Cured & Whey is spectacular! By far the best Cuban sandwich I’ve ever eaten. The tomato bisque soup was also tremendous. Wonderful drink options. The service was undeniably amazing. Finished it off with some Italian wedding cookies. This is one of the best places I’ve found in Vegas. Highly recommend eating here.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! My company has been buying charcuterie and fruit boards from here for years, and I make it a point to treat myself to lunch there once a month minimum. I do tend to stop in more often for my regular cheese fix because their selection is out of this world! Love the staff, they make you feel right at home every time. ❤️

We love small, homey, out of the way, bodega type markets. They always carry unusual and hard to find items. This Italian-leaning shop is no exception! I found it when looking for a specialty cheese for a Sardinian stuffed pasta dish I was making. They were the only ones in town who had it! We went for lunch today, had some tasty sandwiches and picked up a couple of awesome, new (to us) deli foods to try. It's convenient to get to, tucked off of W. Post Rd. and Valley View Blvd., close to the intersection of Sunset and Valley View. The food was great and the atmosphere was just as great. We enjoyed just hanging out there and the staff was super friendly! We found a new place!

A super cool secret, high quality deli meats, cheeses and fruits. People come here to grab a sandwich which is clearly excellent in form and flavor. But the best part is the catering they do; the boards look amazing, almost like art. Highly recommend, the price in my opinion is worth it.

Lunch for two on a Saturday. First visit. Cute little cheese and charcuterie monger in a warehouse district - very uncharming surroundings. Impressive cheese selection which seemed reasonably priced. But the cafe items were kinda ridiculously priced a - had a very modestly sized antipasto salad and a duck reuben sandwich with a small tip was $39. C’mon man. Both were good and we’d eat them again, but not at those prices. Sorry.

Always so good! Don't let the size of this place fool you. The menu is incredible and they do a beautiful job. Great stop for lunch or something bigger. If you're looking for a charcuterie this is your spot.

Came to do a review and it was 4.9 at this time, which is due to very high quality food and laid back deli atmosphere. The room is adequete. The sandwiches will be good. The quality of ingredients is key.

This is my first time here and will be back. Sandwiches are extremely tasty, filled with the right ingredients that makes you want more. I ordered quite a bit a meat; jamon, mortadella, sopressata, and an assortment of cheese. Ask for Carolene, she’s from France and a CCP (certified cheese professional). Michael, the owner is from Heidelberg Germany. He had Landjäger, Leberkäse, Grobe Leberwurst, Frankfurters, etc. a friendly place. All the employees were wonderful. Will be back again.

My friend hosted a cute Galentine's Day and the mission was to bring your own board... so clearly, I cheated. And let Cured and Whey do the board for me! Absolutely blown away by how cute my charcuterie order came out! I reached out to them and they provided me pricing so quickly. They do charge extra for any next day rush orders, but luckily I got my order in on time and they were able to do it for me without adding! Pricing definitely makes sense for everything you get. If i had to do this myself, I probably would have paid more honestly and thrown out half the ingredients, so in my opinion, it's a solid deal! They asked what kind of cheese and meats I wanted along with how many people it was for, and honestly it came out even better than I imagined! Their cheese and meats are the best quality, and they even labeled everything so I would know what it was. The jam they included was honestly so good, too, I couldn't stop eating it. They even added a cute little fake roses on it, too, to make it fit the theme of Galentine's, So cute!!! The best part is that they organized everything on this hard board underneath, so Ijust had to move it over. It was perfect! They also let me pick out a couple boxes of crackers for the board as well! I will definitely always "cheat" and have Cured and Whey do all my charcuterie boards from here on out. Thank you so much again to Janell, Brian and the entire team there!

Place is nice, good tasting food but was hoping for more of an authentic Italian deli sandwich. Got the usually turkey sandwich that i feel like i could have gotten anywhere but for a higher price. Their deli cuts are nice and the selection is great but why not have those meats as an option for more sandwiches? Overall experience was fine, the owner or manager was kind of rude and flustered when asked questions. Planned to buy a lot more but the whole experience turned overwhelming quickly so left with sandwiches only

Had a delicious truffle grilled cheese. Also had the tomato soup. Sampled a bunch of cheeses. We left with a few different cheeses to take home. Can't wait to try real truffles in the near future. Owner was super nice and friendly. Clearly loves what he does for a living. Passionate. Also left with a box of truffle chips that were on sale, lol. We will be back. Interior is small but quaint.

