I've been wanting to try this place out for months, and yesterday it happened!
I have celiac, so I needed my food gluten free. The lady that took my order was familiar with gluten free and was confidently able to tell me what I could have. Fortunately, a lot of Indian cuisine is already gluten free, so I had many options. I love trying new food, so this is very exciting to me.
They did have other foods, but it's Curry Pizza House, so I only looked at the craft curry pizzas.
They have a gluten free pizza crust, and it is visibly different than the regular crust, so I didn't worry about accidentally getting the wrong crust. Unsurprisingly, there was only 1 size for the gluten free crust.
I got the Achari Gobhi pizza and added tandoori chicken, and a mango lassi because of course! My friend got the butter chicken pizza. It took a little while, but we weren't in a hurry. I was enjoying the music videos playing on the big TV. It was pretty empty being lunchtime on a Saturday, but I'm guessing this place gets a good amount of to go orders. There were at least a couple of people that came in to pick up orders while we were waiting for our food. I didn't notice after our food came...
It was so good! The flavors were just wow, and the crust was strong enough to hold the generous amount of toppings. So many toppings! It's one of the few times I've eaten pizza out and didn't feel like they were being stingy with toppings. The cilantro was surprisingly effective as a flavor enhancer, and the onions added a crunchiness that made my mouth happy. There was a little bit of kick, and my nose ran a bit, but it wasn't really that spicy.
I also have not experienced a gluten reaction, so it's definitely on my list of places to come back to. I'll probably come back many times, there's so many pizzas to try!
