CUSH Midleton & Salty Dog Pop-Up Restaurant

Cush Restaurant in Midleton is truly a wonderful place. I had the grilled market fish served with roasted cauliflower, pickled winter chanterelles, and a beautiful langoustine sauce — absolutely amazing. I paired it with a glass of Château Font-Mars Picpoul de Pinet, which matched perfectly. For dessert, I enjoyed a salted caramel custard tart with crème fraîche ice cream, a fantastic finish to the meal. The whole experience was a delight for anyone who loves great gastronomy. The service was excellent as well — the two waitresses provided outstanding, attentive service throughout the evening. A memorable dining experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely family lunch at this wonderful restaurant in Midleton and tried the Salty Dog menu. The seafood chowder and beef were absolutely delicious, and the desserts were amazing too. Warm atmosphere, friendly staff, and great food — we’ll definitely be back!

The food is amazing and absolutely enjoyed myself. Staff were lovely. They also have a vegan option menu for the vegans. Have a good drinks menu, consisting of various wines, cocktails and plenty of non-alcoholic options.

James and his team were fantastic hosts. The food and drinks were amazing. Can’t wait to return to try the Argentinian wines.

We loved our meal at Cush. The food was delicious, especially the cabbage side dish. Amazing! We did the early bird menu and left very full! Staff were friendly and moved at our quicker pace!

Cush Ballycotton has always been our favourite restraunt with so many memories. With the middleton one they have done a justice to the name. Wonderful atmosphere, great food and lovely staffs.