Besides the fantastic Sandwiches, and Boards, we know found fantastic thick, juicy, sweet tasting Pork Chops. We found some pasta to try. Go there for lunch and browse the groceries, you'll find something special.

OMG! Seriously the best sandwich I've ever had in my life. Cured & Whey is a true hidden gem! They are tucked away in a small corner in between businesses off valley view. The shops sell artisanal meats, cheeses, jams and more along with beautiful charcuterie boards and premium sandwiches. The truffle honey grilled cheese is honestly life changing. It's sweet, it's salty and the bread - it's just perfection. This is a must try for brie lovers. I cannot wait to try more. The price is a bit more than your typical spot but so so worth it!

I tried the Duck Reuben which was very good, but you can't distinguish the duck from a traditional Reuben, so I don't feel it's worth $20. They have a number of other interesting sandwiches which I plan on trying. Great selection of meats and cheeses too. The women who helped me were both very nice.

Sandwich was phenomenal! They had a new menu and I got the Cuban. I really enjoyed the homemade spicy pickle inside the Cuban and the side salad was on point. No complaints. Everyone inside was super friendly.

Tried the northern Italian and soup. Both were excellent. The shop is small and very homely. Can't wait to go back try other menu.

12/18/23 Tuesday. First time here and wanted to get something really nice for a family who loves charcuterie. Staff was super nice and very helpful which I knew nothing about different cheeses. I was able to sample cheeses and the lady who helped me seemed very knowledgeable. So I trusted her 100% of the choice of cheese she picked out. I was able to grab some truffle oil and seasonings, crackers, deli meat, and duck foie gras . I'll be back here for sure. They also sell cold and hot sandwiches and other stuff. Clean place as well. Happy cheesy eats!!

How did I not know about this place! I went to lunch here and loved the menu! They specialize in artisan sandwiches, specialty cheeses, and food products. It's small but high quality. Customer service is very pleasant and friendly. Prices are appropriate for the quality, sandwiches averaged $15. I could definitely see myself grabbing a sandwich for lunch more often. Eating here made me feel good about myself LOL. I had a duck pastrami and it was delicious. The bread they use, the ingredients, chef's kiss. They have wine for sale, frozen items like foise gras and steak, and other specialty food items. This is a gem and I hope more people seek them out.

This review is for a charcuterie order. All in all it was enjoyable for a Halloween date night. The ordering process was easy and I appreciate the option to specify any dislikes before they create it. Next time I would definitely specify that the quantity of olive and pepper drops were way too much for the board. I also have no idea what the brown cubes were but they were really good!!

Stopped by here for lunch to grab some sandwiches, and we were very happy with our food! We ordered the Cuban sandwich, the spicy soppressata, and the duck pastrami. They were all delicious, with our favorites being the spicy soppressata and the Cuban. The pastrami was also tasty but we felt like the flavor of the duck wasn't as prominent as it could have been. This spot has lots of fresh meats, cheeses and other goods, including a giant warehouse for wholesale needs. Will stop by again next time I'm in Vegas and craving a quality sandwich.

Learned about this wonderful cheese and charcuterie shop through my boss! He had caught me eating string cheese at work and gave me the stink eye. Lol. He then introduced me and a few coworkers to artisan cheeses from Cured & Whey...by sampling cheeses at the office on our breaks. Recently, for my birthday, he decided to bring the office to the shop to enjoy a 5 cheese Cheeseboard. Our experience was such a delight! Customer service - excellent!! Cheeses - superb!! Salad - refreshing!! The goat cheese was the most amazing I've ever tasted - so fresh!! Caroline was the best! Our cheeseboard was a work of art and everything from the cheese to the dried fruit and nuts, surprisingly made an excellent lunch date with the crew. Already looking forward to my next visit and ordering a beautiful charcuterie for the holidays!

Not a pork guy cause it's a disgusting animal that can't sweat out it's own toxins ha but do enjoy prosciutto once in a blue moon. This is one of the spots to get it at. They even have the elusive duck prosciutto if ur into that.

