Cush Restaurant in Midleton is truly a wonderful place. I had the grilled market fish served with roasted cauliflower, pickled winter chanterelles, and a beautiful langoustine sauce — absolutely amazing. I paired it with a glass of Château Font-Mars Picpoul de Pinet, which matched perfectly.
For dessert, I enjoyed a salted caramel custard tart with crème fraîche ice cream, a fantastic finish to the meal. The whole experience was a delight for anyone who loves great gastronomy.
The service was excellent as well — the two waitresses provided outstanding, attentive service throughout the evening.
A memorable dining experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.
