Curry House

The food was excellent! I had the tandoori chicken and my dining companion had the chicken vindaloo. I had the pishori naan and he had the garlic naan. We enjoyed everything. I forget the name of it, but the yogurt drink is delicious! Portions are also generous, and we took plenty home. The prices are mostly fair, except for the alcohol and the can of Coke (both discussed below.) Service was friendly and mostly great, with a couple of exceptions. The positive is that the waitress was able to accommodate my onion allergy by omitting the gravy which everything normally has, and my chicken didn't need it. The three negatives for service were 1. She doubled some things we only intended to order one of, like the garlic naan and the can of coke. 2. The receipt was wrong and we had to have her fix it. 3. I ordered a double shot of Jameson, and that is definitely not a double shot that they served me for $12.99. We will likely be back the next time we're in Fresno, but I will be careful what we order and look over the receipt carefully. The only other issue is that the menu lists a can of coke at $1.99 and we were charged $3.99. The menu does say that prices are subject to change without notice, but almost double price for a 12 oz can of Coca Cola is a bit much.

I will give the food 3.5 Stars, there was a bit too much oil/ghee on Biriyani. Taste was not the best, but good compared to other spots in Fresno. The customer service was good, very accommodating and friendly. Little too dark inside the restaurant, maybe the timing I went in(I guess). Overall ⭐⭐⭐ 1/2(food needs some upgrade)

We loved everything we ordered, absolutely demolished our meal. Great flavors, great service, everything tasted very fresh. I particularly recommend the Chana Masala which had nice fresh pieces of ginger in it.

We ordered food from here which was Chilli Paneer and Samosas and Chole Bhature and the Chilli Paneer was absolutely rubbery and the samosas were blackened from inside and the Chole Bhature had no taste at all. Don't know how old? Gives food. Be aware from here

Some of the best Indian food in town! The staff is so friendly and the food is absolutely amazing! You can tell it’s always made fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant!

First time eating this type of food and it was amazing!!! spicy but a good spice, friendly service and our dish was out fairly quick. I will definitely be taking my family back again.

We stopped here on our way to San Jose. The food was outstanding ! We ordered aloo Gobi, Malai kofta, and garlic/chilli naan.. every dish was very tasty . The desserts (gulab jamun + gajar halwa) were very good too. The young gentleman who served us was very cordial..