Cured and Way is what we used to call a "meat counter" type deli located south of the strip (Russell Road exit) on S. Valley View Blvd. in an industrial park, that seems populated with at least a few grocery wholesalers. It makes sense as the overhead airline traffic makes you suddenly aware of the close proximity to the Harry Reid Intl Airport. You can order meats and cheeses by the pound and even caviar, but you can also choose from a handful of signature, made-to-order sandwiches. They all sound great, but specifcally they have a Duck Reuben sandwich. I'd never heard of such a thing before and now I wonder why ALL reubens aren't duck.  The easy answer is that it's not cheap. Quality rarely is. The sandwich size is what you might expect of a standard sandwich -cut corner to corner, and it was $20. But this is (as far as I know) the ONLY place that makes a duck reuben. They don't skimp on the meat and it is very high quality, so to me the cost is more than justified. A tiny condiment bucket with four pickle chips accessorizes the sandwich. I don't usually like sweet pickles but these were fantastic; the slightly spiced, sweet vinegar really complemented the duck and Russian dressing.  The duck is tender and lean, not overly fatty nor chewy. The marbled rye bread was soft but structured and not crumbly like the day-old (or older) variety at most Vegas valley grocers. I ate my sandwich there, since there were three small round-tops and two bench tables with not many fellow diners. I opted for a ginger ale, and would recommend that as a great accompaniment to the sandwich unless you want to buy and crack open a bottle of wine from the shops selection --at least one of which I have no doubt will pair excellently if you ask for a suggestion. I went back to my car and started writing a note to a friend that ultimately became this review. I stopped midway to walk back inside and order a second $20 Duck Reuben. I learned that Valley Cheese (a Henderson institution that recently closed) sourced most of their cheeses here. They also do charcuterie and cheese boards which can be made to order with a day's notice. It turns out they've been here for five ot more years and so it's surprising that I'm only discovering it now. CURED & WHEY is a true gem!

Amazing food, great service and the owners Michael and Cathy are warm and welcoming. We will make the a regular lunch and catering spot.

Just go here. Or don't. But I will. This building is filled with the best people in Las Vegas. It's probably not fair to have such a high concentration of knowledgeable, friendly, kind, fun and funny, casually professional, and community minded staff in one small business. It's like they are hoarding awesomeness. I could go on and on about the product But if you are looking for the most excellent cured meats and cheeses, you should be driving already. I dip in twice a month or more on the way back to Cali, and imagine I'll be telling the same story in ten years.

Love coming here. It's a little hidden gem tucked away within all the industrial warehouses. Very small inside but they do have such a great selection of cheeses and meats. You can also order sandwiches and coffee too. Nice little date spot for those early morning meetups. The staff is very friendly and have no mind on going above and beyond to help satisfy you and your cheesy cravings My S.E.A.T Ratings: Sale - Price is around $$ - $$$ depending on what kind of cheese or meat you want as there are some that are imported. Sandwiches are a little higher in price but quality if definitely there for them Experience - The staff were very fast and attentive when we needed it and we did not have to get anyone's attention and we're very polite and wanting to know if there were anything else they could help us with - Atmosphere - very easy going, chill vibes for a wine and dine compact restaurant. Only problem is that when it gets too full inside this not enough tables and seats so try to come early before the lunch rush Taste - I've had the duck Cuban before and the taste was sensational. Sure the prices are in the teens for some small sized sandwiches, but they do leave you a taste that makes you want to come back for more

Both of the sandwiches we ordered were delicious! My husband was craving a Cuban & this one was really nice & a little different with the sweet/spicy pickles & horseradish kick. I had always wanted to try the duck Rueben, but just wasn't in the mood for sauerkraut today, so I went with the northern Italian. It was tasty, but very skimpy on the meat. Lots & lots of arugula & a yummy balsamic glaze. I should have taken a picture, but I was hungry. It was very green, barely any meat showing, especially for the price. We each got a little sample cup with a few little chunks of cheddar cheese to try. Nice touch. We ordered a charcuterie board which is 5 meats, a bit of sauerkraut (which really didn't seem to go with any of the meats), a spoonful of Dijon & a little cup of peppers, olives & pickles, along with crostini. It arrived after my husband had already finished his sandwich...poor timing, we thought. The largest portion on the board was foie gras...my husband was disappointed in that as he won't even try it. I enjoyed it, but it's obviously very rich & I had to take it home. Certainly didn't feel it was worth $35 for the amount of meat. I could get a far more generous board at several sit down restaurants in town. I might return for a sandwich, but it will be alone or with a friend, my husband was disappointed.

