"If you grew up on the North Shore, then you no doubt already have a favorite roast beef sandwich place - one that you’re religiously devoted to, will fight to the death for, and maybe even tattoo onto your arm, along with a drawing of an onion bun. We’re not going to try to convince you that the roast beef sandwiches sold out of the window at Cusser’s (or, in the colder months, inside Moon Bar) are better than your childhood favorite, but we will tell you that they’re very good. The fact that you can also get some great seafood here, like lobster rolls, fish tacos, and the clam, bacon, and potato chowder, makes this place even better." - dan secatore

"Cusser’s is the carry-out window on the side of Moon Bar and beneath Mooncusser Fish House. If you work in the neighborhood, you should make it one of your go-to lunch spots for quick lobster rolls and roast beef sandwiches. The window is closed in the winter, but you can still order from the complete Cusser’s menu inside Moon Bar." - Dan Secatore

This was my first time having a lobster roll and it was a great first experience! They gave a good amount of lobster and the staff was very friendly. I thought they gave a few too many fries, because by the time I'd finished my sandwich I still had half of them left, but they were still very good. Would definitely recommend for a quick and tasty meal!

Best roast beef sandwiches! I love a north shore style roast beef, the beef was perfect, thinly sliced and piled high. I've had lots of beef sandwiches with barbecue sauce, so I decided to try something different and got the 80 T Style with the Thoreau sauce, it's a roast beef sandwich with onions, cheddar cheese and a light mustard aoli that is very mild mustard flavor does not overwhelm the flavor of the beef. It's like a grown up adult version of the regular 3 way roast beef sandwich. I still prefer a regular 3 way, but's it's so worth it to try something different and still love it. Sandwiches look beautiful! Definitely coming back for more. Thanks!

Got one of their roast beef sandwiches and oh boy was it good. The bun was very good quality which made the whole sandwich complete. Went at closing time and they still served me. Staff was nice. Also got fries for my niece and they were delicious. Very crispy with the perfect browning and salt. Dipped in ketchup as well. Delicious food! Would recommend if you stop by T.B Gardens

Not super impressed and I’m pretty sure I was overcharged. The food was edible, but that’s about it. I had a roast beef sandwich with fries.

Go for: Roast beef sandwiches and lobster rolls at competitive prices...for a food court. Avoid if: You were hoping for the more memorable experience from their other location, or you don't want to wait 10 minutes for your fast food. Something surprising: It's basically a one-person operation. Reservation needed? No, counter service only. Overall Experience: 2/5. For all of the hype about this place online, it's far from memorable. The food was good (not great) - honestly, the fries were the best part. While watching the food being prepared, there were definitely some questionable hygiene practices that were hard to forget while eating the food (use and storage of utensils, handling money then food without handwashing, storage of cleaning towels). It's a food court - what can you expect? Value for Price: 3 Sanitation: 1 Food Quality: 3 Menu Precision: 4 Service Quality: 2 Timing: 2 Decor: 2 Access: 4 — 5 among the best 4 strong 3 not too bad 2 mediocre 1 never again

This is now my go-to for a pre-game snack. I get bored with pizza, and who doesn't like a good 3-way beef? The sandwich and fries were both good and not too terribly expensive. Service was quick when I went.

Save yourself the time and money. A horrible roast beef sandwich, taste and quality was equivalent to Arby’s but you get to pay a premium price. Meat was freezing cold, taste was bland. Lots of other options in hub hall, all of them are better than this place
