorites too though I would prefer to see whole scallops on the dish with the golden-brown sear shown in their pictures instead of having diced scallops. For the second plates, the cod was perfectly done. The chicken breast had plenty of flavors (grapes, mushrooms, wine, saffron) to love as well! The desserts are also great across the board except for the tiramisu — but that's really because I prefer some of the ones in Rome where the mascarpone is so soft I can stir it with a spoon. The torta co' Bisheri was a lovely surprise — the crust was elegantly done without too much fat and the components went well with one another. The ricotta and cherries dessert was not too sweet which is a good way to end the meal and the affogato was better than I expected with the added Vin Santo espuma. The poached pear had a flavor that was at once elegant and comforting (from the spices) and its stuffed panna cotta core was a lovely surprise though it might be even nicer for me if it had more vanilla bean. Overall, this is a place that has raised my standards for Italian food when I return to Italy in future. Mangiamo!

We enjoyed the lunch so much.Thanks, Chef for the special and delicious vegetarian mushroom spaghetti.From the 1st bite, you could tell the spaghetti made at the restaurant was different from the spaghetti at other Italian restaurants. Every bite, from the 1st course to dessert, amazes us & every dish is awesome. Ashley and Bryan, we enjoy your service as well. Attentive and friendly, we have fun chatting with you guys. Buono! This was our second time visiting Curate, and honestly, there’s nothing to dislike about this restaurant. I’m just hoping they’ll retain their quality and price range before any Michelin stars come along! As always, Curate serves up a well-prepared delectable meal with great presentation and interesting, robust flavors while keeping their dishes simple and elegant. My photos include dishes from a previous visit back in April, and also from our recent visit in late May. The burrata is a must have. Their truffle and squid ink dishes are absolutely beautiful, and desserts are to die for as well (the panna cotta in wine poached pear— yummy!!)

We had an amazing 5 course dinner menu here! Every dish was amazing and unique on its own but I really enjoyed my main, which was the steak and truffle fish. Deep flavours with a hint of truffle really ties the whole dish together. A really premium dining experience that you will definitely enjoy. Heck, everyone gets a tablet to view the menu!

Had a Wonderful evening there with friends, wonderful service team, great food and wine pairing! We ordered their most popular set dinner and it was nothing but spectacular! Curate Cucina Pisana gives off a Michelin star vibes and beyond! Highly recommended!