Found this place through google reviews were almost perfect. The reviews were 1 million percent correct. Their sandwiches here were one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. The Italian chopped sandwich I had everything was fresh and the bread was perfection. My cousin had the truffle grilled cheese and he said one of the best sandwiches he ever had. Staff was great very friendly and helpful with what to choose to eat. Owner was there he was super friendly and made sure we were happy with everything. Will definitely be back total hidden gem.

My first time here and I was impressed with the cleanliness and the atmosphere and vibe. It's kinda hidden but if you know where it's at, people come. I had the people's favorite and I didn't like it. It was recommended but it was too salty for my taste buds. I will try a different sandwich next time..

A hidden Vegas local place. Tucked away in an industrial park, if you know where Refuge Climbing gym is, it's in the same area. I've tried every sandwich and everything is delicious, hot and cold. There's a small seating area so you can eat in store. Also serves gourmet cheeses and cured meats. My favorite thing about this place is their curated charcuterie board. Make sure to order a week ahead online, let them know what kind of cheese etc you like and they'll curate a beautiful board for you. Perfect for picnics, potlucks or get togethers. Don't tell the tourists or any damn foodies about this place, don't need it to get too crowded!

To say the VERY least, this is a total hidden gem!! I work in an office 3 minutes from here and one day we wanted sandwiches so I took to Google and this is what it gave me. For what you would think a typical sandwich would cost, this was NOT a typical sandwich and I would pay the price that it cost, everyday!! I ordered the turkey club and my co-worker ordered the duck rueben....both phenomenal!! We literally told everyone that we came in contact with that day! I wish, for their sake, they had more visibility in terms of foot/car traffic because I think if they did, they would quickly go from the 6 tables that they have to 3-4 times that!! If you want a sandwich or some type of exotic meat or cheese, PLEASE go here! You will NOT be disappointed.

Cheese selection is wow... just wow. Never thought I'd find Cheese curds that actually taste fresh in the Valley. Love their Sandwich selection. Everything is fresh and made with love! Staff is unmatched. All so wonderful and a big reason why I return. Highly recommend!

Was told to go here by several chefs and butchers that I know in town, so they have clearly made an excellent impression to people that I trust when it comes to food. The customer service is absolutely stellar - the two women who helped me seemed to have a wealth of knowledge and gave excellent recommendations, and were happy to help with my dietary restrictions. I left with a duck reuben that absolutely blew my mind. I can't wait to go back!

This is a specialty shop for cheese, meats, truffles, drinks, sandwiches and more. What I like is the imported AND specialty American items. I came for the duck sandwich and it sure was special and indulgent. Friendly ladies work here!

Cured & Whey has delicious meats, cheeses, and more. I was like a kid in a candy store checking out everything they have to offer. The main part of what they offer is found in the large cheese and meat cases at the front. Spread out around the shop are gourmet foods and other board goodies like jams, nuts, and mustards. Of course they sell wine! They also offer a small menu of cooked foods like their Truffle Honey Grilled Cheese. One of the things that sets this shop apart is the amazing customer service. The employee that helped me with my lunch was very accommodating and friendly. The woman that helped me with my meats and cheeses was able to make recommendations and knowledgeable about their products. I knew that I needed to try the Truffle Honey Grilled Cheese based on the numerous reviews raving about it. This was rich and delicious! A crusty bread with tasty cheese, truffles, and honey. The little cup of macaroni and cheese with it blew me away. It had a lovely black pepper taste. Right now they aren't offering dine in, but I was lucky enough to snag the picnic table in front to enjoy my food. To make a board at home I picked up 1/4 pound of several meats and cheeses. This was enough for at least two boards for two people. On my next visit I'll definitely order ahead and have them craft one of their beautiful boards for me. I was told that these are $15 per ordered in advance or $20 per person if ordered the day of. Very reasonable! My favorite cheeses were the Stilton Blue, Butte Hatch Chile, and Primosale Peperoncino. Also delicious were the Rustico Black Pepper and Alisio's. The Cajun cheese curds from the refrigerated case were yummy too. My favorite meats were the Pistachio Mortadella and Don Juan Chorizo Iberico. Also delicious were the Soppressata and Calabrese. Of everything I ordered I would order it all again. I love that instead of offering a wide selection that they instead offer a quality selection. Before covid days I had planned to attend a cheese tasting class so I look forward to those returning. My friends and I will be there for wine and cheese once we get notification that these are back. As a side note. As I was checking out a kind man with Secret Creamery gave me a pint of coconut ice cream. Oh, my. This was the freshest, tastiest, creamiest ice cream I've ever had. Look this place up and give them a try. I'm so thrilled to have finally checked out Cured and Whey. I can't wait to return for more goodies.

500 stars for this gift shop. Ok fine - its a fancy deli, but everything in there....even the things that you don't like, are mega A+ special treats. The people are great. Foods sper great. Nothing but delights!!

Hard to find, but worth the hunt. C&W delivers an excellent lunch. My first time in because of a friend's recommendation. My Cuban sandwich is the best I've had in Las Vegas. As a former longtime Miami resident, I can tell you this isn't an authentic version, but who cares, it's delicious! My cup of the special tomato bisque was creamy and full of fresh tomato flavor, and the basil oil on top was perfect. Going to take home some goods as well. Hidden gem!

rare find! got 2 sandwiches - the turkey & cubano. The turkey was cold and the cubano came hot. they are not too salty and very filling. They're thick sandwiches that will hold you up through brunch all the way to dinner. For are adjustable and the staff is more then happy to fix it to your liking or sides. This staff is lovely and welcoming as soon as you walk to the door- to the exit when they bring the food out to you. This was my first time in Las Vegas and was very comforted with the way I was treated.

Really good selection of high-quality stuff. Also, I really appreciated the service. I would make it a five star review, but I kind of miss their more esoteric selection of cheeses.

What a great find this was! We got the Mother's Day Special Charcuterie, and it really made the day special. The assortment and presentation were fantastic. I let them choose what to include, and they nailed it. Everything was fresh, unique, and really, really good. I can't say enough about the Staff. Helpful, courteous, fun to work with, and a great sense of what you would enjoy. If you really want to make a gathering memorable, this is the place!

Small storefront with a fantastic selection of cheese, cured meats and specialty items. I've been here twice. The first time a gentleman recommended an amazing cured meat, when I went back yesterday and couldn't remember the name of it they looked at my previous order! Apparently, if you use a credit card they can look up your last order! Well done. Both times that I've been here the staff has been exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. They also make custom charcuterie boards (to your preference). I'm thrilled to have found this place so close to my house. This is my go to place for specialty cheese, meats. I was impressed to find a selection of Fallot mustards from Beaune! If you like mustard you will not be disappointed.

We are in Vegas for a business trip and are staying on the strip with some friends. We wanted to have some snacks before we headed out for dinner and I had heard there was a place dedicated to building custom charcuterie boards near the Strip. Yelp to the rescue! Cured and Whey's website was super easy to navigate and I put is a "reservation" for a 2-4 person, 12" board. The next morning I got an email from the manager asking if we had any specific preferences or allergies. Nope...just wanted some tasty meats and cheeses! I arranged to pick up the tray at 3pm. The business is in a big industrial park, but is very easy to find thanks to Waze. The shop is like a little old-world deli with big hunks of meats and lots of cheese selections. They weee so nice in the shop and explained what was on my board and if we had any questions. Super friendly staff who obviously took great pride in their work. While each board is completely custom...no 2 are exactly alike, my board was amazing! 3 different cheeses, 2 meats, candied almonds, dried figs, fresh berries. YUMMO!! This place is amazing and the amount of food you get compared to those measly boards on the strip make this a must for your next trip. Make your reservation and either pick it up or they will deliver it to you. Go, go, go...You'll thank me later!!

An oasis in a commercial park. We stopped at Cured & Whey to buy sandwiches to eat on our flight home. We were pleasantly surprised by the flavorful delight of our airborne meal. We will certainly return.

What a hidden gem in an industrial / office building complex. A wide array of fantastic gourmet meats, cheeses and condiments; and a little deli! I had the duck Reuben: Hudson valley duck ham, Swiss, sauerkraut, dijon and house sauce on grilled rye bread. A great combination of flavors and textures. Definitely my go to place now for any deli meat or cheese needs.

Just over three and a half years ago, I walked into Cured & Whey for the first time and ordered a Cuban and a side of tomato gazpacho with a balsamic drizzle. This review is three and a half years overdue. Tucked away in a hard-to-find industrial complex, C&W is the perfect place to grab a sandwich, salad, or a quick charcuterie board to get away from our crazy city we call home. Cured & Whey is more than just a place with the highest quality ingredients that consistently over-delivers on your expectations. Cured & Whey is a place you go for the incredible food and stay for the exceptional people that work there. Everyone behind the counter is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their profession. If you have more than a few minutes, listen to their recommendations, and I promise you will find your next favorite cheese. Don't be surprised if while having lunch you have the opportunity to interact with one of the shops owners. Lunch in Las Vegas... My friend has been selecting great places to go to during our vacation in the "9th Hawaiian Island". She said that she looks at 5 star places and notes how many reviews they have. Seems like she has a good system for choosing solid dining spots. Cured & Whey has over 100 reviews and still remains a 5 star establishment. Why? We went to investigate... First off... my friend from New Jersey was really hungry, so I told her to go ahead and order. I waited for Niki so we could share two different things. In the meantime, the staff greeted and welcomed us and offered us water! They were so friendly! When Niki arrived, we ordered the Duck Reuben and the Truffle Honey Grilled Cheese. Both sandwiches were stuffed with a combination of delicious ingredients. I personally enjoyed the Duck Reuben because I prefer savory flavors. I would return and try more items on the menu. We liked the free parking, pleasant environment, convenient restroom, yummy food, and wonderful staff!

We generally don't leave Yelp reviews except for superlatively great service and Cured & Whey definitely hit that mark in our recent experience with them. We recently were passing through Las Vegas on a trip to Zion National Park and wanted fancy up our camping trip. Since we're from California we checked if anyone sold foie gras in Vegas that we could pick up to eat in the park. On calling a few places ahead of time Cured & Whey was easily the best choice in terms of service and availability. Not only did they answer all our questions about their shop they were extremely prompt and clear about the options available for foie gras and beyond. Given that foie can be in the form of lobes, slices, torchons, pate, etc. we needed to make sure we were buying the best option for our limited camping cooking plans. Day of, we pulled up to the shop and found they were closed due to plumbing circumstances completely beyond their control. We called to double check there wasn't a mistake and to their enormous credit they answered and explained why they were closed. When they heard we were outside their door they very graciously met us and sold us the foie gras we were hoping for despite very trying circumstances on their end. PLUS, when they heard our plans they gifted us a couple small goodies for the trip. TL;DR Cured & Whey is absolutely incredible and the people that work there are exceedingly professional and kind. We only went there for one item and they were amazing so if you have the opportunity to avail yourself of their other products (prepared food, charcuterie boards, imported goods) you honestly couldn't do better than Cured & Whey.

This place is a diamond in the ruff. Located near warehouses you would never think to find the most delicious sandwiches and salads. I usually get the turkey Sandwich with their pesto or their Greek salad with turkey. The turkey is so fresh and thinly sliced, the pesto is amazing, the bread & butter pickles are the cherry on top, and the bread, so fresh and yummy! The staff is always so friendly and inviting. So glad it's near my job! My favorite lunch spot for sure!

Love this spot! They never miss. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Service is quick and efficient. I just started working over in this area and stop by about once a week to grab a sandwich. Between me and a couple of my coworkers we've tried them all and they're amazing. Keep up the great work C&W and thanks for everything!

Great sandwich shop that hit the spot! Hubby had prosciutto and I had Cuban. Both great and will be back.

This place was highly recommended by the LV Foodie group on FB. My husband & I like trying new places and this place did not disappoint. Located in an industrial area, open Monday - Saturday and closed on Sundays. Can't wait to go back & try other items on the menu. They also have a variety of Italian products for sale, e.g. cheeses, wine, meats etc.
